(Via Judicial Watch)  The Department of Justice (DOJ) keeps giving radical leftist groups that support President Obama huge amounts of cash collected from big banks to settle discrimination and mortgage abuse lawsuits filed by the government.
Judicial Watch first reported the scheme two years ago when Countrywide Financial Corporation doled out $335 million to settle its discrimination lawsuit with the feds. The money was supposed to be distributed to more than 200,000 minority victims who supposedly were charged higher interest rates and fees than white borrowers based on their race not their credit. Instead, a chunk of the money went to Democrat-tied groups not connected to the lawsuit, including the scandal-plagued Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) and the open-borders National Council of La Raza (NCLR). The visible, albeit generally unspoken, goals of President Obama’s immigration policies -as executed- has always been to overwhelm the system and create a crisis which must be solved with new policy.  Classic Cloward-Piven strategy.
WASHINGTON DC – Two top federal judges Wednesday said the nation’s immigration courts are in chaos, with the backlog of cases at an historic high of 375,000 for just 227 judges, leading to a minimum three-year delay in hearings for illegal immigrants.

In Washington to take advantage of the current crisis to demand a new court system, the judges accused the Justice Department of treating their courts like Cinderella’s abusive family by starving them of money and support and blamed the insufficient Justice funding for letting illegals “linger” in the country.
“Immigration courts are the forgotten stepchild,” said Immigration Judge Dana Leigh Marks of San Francisco. She was speaking on behalf of the National Association of Immigration Judges, which she is president of. (read more)

This represents Obama’s foreign policy in a nutshell. In 2012 we armed ISIS in Syria with the goal to destroy President Assad. In 2014 we are giving President Assad the intelligence information to destroy ISIS, and the weapons we gave them to kill him.

WASHINGTON DC – The U.S. has begun reconnaissance flights over Syria and is sharing intelligence about jihadist deployments with Damascus through Iraqi and Russian channels, sources told AFP on Tuesday.

“The cooperation has already begun and the United States is giving Damascus information via Baghdad and Moscow,” one source close to the issue said on condition of anonymity.

The comments came a day after Foreign Minister Walid Muallem said Syria was willing to work with the international community against the jihadist Islamic State group, and U.S. officials said they were poised to carry out surveillance flights over Syria. (more…)

It’s frustrating to see so many pundits spinning wildly while trying to explain seemingly contradictory opinions between President Obama and his team of advisors.
Specifically, the term: “the advisors are out front of the president” – when describing international, or foreign policy, positions of the U.S. administration.
 
President Obama is consistent, if not predictable, when it comes to his overarching approach to foreign policy; there’s no inconsistency.
President Obama is a “Domestic President”; the entire purpose of his campaign was to lead fundamental change *internally* within the U.S.
The international developments are “over there” or distractions to his entire presidency – which is solely based on changing domestic policies and therefore the construct of America as a constitutional republic.
It does not matter to President Obama when his foreign policy advisors are at a divergent position or opinion to his current place or mindset.   The international ramifications of his engagements are purely viewed through the prism of whether or not the advised position provides him greater or lesser currency within the U.S. to carryout the fundamental change. Libya is vitally important for several reasons.  The nation is the gateway between Africa and the Middle East, as well as the primary gate between Africa and Europe.   What happens in Libya has profound consequences for Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
Unreported by the Western media some EU nations -and possibly the U.S.- have been covertly using air strikes to try and stop the assembly forces of the radical islamists.  As we previously shared the Benghazi, Mizrata and Darnah brigades, the Libyan Fighting Groups, have assembled under one banner called “Operation Dawn”.
However, the “mysterious airstrikes” have been futile given the scope of the islamists moving on the ground.   The Tripoli International Airport has been completely destroyed.  Islamist Fighting Groups are now in control of the Capital city.

Things are bad folks, really bad.  48 hours ago I lost contact with my source in the area – please say a prayer for all the innocent Libyans now suffering as a consequence of stupid U.S. policy. Samantha Power, Susan Rice, Hillary Clinton and President Obama caused this.

The Scheme Team 2.0 model 2014 is running into more local obstacles than they encountered in 2012 Sanford, Florida.
With that in mind they are obviously changing strategy.
If they can’t bring pressure onto the heads of the local law enforcement and public officials through the same tactic they used in 2012 – they (Scheme Team and Media cohorts) are going to go after the individual members of the local political and law enforcement base on a personal level.
It’s Alinsky Rule #5 directed to advance the Scheme Team’s goals:

Ridicule – Marginalize – Isolate.

The Media complex will work, and is working, in collaboration with the identified Scheme Team (Parks and Crump), and the greater BGI network.
The first line foot soldiers (The Orcs) Frances Robles, Joy-Ann Reid, Michael Skolnik and some local newbies who want to make a name for themselves -like Alderman Antonio French- are going to sling the mud, and provide the messaging up the line to the New York Media Complex.
The manicure crowd of Sonny Hostin, Don Lemon, Anderson Cooper, and the Derp Hipster crowd of Maddow, et al at MSNBC will use the trench efforts of the Orcs to smear the targets.  The targets are the officials in Ferguson Missouri who are not bowing to their demands.

The White House leaked it.
Why ? Because they were petrified of the political optics of contrast. The Obama administration had just used the excuse, “by any means possible” to trade the release of the Gitmo5 terrorists for Private Bergdahl. The White House understood the optic of an American hostage being killed as retaliation for military strikes against ISIL as a risk of the newly created Obama reality – negotiating with terrorists.
The White House leaked the rescue effort in a feeble attempt to show they did try something.

So the White house compromised a covert operation for political cover and gain. It’s how the McDonough team work. The only risk they worry about is the political risk of how it makes them look. All politics all the time. Period.
