Report: The FBI is Operating a Domestic Surveillance Flight Program Without Warrants Or Oversight….

We already knew the FBI was using Stingray cell data technology via drones and planes, however it appears the surveillance program is considerably more extensive.

Blinds-Flag-secrecyWASHINGTON DC – The FBI is operating a small air force with scores of low-flying planes across the country carrying video and, at times, cellphone surveillance technology — all hidden behind fictitious companies that are fronts for the government, The Associated Press has learned.
The planes’ surveillance equipment is generally used without a judge’s approval, and the FBI said the flights are used for specific, ongoing investigations. In a recent 30-day period, the agency flew above more than 30 cities in 11 states across the country, an AP review found. (more…)

Update Waco "Twin Peaks" Shooting – Waco Authority Demanding Liability Waivers Prior To Bond Reductions…

Several places are now reporting a very disconcerting claim about the justice system in Waco Texas requesting detainees sign waivers promising not to sue the city for unlawful arrest, detention, and civil rights violations.

One law firm has posted the following on their Facebook page outlining the demand:

BREAKING NEWS IN WACO: Read our Media Release being distributed at this time:

BOND REDUCTIONS OFFERED ONLY IN EXCHANGE FOR WAIVING POTENTIAL LAWSUITS IN WACO SHOOTOUT

Waco, Texas – Earlier today, detainees in the Jack Harwell Detention Center in Waco were told that in exchange for bond reductions, they must sign a document stating the Waco police “had the right to arrest the inmate and that he/she will not file a lawsuit against McLennan County and/or the City of Waco.” (more…)

First Waco "Twin Peaks" Wrongful Arrest Lawsuit Filed

We also concur that a host of lawsuits against numerous authority will follow as a result of the unconstitutional detainment and arrest practices of the Waco Police.
Eventually, years from now, as law school students confer for their first and second year classes, the Waco shooting at “Twin Peaks” will be used as a case study showcasing the how law enforcement can, and will, overreact.
clendennen(Via Aging Rebel) The first of what will surely be a blizzard of federal civil rights lawsuits was filed this morning against the city of Waco and McLennan County, Texas.
Scimitar Motorcycle Club member Matthew Alan Clendennen (above) is also suing Waco police officer Manuel Chavez, who signed the criminal complaint against Clendennen and up to 177 other arrestees. Chavez’ criminal complaint states that “I hereby state upon my oath that I have reason to believe and do believe that heretofore, and before making and filing of this complaint, that on or about May 17, 2015 in McLennan County, Texas, the said Clendennen, Matthew Alan did then and there, as a member of a criminal street gang, commit or conspire to commit murder, capital murder, or aggravated assault against the laws of the State.”
[…] The lawsuit notes that “the identical criminal complaint used in Plaintiff Matthew Alan Clendennen’s case was used to justify the arrest of more than 100 other individuals and only the names were changed in the various criminal complaints. The complaint alleges absolutely no individualized probable cause to establish that Plaintiff Matthew Alan Clendennen engaged in organized criminal activity (more…)

Controversial Florida State Attorney, Angela Corey, Loses Counterclaim Suit Against Zimmerman Witness Ben Kruidbos…

The story of Ben Kruidbos (pronounced “Cried-Boss”) is a story of what happens when a man of integrity stands up against a legal authority built on corruption and political self-interest.

Yesterday a Florida Judge delivered a ruling, with extreme prejudice, against his former boss, State Attorney Angela Corey – thereby allowing a lawsuit filed by Ben to continue.

Those of you who followed the trial of George Zimmerman may remember Ben; those of you who are not familiar with the specifics might find a parallel to the current headlines of what is happening in Baltimore Maryland in the office of State Attorney Marilyn Mosby.

Ben Kruidbos was the Information Technology Director, the technology expert, within the office of the Jacksonville State Attorney Angela Corey ~Full Backstory~.  In his position he was charged with retrieving and reviewing the phone data contained in the cell phone of Trayvon Martin.

The office of Angela Corey held a vested interest in the content of Trayvon’s cell phone because, as we would later discover, the content therein showed how Trayvon’s mother, Sybrina Fulton, and his father, Tracy Martin, lied to state investigators about the details surrounding Trayvon’s activities prior to his encounter with George Zimmerman. Research Update: Waco "Twin Peaks" Shooting – Only Four Officers Fired Shots…

You might find this interesting.   We continue to look at resource avenues to unearth the factual story of what took place in Waco Texas at the Twin Peaks restaurant.  Toward that end we reached out to a local reporter covering the entire story with some general communication and questions.
As a result of that contact the following excerpt is direct from them (emphasis mine):

…[…] Also, to be clear, according to my research, 18 PD officers were on scene but only 4 fired weapons. All of those officers are considered “involved”, even without having fired.

waco 8So the number of officers who are on administrative leave, pending customary investigation, includes more than just those who participated in the shots being fired.
Waco Spokesperson W. Patrick Swanton was previously quoted as stating:

[…]  In anticipation of possible problems, 14 Waco officers and four Texas Department of Public Safety troopers were positioned around the restaurant, where a coalition of biker groups planned to meet on Sunday.
The 14 officers involved in the gun battle are all now on administrative leave, which is standard protocol in officer-involved shootings, Swanton said.

Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby Claims "hacks", and Begins Shutting Down Social Media After Megyn Kelly Sunlight and Our Research Exposes Her Bias…

A scathing expose’ by Megyn Kelly today, outlining much of our research on activist Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby, leads to Team Mosby claiming a “twitter hacking” and blocking visibility of Mosby’s earlier prejudicial video statements.
First the Megyn Kelly segment (first 7 minutes):

The video used in the segment was first shared here on May 4th, and highlights a speech Mosby gave at a Multicultural Prayer Movement.  The research thread was part one of a three part series outlining ‘Why Mosby Should Be Recused’Part II and III HERE
As soon as the Kelly File segment aired, that video was shut down and has now been made private.  However, Chuck Ross at the Daily Caller had already picked up the speech outline several weeks ago and copied the Mosby segment.  (available here)
In addition, the Controversial Social Media postings originally brought to our attention by Froggie and again shared by the Daily Caller earlier today were claimed to be “hacked”.

Waco "Twin Peaks" Shooting – The Crossfire and The Four Dead Bodies We Don't See…

One of the more frustrating aspects to the Waco “Twin Peaks” biker shooting story is the lack of photographic references to aid in a full understanding of the proximity of all the characters, suspects and witnesses involved.
However, after reviewing hundreds of media articles showing bits and pieces of the event we finally have some optical references for a story as it is told.
But before going to that aspect another controversial point should be expressed.
No-one here is saying the police, in totality, did anything wrong.  Conversely, it would be unfair to think EVERYONE, who were rounded up as 170 ‘conspiracy suspects’ and who were detained in the aftermath, is guilty of murder.
waco 24 mugshots
There are many concerning aspects which need sunlight regarding the immediate police response to whatever caused the spark of violence.  Similarly, there are concerning aspects about the wholesale arrest of ‘bikers’, or unaffiliated motorcycle riders, purely due to their proximity to a violent event they did not participate in.
Hopefully, anyone vested in the interests of lawful due process (ie. everyone) would be concerned with ‘wholesale roundups’.
Think about the following analogy. (more…)

"It Was The Baby's Fault" – Georgia Police Blame 19-Month-Old Toddler For Their Need To Blow Off His Face In His Crib….

Does the headline strike you as over-the-top rhetoric, it’s not.  There are times when we defend decisions made by police, and then there are times like this when their decisions are indefensible.  However, this time we are not alone.

(Via Lew Rockwell) “If the facts are against you, argue the law. If the law is against you, argue the facts. If the law and facts are against you, pound the table and yell like hell.”
In their effort to deflect blame for the near-murder of 19-month-old Bounkham Phonesavah , Habersham County, Georgia Sheriff Joey Terrell and his Berserkers — more appropriately styled the Baby-Burning Stormtroopers of Habersham County — added a repellent appendix to Carl Sandburg’s cynical advice:

When police blow the face off a toddler in an illegal 2:00 a.m. no-knock SWAT raid, and the victims file an unassailable civil complaint, blame the baby.

That is the unambiguous claim made in the “Defendants’ Reply” to the lawsuit filed on behalf of the infant, who is known as “Baby Bou-Bou.” (more…)

Rand Paul Out Maneuvers Mitch McConnell On Spy Power Extension Bill – (aka NSA Reauthorization)

McConnell (majority leader), and Cornyn (majority whip), lost this one.
mcconnell-cornyn
(Via The Hill) Mitch McConnell staged an epic gamble over U.S. spying powers — and lost.
The Republican leader pledged to keep senators in Washington through the weekend to finish work on expiring provisions of the Patriot Act, but Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) called his bluff.
Instead, when the smoke cleared in the early hours of Saturday morning, the 2016 presidential contender was the one with bragging rights.
The battle between the two Kentucky Republicans spilled over on the Senate floor, with Paul using procedural tactics to force the chamber into an early Saturday vote. He then used his leverage to kill off McConnell’s repeated attempts to reauthorize the expiring National Security Agency (NSA) programs — first for two months, then for eight days, then for five, then three, then two.
