(Via Freedomworks)  I am currently in my freshman year of high school and the incidents are happening more frequently and I believe are more severe.  As you can imagine, the ongoing pressure and bullying has been disturbing to me, my friends and my family.

Just before the 2010 Midterm election, I was on the front page of the local newspaper for my political volunteer work and my teachers noticed. One of my seven teachers made it very clear that she dissaproved of my civic engagement. In a period of two months, my Geography teacher frequently would take me aside after school for a few minutes and tell me how stupid, wrong and misguided I was for being Republican. The harassment with this specific teacher got so bad, I had to switch schools halfway through the year.  At this time I was only 12 years old. You might have begun the day with thoughtful reflection for the Rising of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.   You might have even gathered your family to discuss how the death of the Son of God was to forgive us our sins and grant absolution for all those who proclaim His name.

You might have even held each other close in celebration of the joyous gift we recognize this day filled with eternal light, love and grace.  

Perhaps you clasped hands and gave consideration for the abundant kindness and strength of Christianity in the face of overwhelming adversity and prayed for those who trespass against us. 

Perhaps.

But not Obama.

No, instead he chose to sit and worship at the altar of almighty self-righteous indignation.  When you point outward you “Forgive not your trespasses for you forgive not those who have trespassed against you”….

Remember the famous “fabian socialist mantra” – It’s not who votes, but who counts the votes that matters…..

WASHINGTON DC – President Barack Obama signed an Executive Order Thursday establishing a Presidential Commission to deal with “election administration” that critics say is an attempt to nationalize the country’s elections for partisan advantage.

The Executive Order states the Commission “shall identify best practices and otherwise make recommendations to promote the efficient administration of elections in order to ensure that all eligible voters have the opportunity to cast their ballots without undue delay.”

The Commission will focus on polling places, how better to train and recruit poll workers, managing voter rolls and poll books, voting machines, ballot simplicity, English proficiency, and absentee ballots. The states–not the federal government–traditionally have responsibility over such matters. (more…)

One of the key tenets of Progs is their capacity to use congnitive dissonance to reconcile their arguments/positions.  They ignore the water in the rain and describe getting wet as a problem.  The truth does not fit this agenda.

Articles and interviews would flood the media, and we’d have political debates demanding that African Americans be “held accountable.” Then, if an atrocity such as the Newtown, Conn., shootings took place and African American male leaders held a news conference to offer solutions, their credibility would be questionable. The public would tell these leaders that they need to focus on problems in their own culture and communities.

But when the criminals and leaders are white men, race and gender become the elephant in the room.

Nearly all of the mass shootings in this country in recent years — not just Newtown, Aurora, Fort Hood, Tucson and Columbine — have been committed by white men and boys. Yet when the National Rifle Association (NRA), led by white men, held a news conference after the Newtown massacre to advise Americans on how to reduce gun violence, its leaders’ opinions were widely discussed. It has been almost two years since we first discussed the rampant corruption in the Atlanta (Georgia) Public School System.   The initial reports were alarming beyond measure, and now the criminal charges are being discussed/levied.

ATLANTA – In another embarrassing blow to Atlanta public schools, nearly three dozen  former educators, including the ex-superintendent, were indicted Friday in one  of the nation’s largest test cheating scandals.

Former Superintendent Beverly Hall  (pictured left) faced charges including racketeering,  false statements and theft because prosecutors said some of the bonuses she  received were tied to falsified scores.

Hall retired just days before a state probe was released in 2011. She has  long denied knowing about the cheating or ordering it.

During a news conference Friday, Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard  provided examples of two students who demonstrated “the plight of many children”  in the Atlanta school system. He described a third-grader who failed a benchmark  exam and received the worst score in her reading class in 2006. The girl was  held back, yet when she took a separate assessment test not long after, she  passed with flying colors. (more…)

Washington Times – A court may have shot down French President Francois Hollande’s attempt to stick the wealthy with a 75 percent tax on earnings above a certain amount. But he’s not giving up. Mr. Hollande’s new plan: Stick the 75 percent tax on businesses.

Companies — not individuals — would have to pay the high tax on any salaries that are paid over a million euros, under Mr. Hollande’s latest proposal, Newsmax reports.

“I am sticking by my pledge,” Mr. Holland said, as quoted in Newsmax.

The Socialist leader is trying to reignite a sluggish economy — as he promised during his campaign — but is facing dwindling poll numbers and approval ratings. His recent attempt to tax wealthy at a 75 percent rate was denied in a constitutional court.  (read more)

GEORGIA – City Commissioner James Henry Brooks Sr. has been charged with influencing a witness and obstructing the investigation of the fatal shooting of a baby and wounding of his mother March 21.

Brooks, also charged with racketeering in unrelated cases in Camden County, was booked into the Glynn County jail.

He was at the Glynn County Courthouse Monday when the mother of murder defendant De’Marquise Elkins left the courthouse after her son’s initial court appearance. As Karimah Elkins and another woman walked from the courthouse, a county police investigator tried to speak with her. Brooks stepped between them and prevented the officer from speaking with the mother, officials said. (more…)

(CofCC) Recently in Brunswick, GA, two black teenagers shot a white mother and then executed her baby with a point blank shot to the face. What happened next revealed a shocking community wide problem.

Brunswick, GA is a small city of 15,000 people. It is about 60% black. The shooting took place in a census track that is 73% black and 13% white. The fairskinned mother and her blond-haired blue-eyed baby would have stuck out. They were undoubtedly targeted because they are white.

The suspects in the shooting are 17 and 14. Seventeen year old De’Marquise Elkins is the suspected gunman. According to local media he is also suspected in another shooting, but details have not been released.

Here is where the village comes in. The mother, sister, and aunt of the suspected gunman have all been arrested and charged with felony obstruction. Police say they provided false statements and sent them on a wild goose chase. People don’t normally try to protect relatives from prosecution when the crime is this heinous. This shows a shocking disregard for the rest of the community. (more…)
