Sometimes we get great tips into the Treehouse on the George Zimmerman case but we just don’t know what to do with them.   Generally when the submission provides only text narrative (no videos or pictures) we are left trying to interpret what they are sharing.   This is one such example.
Obviously a lot of thought and research went into this outline.  Unfortunately,  we do not know precisely what pictures/angles have been reviewed and so the pictures are only our best guess (you can click to enlarge).  In addition we do not independently possess the video(s) the author, JR, describes.  However, if someone else does please share the links and we will attempt to embedd.   Thanks, Sundance 
From Treeper JR – Have you looked at the clubhouse videos? I’m pretty sure they show Zimmerman looking for Martin, just before he called the police.

It may help to get an idea of what the layout of the clubhouse is. Go to Bing maps. (1111 Retreat View Circle, Sanford, Florida)  Bing is Microsoft’s response to Google, but rather than using satellite images they use aerial photography, which gives you a real 3D image. The problem is that the images are from different vintages, so as you rotate the image, you get different vintages – and some are old enough to show RTL under construction and a trailer sales office where the clubhouse is.

But pan across the street to the north so you are looking at the school, and rotate for a view from the south, and pan SLOWLY to the south, and you will get an image of the clubhouse from the south (make sure you don’t go past the pool) (more…)

Several months ago, when I first made the conscious choice to engage in really digging into and understanding the George Zimmerman case; the reason for my inquiry was based on the fact-based and historically accurate understanding that President Obama does not get involved in anything unless he stands to gain from something politically.
Additionally, I have held the opinion the entire construct of the George Zimmerman V Trayvon™ Martin case would have evaporated from view within weeks, if it were not for the Rose Garden speech by President Obama about  ‘Trayvon being his son’.   At that moment, that specific moment, is when the forces aligned against George Zimmerman increased exponentially.   It was also at that moment that any possibility of a fair or impartial vetting of the case was crushed into the land of impossibility.
President Obama’s involvement is also the reason I have told many “at risk parties”, who do not possess the internal strength to look boldly into the furnace, to run away from it.   This case is not for the faint of courage.   Once you put the full weight, and credibility, of The Office Of The President of The United States into the mix, the concentric circles of narrative protection increase exponentially in all their forms; and they will attack you viciously ad infinitum.
Consider this latest revelation/development from the Miami Herald report to be a case in point.   Emphasis mine:

Remember that “awkward” sideways look on Sybrina’s face when the reporter asked about the “button” Trayvon was wearing when he was shot, that was also visible in the 7-11 video.?

Treeper Shari – uncovered some very interesting aspect about Cory Craig Johnson that leads to a far greater understanding about “why” Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin have  such a keen interest in the “Stand-Your-Ground” legislation.
Apparently this is something they have a vested interest in keeping hidden from public understanding or awareness.
The conflict of interest is so blatant it is no wonder why never divulged this to the media and are so awkward when questioned.

It begins with Tracy Martin reaching out on February 28th to his sister-in-law attorney Patricia Jones, she in turn contacted Benjamin Crump from Parks and Crump law firm in Tallahassee. Crump contacted Tracy Martin February 29th and took the case March 1st.
Chasing that initial “contact angle” takes you into another insane web of interwoven associations. So I’m skipping it, but you can READ IT HERE.
Crump then contacted Orlando Attorney Natalie Jackson to begin the process of formulating the offensive strategy. Natalie Jackson is a Seminole County NAACP board member and serves as a member of the Legal Redress Committee. In addition Natalie Jackson’s mom, Francis Oliver, is a major activist and historian within the NAACP.

Natalie Jackson and Benjamin Crump hire Media Communications expert Ryan Julison, who Jackson had previously worked with on the Sanford Sherman Ware case where they were able to extort leverage financial restitution from the son of a former Sanford Police Lieutenant; the son’s name is Justin Collison, and he was charged with beating Sherman Ware. In addition to money paid to Sherman Ware, Collison, the grandson of a very wealthy former federal judge, also paid off the NAACP. Ryan Julison ran the media campaign to support Ware.
While Julison went about pitching the racist white George Zimmerman murdering the innocent Trayvon Martin to the media, which he did very effectively, Benjamin Crump got in touch with his former cohorts from the Martin Lee Anderson case; namely Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and National NAACP President Ben Jealous. Richard W. Mantei is a new Asst. State Attorney placed into the prosecution team against George Zimmerman (article below). We need to find out more about this guy. From my initial google review of him he appears to be a “plea bargain specialist” along the line of Tom Cruise’s character in a Few Good Men. Many of his prosecution cases ended up as plea agreements. I hope that is not the direction here.
However, my initial gut response to another prosecutor was telling me this was for “positioning” or “plausible deniability” in that new exculpatory evidence (see update #28) would be in dire need of a fresh set of eyes. That is just a hunch, a spidey sense kinda thing, I really don’t know.

Critical Thinking – Yesterday I posted a video  and CNN story that hit the “national news” of a Step-Father in a fenced back yard, with a baseball mitt, and a belt, and a young boy, with a baseball.
The video was not posted just to “stir emotion”…..  It was posted because there is a critical aspect to the Trayvon Martin case that people are overlooking.  Well, most people.    Bear with me.


Like the Trayvon Martin case, yesterday’s video, which drew the ire of many TreeHouse participants, was/is a media narrative.   The media narrative was “Step-Father beats Step-son for dropping ball while playing catch“.   That was the substance of the media construct, and it included a nice u-tube video to support it. In my opinion the money at issue, all or any part of it, is confidential, the issue is irrelevant, is an illegal inquiry, or this is all subject to the attorney/client privilege (so, for example, the Zimmermans were entitled to talk in “code” because they knew the calls were being recorded).
Bottom line first: This is simply an illegal inquiry by the Prosecutor, attorney Crump, et al., to inquire about otherwise privileged matters, and ultimately to stop the flow of attorneys’ fees to Zimmerman’s counsel.:
1) I do not believe DONATIONS (gifts) are legally considered Zimmerman assets. Nor are the monies assets/funds subject to disclosure to a Judge at a BAIL hearing, or any criminal court proceeding, but specifically where the ONLY matter being discussed is bail (the amount of bail is to assure defendant’s appearance. Bail is NOT punishment, a sanction, or a strategic device (e.g., to deny counsel and coerce a guilty plea).
Bonus Inquiry: Even if the donations/gifts are assets, did the State Attorney put into EVIDENCE what the Zimmermans did with the money? IS THERE ANY EVIDENCE THAT THE ZIMMERMANS SPENT ALL OR PART OF IT, AND ON WHAT? (more…)
