Somewhat based on the new video evidence,  Diwataman has put the “known facts”, including timeline, into an interesting and well constructed video consideration.  Take a look:

The only divergent position I would take to the video presentation is the physical location of the actual encounter.  Based on the 911 phone call, and from Zimmerman’s third hand accounts (police, dad etc), it would not appear he traveled down the path toward the townhome of Brandy Green.    George Zimmerman told police that Trayvon initially approached him from his left and from behind as he was walking back toward his vehicle. This “approach angle” was stated that night, the next morning, and in all subsequent questioning; from what we know he has been consistent.
So if you take GZ statements at face value, and you accept the same from DeeDee, it would imply that Trayvon traveled back up the path from Brandy’s house toward the “T” where the pathways meet.

FreeRepublic has listed a number of our Martin v Zimmerman research articles for their readers.   Interestingly in one of the comment sections a reader named “cynwoody” presents a consideration.   Could this be the person represented on the image from Trayvon’s big memorial button he was wearing on the night of the shooting?

Personally, I’ve been having a hell of a time getting the CCTV videos to play and was kind of hoping there was enough interest on this site for someone to at least check it out on their own instead of getting it cut up from the media and to see what those videos are and if they’re the 7eleven videos or what they are as they’re listed under 7-11 so I figure it’s them but the date is off on the files. (From XXXXXXXX ) By cross-referencing tweets from his account with those of people mentioned throughout, The Miami Herald was able to show the account was, in fact, Trayvon Martin’s.  A review of the account, which has since been taken down, portrays a typical teenager with a sense of humor and a preoccupation with girls. He is sometimes vulgar when discussing sex, and he often quotes explicit song lyrics.
Most of his tweets revolved around girls and sex.  “I’m READY for a REAL relationship I’m talking mama meetin and all,” he said on Jan. 8, almost two months before his death.  He often retweeted Twitter account @iTeachSEXOLOGY, with tips on the physical acts of sex.
It’s clear he wasn’t happy at his high school, Dr. Michael D. Krop Senior High in Northeast Miami-Dade:  “Wuld I miss Krop?? Hell na f** da skool, f** da lunch, nd most of all f** da faculty….. Ima miss sum of da students, mainly da babies ;)”

Jumpin’ Judas Bat Man……  Wow, to say you guys have unearthed some incredible contradictory information on #4 Tip Line is a MASSIVE UNDERSTATEMENT.    How anyone could look at that list of factual and cited information about Benjamin Crump and the Scheme Team, and not come away with the recognition they have been duped, had or conned would be impossible for anyone except the most die-hard of Trayvon narrative Kool-aid drinkers.
Exceptional job.   I could hire a staff of a dozen Full-Time research preparers on that single substantive thread of comments alone.  It is going to take a little time to put it all together into a digestible deconstruction of the false narrative, but man-o-man is it obvious.  (there goes the weekend 🙂 )    Benjamin Crump et al has talked himself silly with varying contradictions on the entire fiasco.    Again, excellent job.
Now, understand, we will not disengage or get off track from the original goal of step-by-step deconstruction of the entire TEAM of manipulative schemers.
Despite the document dump distraction we will remain focused, and yes, we will still post the new stuff.
But, this is important because it speaks to the manner of the agenda at hand, do not doubt this document/discovery dump by the prosecution team is intentional, it is.   They were losing control of the false narrative to the sunlight of truth in the drip, drip, drip, discovery leaking.   Each new factual element was/is supporting George Zimmerman, that is why they dumped a big batch of contents simultaneously yesterday. I’ve got a full agenda today, so I am reaching out to anyone who can help. The events of the past several days have put the Crump narrative on its heels along with Benjamin Crump himself. Both the autopsy, and the Zimmerman medical records are contradictory to the advanced Benjamin Crump narrative.
Now is the time to push back harder. Never relent.
What I am looking for are the early stage statements from Benjamin Crump that were either quoted in the print media, or reflected in video interviews. Early in his organization of the narrative he made several statements that in retrospect are absolutely silly. One example was him saying that Trayvon left Brandy’s apartment during half-time of the NBA All Star game. But there are many more.
If anyone has a few minutes today could you google, or search for articles with Benjamin Crump, Daryl Parks, Natalie Jackson, or Ryan Julison between March 1st to March 22nd (first 3 weeks) and look for contradictions in his narrative. Then just provide a brief excerpt and the link in the comment section.
What I want to do is put a thread together with a timeline showing how the “story” changed over time. I think this will be helpful to many people in understanding exactly how manipulated it was/is, even to today. (more…)

I hold no specific knowledge of the Department of Justice Community Relations Service (CRS), and until a few weeks ago I personally was unaware it even existed.  A site reader, Laura M, has provided a correction to my framing of the Federal CRS an entity within the Department of Justice.

However, you guys really got it wrong on the DoJ CRS issue. I have been a client of the CRS as a mother of white boys who were targeted in a felony hate crime, my young sons were brutally attacked with my 13-year-old stomped in the head repeatedly, parents encouraged the beating by other black teens in our local park, no one intervened to protect my children. Via Lee M – I’ve been analyzing the various .wav files since March 22nd. I’m no “audio expert” but I do have 39 years of audio mixing experience (broadcast, et. al.). Even if GZ said “punks” I hear “cold” with an odd sibilance tacked on.
I also hear what sound like puddle splashing shortly after he exits his vehicle, just before “it’s f’ing cold” (or projecting anger at “those f’ing punks” for making him step in a
puddle?).  After that he walks at a moderate pace to a dog waste disposal unit at the T in the walkways and taps something – a shoe, a flashlight – against it. He stays at that point until the call completes at 4:04  (his line disconnects after which there are a few seconds of line hum at the distant end where the call is recorded).

TM appears to circle the truck. GZ is heard twisting in his seat ostensibly to observe TM as he makes the first pass by the driver side.   Eight seconds later I hear footsteps – albeit ones that sound like harder soled shoes – in the background. A counterclockwise walk around the truck would place TM back at the driver side about 8 seconds after
GZ is heard turning in his seat. (more…)
