WASHINGTON DC – A vote on President Barack Obama’s controversial labor secretary nominee was postponed after Republican Senators summoned a whistleblower to testify before the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions committee.

Politico reported on Wednesday that Frederick Newell, a St. Paul, Minnesota community activist, will appear before the committee to discuss the $200 million whistleblower lawsuit that Tom Perez, the head of the Department of Justice’s civil rights enforcement, allegedly dismissed as part of a quid pro quo deal with the city. The city withdrew a Supreme Court case that threatened to overturn disparate impact, a racial discrimination doctrine that Perez supports, in exchange for the DOJ dropping the whistleblower suit. Florida Attorney General, and friend of Benjamin Crump, {{*INSERT LOUD CONFLICT OF INTEREST FLAG HERE}}  Pam Bondi, has filed the State’s response to the Defense request for a Writ of Certiorari surrounding deposition of Martin family attorney, Benjamin Crump.

AG Pam Bondi has previously outlined, at great length -and effort for political capital-  her close personal friendship with Benjamin Crump.   During the Martin Lee Anderson Case Pam Bondi worked as prosecutor on behalf of the State of Florida, while Ben Crump was family attorney for the Andersons.

In addition, current special prosecutor, Angela Corey, was a campaign manager and advocate for Pam Bondi during Bondi’s 2010 campaign for Attorney General.

Once again, same storyline, same type of crime, and the same insufferable avoidance by the media to discuss not only the race of the perps, but also their intents and motivations.   Wash-Rinse-Repeat…. blah, blah, blah…..

It was another “Thrill Killing” – but the media just cannot grasp the intentional motive.

Six black teens all under the age of 17 shoot and kill a 34-year-old white male driving down the street in a suburban neighborhood of no particular consequence, for no apparent reason.    (….stop me when you get to the point where you’ve heard this before….)

The black shooter thugs?   One was 13, two were 14, two were 15 and one was 16-years old.

Here are the reports which outline the crime, discuss the random brutality, and in the most insufferable way – ponder what possibly could be going wrong.

On Monday night 4/15/13 (the day of the Boston Bombing) new media reports from the Boston area discussed that an apartment belonging to a Saudi National,  Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, in Revere Mass,  was searched by FBI and Law enforcement.  Abdul was in the U.S. on a student visa.

Federal search warrant is now being executed at 5th floor apt 364 Ocean Ave in Revere, MA – alot of activity, different agencies on scene.

WASHINGTON DC – There is only one certainty surrounding the terrorist attack that occurred in Benghazi, Libya last September 11th: seven months later, the American people and the families of the victims and wounded still do not know all the facts and specifics that resulted in the murder of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other American heroes. However, I am cautiously optimistic that momentum is building this week in the quest for the truth.

In separate letters to Members of the U.S. House of Representatives, the groups Special Operations Speaks and Operational Security (OpSec), along with 700 retired military special operations personnel, urged support for House Resolution 36 which is being sponsored by senior Republican Congressman Frank Wolf (R-VA). House Resolution 36, if passed, would create a select congressional committee to thoroughly investigate the terrorist attacks in Benghazi and what the Obama Administration did and didn’t do. (more…)

Juvenile delinquency in Florida’s public schools declined dramatically during the last six months of 2011, the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) announced today.

Delinquency referrals in schools throughout the state declined 16 percent compared to the same period the year before.   School referrals declined in 46 of Florida’s 67 counties, with Miami-Dade recording the biggest numeric decline (353 cases or 60 percent) in school-related delinquency.  A school-related referral is an arrest for a juvenile misdemeanor or felony committed on school grounds. On February 26th Trayvon Martin was killed by George Zimmerman in a claimed self-defense shooting.   The claim by George Zimmerman would be bolstered by, forensics, witness statements, and subsequent Sanford Police investigation.

On February 29th as part of the investigation, according to investigative affairs within the Miami-Dade School Police Department, Detective Steven Hadley received a phone call from Sanford Police Dept Randy Smith.  [internal documents note Smith as both a Lieutenant and a sergeant – some confusion there]

Smith was requesting background information on shooting victim Trayvon Martin to complete a victimology report.   Hadley told Smith the Miami-Dade School Police dept fax number and asked him to submit his request in writing on letterhead from Sanford PD.

Upon receipt of the request in Miami Detective Hadley told Sergent William Tagle of the request who instructed him to access the Record Management System (RMS).   Hadley input Trayvon Martin’s information into the RMS system and located a police report.   Hadley informed Tagle of the report and was told to provide it to [Lieutenant/Sergeant] Smith. Yesterday we brought you the story of a self-proclaimed race-based attack against a white woman by three black people.   One of the perps who beat her with a hammer, and then lit her on fire, admitted they killed Melinda McCormick because of a “hatred for white people”.  

Unfortunately it is now customary for the mainstream media to ignore the story because the victim was white and the racist attacker was black – this fact does not fit their agenda – Only White People Can Be Racist – …..  Reverse the races and this would have been carried on CNN – MSNBC and all the alphabet channels all day.

Also unfortunately, Ms. McCormick was not the only victim to suffer a death by hammer as a result of racism.  

In Ohio, a couple, Mr and Mrs Schobert, were brutally murdered by Shawn Eric Ford Jr, who choose to use a sledgehammer. 

Mr. Schobert was a lawyer, and Mrs Schobert was active in their community civic groups.  They were a loving couple raising an adopted black daughter Chelsea. (more…)

Now – This really happened (obviously because it’s on tape), and yet “Progs” (that means you progressives) will look around saying: “wha, what… so what, it doesn’t mean anything”?

Here’s the issue being debated.    If black men, or Muslim men, commit violence against women, should the media:

a) ….report the violence because the victim is female, and this supports our agenda

OR

b) ….. censor the violence because the perp is a racial minority, and that does not support our agenda.
