We knew last year the diversionary activity around the Miami-Dade School Police Department, which was coordinated, sanctioned and authorized by Miami-Dade School Superintendent, Alberto Carvalho, was illegal.
Consequently we knew a public airing of the illegal activity was a risk to all parties involved.

Now, however – the entire School Board might be legally responsible for engaging in unlawful conspiracy which resulted from the internal investigation within the M-DSPD and the School Boards’ “willful blindness” to the actual finding(s).
It doesn’t take a law degree to understand that when you intentionally construct a policy, or group of policies, which specifically hide illegal behavior you are on the wrong side of the law – even when it is the top law enforcement officer giving the instructions to do it. (more…)
I saw this earlier in the day and thought it was a spoof. Apparently not. Sheesh, the women progs are really getting desperate to stir up something, anything…. a.n.y.t.h.i.n.g
They, well… that would be Obama bundler and Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, even built a website for it. Seriously, I’m not kidding. Ban the word “bossy”. D’oh.
(Via ABC News) Can banning one school-yard word really change the world? Sheryl Sandberg says yes.

I pledge to #banbossy – let's raise our girls to value leadership skills and assertiveness! http://t.co/Wyy7XOOPKy

Sandberg — the chief operating officer of Facebook and author of the best-selling book “Lean In” — is spearheading the launch of a campaign today to ban the word “bossy,” arguing the negative put-down stops girls from pursuing leadership roles. (more…)
As each day passes the window for President Obama to accomplish his fundamental change diminishes. Such realizations set the stage for a dangerous time.
It is becoming increasingly obvious to most observers that Obama’s divide and conquer strategy has run its course of effectiveness. With only a few months remaining – the desperate attempts to advance goals gain expediency.
Even the use of the race card is now futile. (more…)
We predicted this outcome a few years ago – but it still comes as a shock:
I have resigned from CBS.
— Sharyl Attkisson (@SharylAttkisson) March 10, 2014
Sharyl Attkisson was the best reporter, by far, on both the Benghazi story and Fast n Furious scandal. You might remember her phone and computer were hacked by unkown government entities who were monitoring her hard hitting reporting immediately following the Benghazi investigation.
Sharyl Attkisson is known to be a direct albeit brutally honest reporter, a real patriot for truth. Twitter feed HERE
[Via Politico] CBS News investigative correspondent Sharyl Attkisson has reached an agreement to resign from CBS News ahead of contract, bringing an end to months of hard-fought negotiations, sources familiar with her departure told POLITICO on Monday.

Attkisson, who has been with CBS News for two decades, had grown frustrated with what she saw as the network’s liberal bias, an outsized influence by the network’s corporate partners and a lack of dedication to investigative reporting, several sources said. She increasingly felt like her work was no longer supported and that it was a struggle to get her reporting on air. (more…)
President Obama looks at North Korea’s Elections and thinks to himself: “if only”..
PYONGYANG (AP) — With no one else on the ballot, state media reported Monday that supreme leader Kim Jong Un was not only elected to the highest legislative body in North Korea, he won with the unanimous approval of his district, which had 100 percent turnout.

To show Dear Leader magnificence and appreciation; and to show love for all his people, Kim Jong Un announces every family in North Korea with more than 8 people will receive a brand new potato.
North Koreans went to the polls on Sunday to approve the new roster of deputies for the Supreme People’s Assembly, the country’s legislature. The vote, more a political ritual than an election by Western standards, is generally held once every five years.
Though results for the other seats in the assembly had not yet been announced, North Korea’s media quickly reported Kim had won in his district — located on the symbolic Mount Paekdu — without a single dissenting ballot. (more…)

He died in police custody after neighbors claimed he was beating a dog to death with a metal pipe. He jumped onto the roof. The Police used pepper spray and a taser to subdue him.
Yet the media, wait for it,…. are showing pictures of “Tre” Johnson as a young lad in a tuxedo….. Because using one of the several previous mug shots would be too difficult I guess. Sound familiar ?
MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The family of a man suspected of abusing dogs wants to know what led to his mysterious death.

About 300,000 gun owners; About 1,000 Police Enforcement.
Combat Ratio 300/1
(CONNECTICUT) A showdown is developing between a sizable number of Connecticut state police officers and the politicians who passed into law highly restrictive gun control, gun bans, and bans on high capacity magazines.
Gun rights legal expert and activist David Hardy reported Friday that 250 law enforcement officers in Connecticut have signed an open letter stating that they will not enforce the new anti-gun and magazine laws, which they consider to be a violation of the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
A major news story on these developments is due to be published soon, but Hardy received an advanced notice via email from Tyler Jackson, the head of the Connecticut Peace Officers Association, the organization that sent the open letter. (read more)
GAME ON, DIRTBAG !
WASHINGTON DC – Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) believes that incumbent Republicans won’t have a problem holding their seats in the 2014 elections.

“I think we are going to crush them everywhere,” McConnell said about Tea Party challengers in a New York Times interview published Saturday. “I don’t think they are going to have a single nominee anywhere in the country.”
