There are two main Islamic fighting forces, and six main factions within those fighting forces, inside Syria – all fighting against Assad.   None of them are remotely “moderate”.   But for context let me remind you of what the John’s (Kerry and McCain) consider “moderate”:

(Left) John McCain meeting with ISIS forces in Syria while he thought he was in the company of the FSA (Free Syrian Army) D’oh.   And (right) John Kerry meeting with Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood “moderate” Morsi while he was lopping off the heads of Coptic Christians.

JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia (AP) — Secretary of State John Kerry signaled on Friday that the U.S. hopes to enlist moderate Syrian opposition fighters that the Obama administration has reluctantly decided to arm and train in the battle against militant extremists in neighboring Iraq.
Obama sent Congress a $500 million request Thursday for a Pentagon-run program that would significantly expand previous covert efforts to arm rebels fighting both the Sunni extremists and forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar Assad. The move that comes amid increased U.S. concern that the conflicts in Syria and Iraq are becoming an intertwined fight against the same Sunni extremist group. (more…)

Apparently the four people killed were not his kind of “smidgens”…

However, if we can push the TRUTH behind the “BENGHAZI BRIEF” into the consciousness of the electorate and industrial media complex – there might be an opportunity to wipe that smidgen smirk off his face.

WASHINGTON DC – President Obama charged that his Republican opponents had “nothing to offer except cynicism and fear and frustration” during a fundraiser Thursday in Minnesota.
The fundraiser capped off a day Obama spent with Rebekah Erler, a working mother who wrote the president to detail her financial struggle.
“It moved me,” Obama said of the letter, adding that he only went into politics to help people like her. (more…)

Two distinct political type investigations are going on simultaneously in Mississippi.   The first is to identify exactly who was behind the racist Robocall to democrats in an effort to manipulate the vote counts; and also identify the people behind the racist flyers.  Most research seems to indicate former Republican Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour, and his political PAC, as the source of the race-baiting attack ads.  
The second investigative aspect is an actual legal challenge to the results.    Preliminary review is turning up widespread fraud from Democrats who voted in their own party primary on 6/3/14 and then voted again in the Republican primary runoff on 6/24/14.  Those cross party votes would be considered illegal and discounted if challenged legally by the McDaniel team.   [Mississippi is an open primary state, but you can’t vote for one party then vote again in the runoff that was not the party of your original vote].

This example shows 3 Dems on one page of the voter roll who committed fraud.  There are thousands and thousands of pages which would have to be reviewed. More information is available HERE

More than 25,000 Mississippi Republicans voted for conservative McDaniel over establishment Cochran in the GOP primary runoff.   However, approximately 35,000 Democrats went to the polls and voted for Cochran – that’s how he squeaked out a victory.  Most people agree the cross-party manipulation above was the cause.

After two weeks they’ve sold far less than 150,00 copies of Hard Choices (Possibly as low as 120,000 and that’s counting ebooks).  Numerous earlier reports reflected that Simon & Schuster printed a million advance copies, and paid Clinton a $14 million advance.
This is a MAJOR failure….  In the publishing world “A Historic failure”.
WASHINGTON – Sales of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s new memoir, “Hard Choices,” declined 43.5 percent to 48,000 copies in its second week on the shelves, according to Nielsen BookScan.
The sales figures put pressure on the publisher, Simon & Schuster, which paid Mrs. Clinton a multimillion-dollar advance to write about her time at the State Department and has invested heavily in the book’s rollout, one of the biggest of the year.
About 85,000 copies were sold in the week after the book’s June 10 release, according to BookScan, a subscription service that tracks sales at over 80 percent of book vendors in the United States. Those figures do not include e-books, which increased sales by about 15 percent, to roughly 100,000 electronic and hardcover copies. (more…)

THE SETUP – The original victim claim was a family asked to leave Kentucky Fried Chicken -by a KFC employee- because a heavily scarred youngster was scaring the other customers.  KFC apologized and offered $30k, a sympathy fundraising effort raised over $135k, now a local reporter exposes the entire event as a hoax…  HatTip MoonBattery
MISSISSIPPI – The story of a three-year-old girl who was asked to leave a KFC because her dog attack scars were scaring the other customers has been accused of being a hoax.
Kelly Mullins, the grandmother of Victoria Wilcher, who was left with severe facial injuries after being attacked by her grandfather’s pitpulls, claimed KFC staff at a branch in Jackson, Mississippi, asked them to take the three-year-old out of the fast food restaurant because her appearance was putting the other customers off.
Following outcry over the incident, KFC apologized and pledged $30,000 to help pay the medical bills for Victoria, who had lost her right eye as well as suffering a broken upper and lower jaw, nose and cheek during the attack. (more…)

Now the question becomes… if the board appointments were illegal, then what happens to all those NLRB rules -2 years worth- that have been instituted since the Labor Board Members were unconstitutionally appointed.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court has limited a president’s power to make temporary appointments to fill high-level government jobs.
The court said Thursday that President Barack Obama exceeded his authority when he invoked the Constitution’s provision on recess appointments to fill slots on the National Labor Relations Board in 2012.
The justices said in their first-ever consideration of the Constitution’s recess appointments clause that Congress gets to decide when it is in recess and that there was no recess when Obama acted. The president said he made the appointments in the face of Republican refusal to allow the NLRB to function.  (read more)

MISSISSIPPI – Black voters played a huge role in helping Sen. Thad Cochran (R-Miss.) fend off tea party challenger Chris McDaniel in a runoff election Tuesday, and now the state NAACP is asking the six-term senator to return the favor.
In an interview with HuffPost Live, Derrick Johnson, president of the Mississippi NAACP, said that Cochran could thank black voters by supporting efforts to re-establish protections in the Voting Rights Act that the Supreme Court struck down last year.

“Our advocacy towards his office is to support amending the Voting Rights Act, free of any conditions such as voter ID,” Johnson said. “I think this is an opportunity for him to show some reciprocity for African-Americans providing a strong level of support for him.”
