The Associate Press is revealing a very concerned White House fearful of Benjamin Netanyahu telling the U.S. and global audience about the risk from Iran gaining nuclear weapons.
Apparently, as we have previously outlined, the White House is essentially resigned to, or comfortable with, the outcome of Iran advancing their nuclear ambitions. As a direct consequence the political advisors fear the world seeing such an outcome as a defeat for President Obama. The White House needs control now more than ever, because they need to sell the U.S. audience on the premise that a nuclear Iran is not a defeat.
Ergo, the White House Team is engaging in strategy sessions to isolate, ridicule and marginalize Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu.

Details of the “emergency order” filing are not actually provided in the announcement. Most likely this is because the substantive portion of the blocked presidential action is not anticipated to be a winning argument which would allow a restart.
Any aspect of President Obama’s former “executive action” which would change the legally identified status of illegal aliens by dictatorial fiat would easily lose, even on an appeal action seeking a restart. Meaning his goal to create an entirely distinct status of “eligible alien” for employment or benefit would not pass muster.
However, if Obama merely seeks to reestablish his authority to use prosecutorial discretion -allowing DHS to selectively enforce deportation- he will probably have a greater likelihood of winning the appeal/restart order.
(Via The Hill) Officials at the Department of Justice (DOJ) plan to seek what is known as an emergency stay that would essentially undo a Texas-based federal judge’s injunction from earlier this week. In 2011 Ansar al-Sharia was one of the al-Qaeda organizations in Libya who benefited from the weapons given by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, U.N Ambassador Susan Rice, and White House advisor Samantha Power.
Clinton, Rice and Power convinced President Obama to intervene in Libya and support “the rebels”.

The “rebels” were later admitted to be members of Ansar al-Sharia in the Eastern Libya coastal region of Benghazi toward Derna. In the summer of 2011 this was one faction within what was called the ‘Libyan Islamic Fighting Group’ (LIFG).
After several years of turmoil and factional fighting, in 2014 the LIFG rebranded -and united- most of the Libya Islamist groups under the term “Libyan Dawn”. Libyan Dawn was the name used as the civil war raged and by mid-summer Tripoli came under Islamist control.
In December of 2014 Libyan Dawn, aka LIFG, aka Ansar al-Sharia, aka Hillary’s Rebels declared allegiance to the Islamic State (ISIS).   Today those “rebels” killed 40 Libyan civilians and wounded 70 more:

They have finally identified the enemy, and the enemy is us !

CNN is broadcasting a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) report which outlines what the Obama administration considers a threat to the United States.  CNN outlines the report and claims the threats are:

[…]”from sovereign citizen groups as equal to — and in some cases greater than — the threat from foreign Islamic terror groups, such as ISIS”.  (link)

Yes, “greater than” the threat posed by ISIS.

Obviously, beyond the insufferable substance of the report, the timing of the report highlights a divisionary tactic by the Obama administration to deflect attention away from their own unwillingness to identify, let alone confront, the threat of Islamic Terror spreading globally.
Apparently it is far more in line with the current administration to consider disgruntled U.S. citizens as a more significant threat to the advancement of the current White House agenda. (more…)

The one constant in an ever changing universe continues to be that anyone in governmental leadership, who is insufferably horrible at their job, will always get promoted.
Today the White House announces that top State Department spokesperson, Jen Psaki, has been promoted to top communications job in the White House.   Hashtag diplomacy comes to the White House.

However, simultaneously it is also reported that Marie Harf will not take Psaki’s job. Apparently, Harf failed her test run miserably this past weekend when she was on tour promoting the “Jobs for Jihadi’s” program talking points.
What was supposed to be an opportunity for Harf to show how she could handle the job of selling Secretary of State John Kerry’s grand paradigm shift, instead ended up creating a week of ridicule for Kerry and his boss, President Obama. (more…)

Joy-Ann Reid used the George Zimmerman trial to advance her personal brand of hate and achieve a show on MSNBC.  Mrs. Reid is friends with some of the most well known media racists, and promotes a divisive and toxic brand of race-based journalism in line with the “#F**k The Police” movement.

Today Mediaite is reporting her show, “The Reid Report”, has been cancelled by MSNBC due to terrible ratings. Go figure:

Mediaite […]According to two internal sources, MSNBC has canceled The Reid Report. The daytime show, airing weekdays at 2 p.m. ET and hosted by Joy Reid, has long been rumored to be on the chopping block.
Our sources at the network say Reid was informed of her show’s cancellation on Thursday. It is unclear when the show will go off-air.

#BREAKING Turkey, US sign deal to train Syria rebels, officials say

Two days ago reports began to hit the media about the U.S. providing “Moderate Syrian Rebels” with equipment and technology to enable them to call in air strikes. The Wall Street Journal reported:

WASHINGTON—The U.S. has decided to provide pickup trucks equipped with machine guns and radios for calling in U.S. airstrikes to some moderate Syrian rebels, defense officials said. But the scope of any bombing hasn’t been worked out—a reflection of the complexities of the battlefield in Syria.

Military officials point to U.S. airstrikes, called in by Kurdish fighters, that helped drive Islamic State fighters from the city of Kobani as the model for the new campaign. (link)

The term “moderate” has been a source of contention amid those who have followed the ideology of the Syrian uprising since the fighting began around August/Sept of 2011.
When Syria first erupted there was a general sense of opposition to the leadership of Bashir Assad. However, as time progressed more and more severe jihadists flocked to Syria from battlefields in surrounding nations.
Eventually this power struggle led to the rise of the most powerful among them forming what is now known as ISIS. (more…)

As CEO of the Grievance Industry, and also head of all law enforcement, Attorney General Eric Holder threatens to file a lawsuit against the Ferguson Police Department if the department does not stop holding black residents accountable to laws.

Holder is essentially threatening to try and get a “consent decree” established which would require the Ferguson Police to have complete Civil Rights Division oversight for the duration of the decree.
If Holder proceeds, and the Ferguson PD does not back down, you can expect the DOJ to use the tenuous legal concept of “Disparate Impact” to advance their charges. (more…)
