The Manufacturing of Controversy 2.0 – Attorney General Jeff Sessions Edition…

Anyone who has followed the deep weed construct of current U.S. politics against the backdrop of DC’s UniParty fear of President Trump can fully grasp the desperation of the professional political class to undermine the expressed purposes and intents of Trump to drain the proverbial swamp in Washington DC.

Toward that end – the myriad of vested financial and political interests, including those interests amid the corporate Mostly Swamp Media, are frantically lashing out -and latching on- to any issue that might aid the undermining objective.

“It must be remembered that there is nothing more difficult to plan, more doubtful of success, nor more dangerous to manage than a new system. For the initiator has the enmity of all who would profit by the preservation of the old institution and merely lukewarm defenders in those who gain by the new ones”.

This is a famous quote from Niccolo Machiavelli which acutely describes the current confluence of events. Draining the proverbial swamp of the inherent corruption, and subsidiary corruptible influences from the entrenched benefactors, is the overriding source of the angst against the new administration.
For the media who depend on the bile in the swamp’s retention pond – to manipulate public opinion – no falsehood is out-of-bounds; no attack too severe; no rules of decency or diplomacy are considered; the ends justify all means as the war of attrition begins.
The approach from those who benefit from life amid the swamp is essentially a zero-sum outlook. Either the parasites win, or they will have forever lost their indulgences. (more…)

Oh Dear, Mark Levin's CRTV Fires Mark Steyn – Lawsuit Follows…

Many people, myself included, were curious when conservative political humorist Mark Steyn joined CRTV (Conservative Review Television) the new pay-4-TV media venture of radio host Mark Levin.
Mark Steyn occasionally fills in for Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh, he’s a terrifically funny personality with a strong following.  It simply didn’t make sense for a bright light like Steyn to align with the shrinking endeavors of ‘Never Trump – Old Yeller‘ Levin, who has devolved into a louder screechier version of Glenn Beck, sans Cheetos.
mark-steyn-mark-levin-crtvWell, predictably it didn’t take long for litmus-test loggerheads, and broken financial contracts:
Mark Steyn was fired by Old Yeller after only a month into a four-year contract.
Steyn supporters who subscribed to CRTV were initially refused refunds; however, after backlash it would appear refunds are now being granted.
Oh, and it also appears as though a lawsuit is ongoing.
This fiasco was entirely predictable.
One of the more remarkable benefits from the success of President Trump has been the unmasking of crony-conservatives writ large.  As the larger electorate looked on in disbelief, a generational cycle of battered conservative syndrome was finally broken.

Key Interview – Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin Talks To Neil Cavuto…

Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin gives Fox Business News’ Neil Cavuto an interview to discuss President Trump’s timeline for the ObamaCare repeal, budget and tax reform.
The interview is interesting because Secretary Mnuchin outlines the speed of action anticipated with the implementation of the Trump ‘America First’ agenda.  This ain’t the traditional political pace that people are used to; this is Trump speed – Trump work ethic.
Remember, the key aspects to Trump’s agenda revolve around three congressional deliverables:  •Budget, •ObamaCare Repeal/Replace and •Tax Reform.  With those three key legislative elements in place many of the remaining policy initiatives are security and enforcement actions which are already within the authority of the White House.

.
This interview, containing a very optimistic outlook, is what sent the stock market soaring today.

Press Secretary Sean Spicer – Press Gaggle March 1st (Transcript)…

In lieu of a daily White House press briefing, Press Secretary Sean Spicer held a smaller press “gaggle” earlier today taking questions from pool reporters.  The transcript follows:
spicer-presser
11:40 A.M. EST – MR. SPICER: Hi, guys. I’m going to try to keep this relatively short. We got a few things going on today, and I know that the pool has got to get out to do a spray at some point soon with the lunch.
So, obviously, last night was a big night for the President and for everyone here at the White House. The President delivered a powerful statement to Congress, to Americans, and the world last night. It was an optimistic, forward-looking message of unity, strength, straight from his heart.
The President was proud to stand before the American people last night and present his roadmap for a renewal of the American spirit. He honestly and — he honestly acknowledged the undeniable challenges that we face, but continually reminded us there’s no challenge facing this country that we can’t meet if we join together.

EPIC – Erin Burnett Says Talking to Russians is "Treason" – Gottabe…

Treason I say, T.R.E.A.S.O.N.  Oh, stop… my sides hurt.  I cannot stop laughing and I’ve watched this video more than a few times.
CNN Dingbat Erin Burnett tries to tell former Attorney General Michael Mukasey that talking to the Russians about the election is a crime, “a crime”…  Actually, “Treason”, swear… gottabe.. or something.
Oh, the look on Mukasey’s face is buckets of funny.  “What”? !!  The media have gone so deep inside their echo-chambered moonbattery, they’ve convinced themselves that talking to Russians is a criminal act.  WATCH:

.
Comrade Sean Spicer should wear a big fur hat and bring a dancing bear into the Press Briefing room tomorrow,… with a Cossack line !! See, that’s why I could never be a press secretary. I would so never let these dingbats live this stuff down.
