Jay Sekulow, a member of President Trump’s legal team and Chief Counsel of the American Center for Law and Justice, discusses ousted FBI Director James Comey’s testimony with Clinton media operative George Stephanopoulos.
RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel interviewed by swamp guardian and professional stirrer of swamp scum, Chris Wallace, on Fox News Sunday.
Saif Gaddaffi is the son of Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddaffi who was killed by Hillary Clinton in October 2011. During the Islamist uprising Saif was arrested by Hillary’s Benghazi “rebels” as they worked their way across Libya from East to West eventually catching and killing his father.
However, it is being reported today by Jenan Moussa (very reliable journalist) that Saif al Islam al-Gaddaffi has been released by “rebels” from his prison in Western Libya (near Tunisia border).
1- Big big news. Saif al Islam al-Gaddafi has been released from prison by rebels in western Libya.
During a short CNN broadcasted segment a panel of Ohio voters were asked about their impressions of fired FBI Director James Comey’s testimony to congress.
Unfortunately for CNN the panel exhibits the oft undervalued common sense of the American electorate. This sample is representative of what I call ‘reverse-gruberism‘: People who are firmly grounded in ordinary common sense who can see through the obfuscation and BS of the professional political class.
During a Rose Garden ceremony today President Trump resoundingly disputed the claims of fired FBI Director James Comey with a definitive affirmation of his position. There is no ambiguity:
.
Interestingly everyone has previously presented the possibility of “tapes” around a proposition that President Trump would be the recorder, in his private dining room, of such a conversation. Almost no-one has considered the possibility that President Trump would be the subject of any recording, and might just later discover the activity. ‘Secret Service recording’?…
Again, timelines and backdrop are important.
When President Trump originally tweeted his concerns about being monitored, recorded, surveilled or wire-tapped, it was March 4th.
After initially stating that Reza Aslan was not an employee of CNN, the network has reversed course and decided not to continue a relationship with the toxic and vulgar host.
CNN – […] The network said Friday that it has “decided to not move forward with production” on Aslan’s “Believer” series.
Season one of “Believer” premiered in March. Season two was announced at an event for advertisers in mid-May. Aslan’s production company had already started working on the new episodes.
But the network decided to break off the production relationship after Aslan called President Trump a piece of excrement, using an expletive, last Saturday. (link)
President Trump is holding a joint presser with Romanian President Klaus Iohannis (Yo-HAHN-iss) at 2:45pm in the Rose Garden. The U.S. media is filled with collective rage and have worked themselves into a frenzy as they wait to question President Trump about yesterday’s Comey testimony.
UPDATE: Video Added
After watching James Comey and crew (Brennan, Yates, Clapper, etc.) testify for more than 11 months (July ’16 through June ’17), hopefully we don’t have to see any of their faces broadcasting false narratives on TV again. That said, here’s the top five facts that showcase how badly James Comey politicized the FBI:
Number FIVE – James Comey stated under oath, and included in his written statement, that it was his decision to speak alone, one-on-one to President-Elect Trump on January 6th in Trump Tower as Comey asked everyone else to leave the briefing. Comey held no issues with a private conversation with the incoming President.
However, a month later on February 14th, in the oval office, when President Trump asked everyone to leave the room for a one-on-one, James Comey testifies it was “inappropriate” for a private conversation.
Number FOUR – James Comey stated to congress on March 20th, he intentionally did not brief congressional intelligence oversight/leadership of the counterintelligence investigation, that began in July 2016, until March 2017. He intentionally kept congress in the dark. (more…)
The leaker of classified NSA documents, Reality Leigh Winner appeared in court today in Augusta Georgia. She was denied bail as prosecutors provided the judge with evidence in the case including Ms. Winner writing about burning down the White House and a pre-planned intention to flee the country and head to Afghanistan or Mexico.
(Via ABC) […] Prosecutors said they seized handwritten notes — written in several languages — from her home during a raid, including one that said “I want to burn the White House down.” Other notes detailed how to get a burner email account and phones and travel details for a trip to Afghanistan Winner allegedly planned to make in the summer. Assistant U.S. Attorney Jennifer Solari said in court that Winner admitted she had leaked the top secret document “to a particular news agency she admired” — and said “she was underwhelmed with what Wikileaks had to offer.”
Attorney Solari stressed that Winner referred to “documents” in the plural, and that federal agents were looking to see whether she may have stolen other classified information; adding that Winner allegedly had access to the dark web and had set up burner email accounts. (more…)
During fired FBI Director James Comey’s testimony today he justified his need to write “memos” after meetings with President Trump because he held concerns that President Trump would lie about their meetings.
However, in citing this reasoning, and later delivering expanded testimony, James Comey exposed his own lying and also the lying of Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Senator Chuck Schumer, and Senator Mark Warner.
First, to the matter of James Comey directly lying.
James Comey testified today that he delivered his memos to his friend at Columbia University, Professor Daniel Richman, on/after May 15th. He said the intent was to initiate a “special prosecutor”:
“I woke up in the middle of the night on Monday night, ‘cause it didn’t dawn on me originally that there might be corroboration for our conversation; there might be a tape.” [Referring to Monday May 15] “And my judgment was I needed to get that out in the public square so I asked a friend of mine to share the content of the memo with a reporter. I Didn’t do it myself for a variety of reasons but I asked him to because I thought that might prompt the appointment of a special counsel. So I asked a close friend of mine to do it.”
However, the content of the memo was leaked to the New York Times on or before Thursday May 11th for an article that was originally posted at 5:26pm:
