President Donald Trump announces via tweet that he and First Lady Melania have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
Earlier on Thursday evening it was announced that presidential advisor Hope Hicks had also tested positive. Prayers for Ms. Hicks, President Trump and Melania for a speedy recovery. The President’s physician released the following statement:
Earlier this evening President Trump called-in to Fox News with Sean Hannity to discuss this week’s presidential debate, Hope Hicks positive test for COVID-19, and current political issues.
White House advisor to President Trump, Hope Hicks, has tested positive for COVID-19. President Trump tweets that he and the First Lady Melania are proactively beginning a quarantine as they await their test results:
Ms. Hicks is a close personal advisor and confidant to both President Trump and the First Lady. Her COVID test result seems rather suspicious on many levels. No doubt President Trump’s political opposition would like to remove him from the campaign trail and the MAGA rallies that drive an enthusiastic election outcome. Additionally a quarantine would protect Joe Biden from another debate.
There are trillions at stake…
The test results only take a few minutes, why the delay?
Earlier this evening President Trump and Joe Biden followed the tradition of delivering remarks during the Al Smith dinner in New York. This year the remarks were streamed virtually. The video and transcript is below. The video is prompted to the beginning of POTUS remarks.

[Transcript] – THE PRESIDENT: It is a profound honor to address the 75th annual Al Smith Dinner. For generations, this wonderful event has been a revered institution in New York and New York life. I fondly remember attending with my father a long time ago. I was a young man, but never forgot it. This organization’s incredible tradition of Catholic charity exemplifies the very best not only of this city, but of this country.
House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) Ranking Member Devin Nunes appears with Lou Dobbs to discuss the 2020 U.S. election as contrast against the known weaponization of the intelligence apparatus.
.
Keep in mind this is a member of the United States Intelligence Oversight group, the “gang of eight” saying the U.S. election is being manipulated by the U.S. intelligence community and political allies.
The next debate moderator has been selected. The October 15th debate will be moderated by Steve Scully, a former intern for Vice-President Joe Biden and a self proclaimed member of the “never Trump” resistance group. You can’t make this stuff up:
WASHINGTON – […] Let’s not forget that another debate looms on the calendar. This one promises to present a stark contrast to Tuesday’s bout. For one thing, experts and critics are already proposing to cancel future debates or launch format changes to quell all that chaos and cacophony.
Then there is the moderator to consider. When debate day dawns on Oct. 15 the moderator will be none other than Steve Scully, senior political editor of C-SPAN. (read more)
The RSR Cycle is a pattern. Racism, Sexism, Russia… wash-rinse-repeat. Obviously background polling shows the Trump campaign is making strides gaining additional black voters in 2020. Cue the return of the racism narrative:
.
It doesn’t matter how many times President Trump denounces, renounces or decries statements of racism in any form; the narrative engineers have a mission. Racism, Sexism & Russia. At this point, with advancements in HBCU funding, prison reform and successful efforts with ’empowerment zones’, the accusation of racism is just silly.

[Transcript] – THE PRESIDENT: Okay, thank you very much. We’re going to Minnesota. I thought the debate last night was great. We got tremendous reviews on it. We’re hitting what people want — law and order — which Biden was unable to even talk about because he’d lose the radical left — his radical-left followers. I don’t think there’s too many of them left.
