Headlines you won’t see in the U.S. media.  According to the latest media report Angela Merkel has won reelection but only garnered 32.9% of the vote (2013 election was 41.5%).
This means in victory Angela Merkel has less support in Germany than Donald Trump has in the U.S. However, don’t expect that reality to stop the global leftist media from selling a narrative of optical success surrounding Merkel’s election.  Too funny.

The moonbat far-left socialist party of Germany “Social Democrats (SPD)”,  dropped to 20.0 percent. Whoopsie, that’s a new post-war low. However, alternatively the German Nationalist party AfD enters parliament with 13.5% support.

In a transparent attempt to politicize tragedy, and simultaneously retain some kind of relevance, Hillary Clinton just tweeted this out:

The reality of Clinton’s disconnect is only exceeded by her jawdroppingly ridiculous undertones of division.  Obviously Hillary Clinton has no idea what is going on in Puerto Rico.  The U.S. military have been leading FEMA rescue, relief and recovery efforts from the first moment the winds died down. Even before Maria made landfall in Puerto Rico the U.S. military, including the Navy, were mobilized in advanced preparation for what was predicted –SEE HERE– We have personally spoken to on-the-ground units from the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard and Marines.   For this disaster FEMA knew the logistical ability of the U.S. military was going to lead the response.
The U.S. Navy and Coast Guard is working to open ports. There are hundreds of sunken vessels impeding navigation. The Navy and Coast Guard led recon missions to determine clear entry paths (rapid recon) and are RIGHT NOW guiding in relief ships through the waters surrounding the island.

This is actually funny.  Seriously, it is hilarious.  The NFL has made a collective decision to destroy itself and the hilarious part is the hives’ echo-chamber is so deafening they can’t hear the organizational structure collapsing around them.
In church this morning a lady shared something with me. She said: …”and now we know why faith stopped Tim Tebow from a career in the NFL.”  Expanding, she said her belief was that God knew this moment was coming and he protected a loyal servant by denying  entry onto the NFL ‘field of schemes’ as a career.
You know, I think that lady is on to something…

The Jacksonville Jaguars and Baltimore Ravens are in England today for a game in London.  When the U.S. National Anthem was played both teams disrespected the USA and yet stood up for the U.K National Anthem ‘God Save The Queen’.   Think about that.
The NFL, writ large, is nuts.  They’ve lost their minds. The NFL players, managers, league officials and owners, along with downstream sport punditry and networks, obviously think virtue signaling their collective unity plays well -mostly in their echo-chamber because of the support from left-wing media- but outside their bubble they are destroying their own business model.  Watch what happens.

Round three of NAFTA begins this weekend in Canada.  According to a leaked possible itinerary obtained by Reuters the auto-sector “rules of origin” will be discussed on Tuesday or Wednesday.
The auto sector rules of origin have been exploited by China to send auto manufacturing parts into Mexico, including massive electronic components, where they are assembled and shipped into the U.S. under NAFTA.  This trade maneuver is an exploitation, a back-door per se’, of the NAFTA agreement by China which Secretary Ross and USTR Robert Lighthizer are committed to stopping.

(Via Reuters) TORONTO  – U.S. first lady Melania Trump, on her first solo international trip on Saturday, to Toronto, met with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and invited Britain’s Prince Harry to visit the White House.
Mrs. Trump, 47, who is leading the U.S. delegation attending the opening ceremony of the Invictus Games for wounded soldiers in Canada’s biggest city, also wished the U.S. team luck in a brief speech:

“On behalf of my husband and our entire country, I want to thank you and your families for all you have sacrificed to keep us safe,” Trump said at a reception for the U.S. team.
“I also want to wish you good luck but I know you won’t need it,” she added. “Take that fighting spirit that I know you have and bring home the gold.”

Well, well, well.  For years ordinary middle-America, and the punditry class of pop counter-culture thinkers, have wanted someone to push back against the insufferable leftist anti-American-patriotism within pop culture.  In a brilliant turn of events, President Trump has stepped directly into the gap.
Last night President Trump pointed out the disrespectful behavior of NFL players fueling anti-Americanism via their refusal to stand for our national anthem.  The NFL, an organization who has succumbed to the influence of cultural Marxism and enabled their players to become social justice warriors, responds by doubling down on their position.
Yesterday NBA player Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors) took a similar SJW approach to kneeling by saying he didn’t want to attend the traditional White House visit customary for championship winning teams.  Today, President Trump responds by accepting the reluctance of the NBA player and telling him not to bother:

SOMERSET, N.J. (AP) — President Donald Trump says if a basketball player doesn’t want to visit the White House to celebrate an NBA title, then don’t bother showing up.
Trump responded Saturday on Twitter to star Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors — who’s made it clear he’s not interested in a traditional post-title White House visit.
Curry told reporters on Friday: “I don’t want to go … my beliefs stay the same.”

There might be some early morning pundits who take exception to President Trump calling out the disrespect of NFL players who refuse to stand for the national anthem, but it’s about time someone did.  A great many football fans have simply stopped watching the games ever since the NFL politicized the sport.

President Donald Trump is visiting Huntsville, Alabama, tonight to participate in a campaign rally for interim Senator Luther Strange.  Strange is facing off against Judge Roy Moore in the runoff election to permanently fill the Senate seat of Jeff Sessions.
The campaign event is scheduled for 8:00pm EDT.
