Justin Mensuphu-Bey, 23 — who also went by Justin Bey, according to court records — was fatally shot in the 1100 block of Washington Boulevard in Pigtown Friday night, police said. The last time the city had 40 homicides in a month was August 1990, when the city had 42 and its population was significantly larger. So far, 2015 has seen 113 homicides. (more…)

First Waco "Twin Peaks" Wrongful Arrest Lawsuit Filed

We also concur that a host of lawsuits against numerous authority will follow as a result of the unconstitutional detainment and arrest practices of the Waco Police.
Eventually, years from now, as law school students confer for their first and second year classes, the Waco shooting at “Twin Peaks” will be used as a case study showcasing the how law enforcement can, and will, overreact.
clendennen(Via Aging Rebel) The first of what will surely be a blizzard of federal civil rights lawsuits was filed this morning against the city of Waco and McLennan County, Texas.
Scimitar Motorcycle Club member Matthew Alan Clendennen (above) is also suing Waco police officer Manuel Chavez, who signed the criminal complaint against Clendennen and up to 177 other arrestees. Chavez’ criminal complaint states that “I hereby state upon my oath that I have reason to believe and do believe that heretofore, and before making and filing of this complaint, that on or about May 17, 2015 in McLennan County, Texas, the said Clendennen, Matthew Alan did then and there, as a member of a criminal street gang, commit or conspire to commit murder, capital murder, or aggravated assault against the laws of the State.”
[…] The lawsuit notes that “the identical criminal complaint used in Plaintiff Matthew Alan Clendennen’s case was used to justify the arrest of more than 100 other individuals and only the names were changed in the various criminal complaints. The complaint alleges absolutely no individualized probable cause to establish that Plaintiff Matthew Alan Clendennen engaged in organized criminal activity (more…)

NSA Authorization Expires Tomorrow at Midnight….

Does anyone really believe the programs will cease merely because they are no longer authorized by law?  Really?
United States Cyber CommandWASHINGTON – The Obama administration warned Friday that a bundle of terror-fighting surveillance tools will expire at midnight Sunday unless Congress acts to renew Patriot Act provisions — putting pressure on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to break the impasse over the issue.
The Senate deadlocked last weekend on a string of proposals meant to keep the provisions running past the end-of-the-month deadline. McConnell is calling the Senate back into session on Sunday, “to make every effort to provide the intelligence community with the tools it needs to combat terror,” spokesman Don Stewart said Friday.
But that session leaves just hours until the deadline, and it’s not clear whether any solution is in reach.  (read more)

Zimmerman Stalker To Deploy "Stand Your Ground" Defense – For Shooting At George Zimmerman…

Matthew Apperson will use a “stand your ground” defense in the charges against him. I shall defer comment until after the ridiculously biased presentation within the article, as notable within this editorial construct of Rene Stutzman:

[…] What happened between Apperson and Zimmerman on May 11 is similar in many ways to the night Trayvon was shot. Two people exchanged words. There was a confrontation, and then someone grabbed a gun and opened fire, claiming the other was about to kill him.
In this case, each man says the other was the aggressor.

SANFORD — The man accused of shooting at George Zimmerman will use a “stand your ground” defense in an attempt to clear himself, his lawyer said Friday.
“That’s a good look into the future,” said Michael Lafay moments after a bond hearing for his client, Matthew Apperson, a 36-year-old Winter Springs man accused of firing into Zimmerman’s pickup May 11 as they traveled in separate vehicles down West Lake Mary Boulevard. (more…)

Former House Speaker Dennis Hastert Indicted – Allegedly Paid Someone $3.5 Million To Conceal Sexual Misconduct From Earlier Work As Teacher/Coach…

Allegedly Dennis Hastert was being blackmailed by a victim of his past.  Surfacing now are reports that while he was a teacher and coach in Illinois, prior to congress, he sexually molested a victim.  That victim blackmailed him.  The blackmail was exposed by the FBI/Treasury tracking large cash withdrawals from his bank account.
More thoughts after article:

YORKVILLE, Ill. — J. Dennis Hastert, the longest-serving Republican speaker in the history of the U.S. House, was indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury on charges that he violated banking laws in a bid to pay $3.5 million to an unnamed person to cover up “past misconduct.”
Hastert, 73, who has been a high-paid lobbyist in Washington since his 2007 retirement from Congress, schemed to mask more than $950,000 in withdrawals from various accounts in violation of federal banking laws that require the disclosure of large cash transactions, according to a seven-page indictment delivered by a grand jury in Chicago.

BREAKING – U.S. Marshals have arrested Eric Sheppard Jr., in Tampa Florida after a month long manhunt.  Sheppard was originally wanted for firearms violations, threats against students, and most recently terrorism threats specifically against white people in Georgia….

rush-limbaughYa gotta love Rush Limbaugh […] “Now, Marilyn Mosby, this is a Daily Caller story: “The office of Baltimore City state’s attorney Marilyn Mosby is claiming that her personal Twitter account was hacked and that she did not ‘favorite’ a racially-charged tweet and another one calling the six Baltimore cops charged in the Freddie Gray case ‘thugs.’ She says she was hacked.
Just like Anthony Weiner’s Twitter account was hacked.  Hmm.
See, what happened is that Megyn Kelly of the Fox News Channel — there they are again — did a big story — I forget the source.  It was Conservative Tree, Conservative Grow A Tree, Conservative Tree Union,  forget the name of the website, a conservative site with “tree” in it.  I just don’t remember.  But they prepared a blistering report on the incompetence of Marilyn Mosby, and Megyn Kelly used it on Fox either last night or the night before, and this caused all kinds of reaction of an unkind nature to Marilyn Mosby.

Controversial Florida State Attorney, Angela Corey, Loses Counterclaim Suit Against Zimmerman Witness Ben Kruidbos…

The story of Ben Kruidbos (pronounced “Cried-Boss”) is a story of what happens when a man of integrity stands up against a legal authority built on corruption and political self-interest.

Yesterday a Florida Judge delivered a ruling, with extreme prejudice, against his former boss, State Attorney Angela Corey – thereby allowing a lawsuit filed by Ben to continue.

Those of you who followed the trial of George Zimmerman may remember Ben; those of you who are not familiar with the specifics might find a parallel to the current headlines of what is happening in Baltimore Maryland in the office of State Attorney Marilyn Mosby.

Ben Kruidbos was the Information Technology Director, the technology expert, within the office of the Jacksonville State Attorney Angela Corey ~Full Backstory~.  In his position he was charged with retrieving and reviewing the phone data contained in the cell phone of Trayvon Martin.

The office of Angela Corey held a vested interest in the content of Trayvon’s cell phone because, as we would later discover, the content therein showed how Trayvon’s mother, Sybrina Fulton, and his father, Tracy Martin, lied to state investigators about the details surrounding Trayvon’s activities prior to his encounter with George Zimmerman. Florida VS Apperson – State of Florida Requests GPS Ankle Monitor For Dangerous George Zimmerman Stalker…

matthew apperson mugshots 2
Previously the judge in the Matthew Apperson case said the state could at any time modify the Bond conditions and require Apperson to be monitored via GPS.   Matthew Apperson was arrested for attempting to shoot George Zimmerman.
The State’s Attorney in Seminole County is now making that request:
