Eric Holder Meeting With Mike Brown Family – As Attorney Speaks To CNN and Shares Frustration – Local Prosecutor Foiling Their Plans For Lawsuits (Financial Justice)…

The attorneys of Mike Brown family are frustrated the local prosecuting attorney is allowing the shooting evidence to go to a grand jury.   The Scheme Team wanted him alone to make the decision not to file charges – that way they could have demanded his removal easier.  The local Ferguson authorities are foiling the schemes.

It seems the local prosecuting attorney wisely learned the lessons from Sanford Florida and the Scheme Team exploits.   The legal rep’s frustrations confirm thusly:

(CNN) – Attorney General Eric Holder arrived in Ferguson, Missouri, Wednesday and made a pledge to the community that the federal investigation into the police shooting of an unarmed black teenager would be “fair and independent.”

Holder will meet with the family of 18-year-old Michael Brown to hear their concerns about how this investigation might play out.

“At a minimum, I think they want to be assured that the process will be fair, that it will be transparent which is what they’ve been calling for from the very beginning. So they’re hopeful that this meeting will add that reassurance that they’ve been looking for since day one,” said Anthony Gray, co-counsel for the Brown Family.

The county prosecutor overseeing the case said it could take until mid-October to hear all of the evidence related to the shooting. (more…)

CONFIRMED: Officer Darren Wilson Badly Beaten Before Mike Brown Shooting – Punched In Face, Broken Eye Socket: "He was beaten very severely"…

Again more confirmation to the events as our research has evidenced.  Mike Brown shoved Officer Wilson back into his vehicle, punched him numerous times in face in an attempt to overwhelm – firearm discharged in vehicle.  Then Brown walked away; Wilson recovers pursues and attempts to stop Brown.  An angry Mike Brown then reengages the officer, charging him.
Saint Louis – Darren Wilson, the Ferguson, Mo., police officer whose fatal shooting of Michael Brown touched off more than a week of demonstrations, suffered severe facial injuries, including an orbital (eye socket) fracture, and was nearly beaten unconscious by Brown moments before firing his gun, a source close to the department’s top brass told FoxNews.com.

“The Assistant (Police) Chief took him to the hospital, his face all swollen on one side,” said the insider. “He was beaten very severely.”

According to the well-placed source, Wilson was coming off another case in the neighborhood on Aug. 9 when he ordered Michael Brown and his friend Dorain Johnson to stop walking in the middle of the road because they were obstructing traffic. However, the confrontation quickly escalated into physical violence, the source said..
wilson 1MichaelBrownGangSigns“They ignored him and the officer started to get out of the car to tell them to move,” the source said. “They shoved him right back in, that’s when Michael Brown leans in and starts beating Officer Wilson in the head and the face.
The source claims that there is “solid proof” that there was a struggle between Brown and Wilson for the policeman’s firearm, resulting in the gun going off – although it still remains unclear at this stage who pulled the trigger. Brown started to walk away according to the account, prompting Wilson to draw his gun and order him to freeze. Brown, the source said, raised his hands in the air, and turned around saying, “What, you’re going to shoot me?”
At that point, the source told FoxNews.com, the 6 foot, 4 inch, 292-pound Brown charged Wilson, prompting the officer to fire at least six shots at him, including the fatal bullet that penetrated the top of Brown’s skull, according to an independent autopsy conducted at the request of Brown’s family. Upon meeting Captain Johnson, Attorney General Holder states:  “You are the man”.
Holder and Johnson
A seemingly innocuous and informal accolade amid two ideological travelers.   Both Holder and Johnson have criticized the police department in Ferguson.   Both Eric Holder and Ron Johnson have apologized to Mike Brown’s family for the shooting death of their son.   Both Eric Holder and Ron Johnson have stated Mike Brown “did not deserve to die”.   So the greeting of brothers in ideological arms is no surprise. Holder and senior Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett briefed 1,000 African American leaders, community organizers and civil rights groups in private conference calls this week, White House aides said. The Mysterious Mike Brown Autopsy – And How The Parks and Crump "Scheme Team" Used Their New York Times Cohort Frances Robles To Sell The Lie…

Major Hat Tip to Treeper Nivico who finds the familiar pattern and connects the dots.

The Brown Family attorney’s Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks are now claiming Mike Brown was “executed” by Officer Wilson to CNN:

(Via CNN)  We are getting a new description of the shooting of Michael Brown from a woman calling herself “Josie” and claiming to be a friend of the police officer who fired the fatal shots. She describes Brown pushing officer Darren Wilson and punching him in the face. That contradicts the account given by Michael Brown’s friend Dorian Johnson, who was with him at the time and witnessed the shooting.

Attorney Benjamin Crump is representing the Brown family. He spoke to Anderson and described the shooting as an execution.  (link)

To support their “execution” claim, they are pointing to “their autopsy” given to the New York Times.

You’ve seen the story of the Mike Brown family autopsy, and the grand press conference they produced to deliver it to the public.   But a closer look points out why the Scheme Team actually used New York Times Frances Robles to deliver the ruse: (more…)
