No comment, other than we still don’t believe this was *accidental* ineptitude. A strong argument can be made, by those who follow tactics of this administration closely, this result was intentional and deliberate. Put on your political prism hat and think about WHO benefits.

Not surprising, but at least the potentially uninsured kids will be safer now they are required to wear helmets while playing soccer “and all other non contact sports” while on field. Can you imagine the humiliation you’d feel on a NJ track team ?   LOL….
New Jersey – Hundreds of thousands of New Jerseyans opened the mail last week to find their health insurance plan would no longer exist in 2014 because it does not cover all the essential benefits required by the Affordable Care Act.
The news surprised some who were unaware that provisions in the new law known as “Obamacare” were forcing insurance companies to scrap some plans they had previously offered.
“The Affordable Care Act is driving many changes to products and pricing,” said Thomas Vincz, a spokesman for Horizon. “Horizon BCBSNJ is actively working to help our members find new insurance plans that meet their needs and budget.” (more…)

(Via GWP)  In March 2006, polls showed President George Bush had a 37% approval rating.  The exact same 37% approval rating as Obama’s today.  But, the difference in media headlines for the two presidents is disgustingly extreme.  Blasting and berating Bush with insults and doom and gloom projections, the same media emits hardly a peep regarding Obama’s plummeting approval.
Rush unleashed a firestorm of truth that left no doubt there is zero journalism taking place in the Liberal media.  But, the important point made during his articulate war path is that the Republicans are NOT losing.

In spite of the media throwing everything they have into spinning silk out of the sow’s ear behavior of the worst president in history, he has the same low approval rating as Bush did with the media throwing everything AT him.  Propped up media darling, Obama, along with his Democrats, should have an approval rating sky high and the Republicans’ should be a lot worse.

The leftist usurpers and their willfully blind media cohorts, love to bring up the insufferable talking point(s) about Obamacare being the law of the land.  Passed by Congress, signed by the President, and upheld by The Supreme Court;  as if this baseline is the principle behind their “get over it” talking point.
You will see this set of talking points in essentially every argument against the current popular demand to defund, delay or otherwise modify Obamacare.

So what I want to do here is focus on that “principle”, and just remind everyone of some simple facts about how this “law” came to be in the first place;  and, perhaps, give some assistance when you are pushing back against the manipulation of the discussion.
First, Obamacare was not passed as a regular legislative construct.   Not.Even.Close.
Most of you will easily remember exactly how it came to be.   In the Fall of 2009, as the National Healthcare was being debated, an awakened electorate began to recognize just how horrid the concept being sold actually was.
We witnessed day after day, after day, of Democrat special interest groups (unions) constructing the concept of our healthcare.   As each day passed, opposition grew.
Subsequently, Harry Reid needed to keep all the Senators away from their constituents so they did not hear the voice of the people.  Unlike the House Dems, who were flogged at numerous town halls,  Reid “sequestered” the entire Senate and kept them in session over the holiday break of 2009.   He would not allow them to pause, return home, and then resume debate and construct in January. According to the current HHS regime Lilly Grasso is fat.  She is 5’5″ and 124lbs, and despite her rigorous participation in school athletics (volleyball) she needs to get with the program and lose weight.   [the beast is pictured left]
Lilly is like millions of kids around the nation who is given an official federally approved USDA/USEDU school administered “fat test”, sponsored by the ‘now in control of your healthcare’ federal regime.   Soon Lilly’s parents may face fines and penalties as part of the new possibilities within the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) for allowing their 11 year old to be beyond the acceptable variances for government defined health and weight.
Consistent refusal to take proper nutritional care of their daughter may also require the Department of Health and Human services to put Lilly into an approved foster care, or treatment environment, until her Obesity/Health risk can be controlled.     [In a similar vein, an Amish family in Ohio is currently trailblazing new ground with federal courts ruling the parents must give their child to the care of the non-Amish community or be subject to arrest].

For several years the regime has been working prudently to replace school lunches with new federally mandated low calorie food options.  Compliance has been difficult as some parents have been vocal opponents toward being told what they may or may not put in their child’s lunchbox. (more…)

There’s a reason the enforcement mechanism for the ACA (Obamacare) is the IRS.   There’s also a specific reason why the fiscal year begins on October 1st and the calendar year January 1st. First watch this video:

Both the federal income tax code and the Obamacare tax code are based on systemic architectural baselines, “standards”, which must be in place prior to user based data inputs into the system(s) to determine the tax payers liability.
Inside the construct of this architecture you find the political risk to the Spite House, to the administration and to Democrats in general.    It is in their collective best interests that tax payers do not find out the depth of their predicted liability.   Hence, we are seeing numerous outlets reporting a growing frustration with the ACA system not providing the information.   This is not accidental, it is more likely by design. Over a budget squabble, and because they are trying to make a petty political point, you are watching this administration kick people out of their homes because they live on federal land.  You are seeing them block roads just to make sure you can’t see national monuments like Mount Rushmore.   They’ve even proclaimed you can’t use the ocean.
Worse yet, you are even seeing them block off War Memorials so that veterans or families cannot visit, pay their respects, and sit in quiet reflection of their fallen brothers and sisters, moms and dads….  this is how petty, angry, and hateful they are.
Mr. Pinko asks… “Vindictive Government?”  …..So what exactly do you think they’d be willing to do, to really make a point, if they held control over your healthcare access?

Internal White House polling must be giving them fits right now. The American People are not losing resolve; in fact, just the opposite is true, more and more people are joining a growing group awakening to the reality of how destructive Obamacare is, and just WHAT the reason is for this fight.   THIS is from a moonbat in Californiastan:

NPR, the liberal basement for all media pontifications, tells it’s reports to back off using the term Obamacare?  If Obamacare was so dreamy, that would never happen.  No, what’s happening is Obamacare has become a risk.   Within that “risk” is the future of all left-wing liberalism.
And even more telling is this.  Stompy Feet moves to put himself on the outside of the issue(s), trying to give himself some distance from the inherent risk:

President Obama has handed over the reins of leadership on government funding and the debt limit to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.).
Reid is now fully in charge of his party’s negotiating strategy, a significant change from past showdowns with Republicans.  (link)

Dancing In To Week #2

Much to the chagrin of President Stompy Feet, Democrats, left-wing liberals and their water-carrying media, and despite the 24/7 drumbeat of doom and gloom, the vast majority of Americans can see straight through the ruse.   “The Shutdown That Doesn’t Actually Shut Down Anything”….
Just like the non-existent end of the world doom and gloom from Sequester Cut predictions, the federal shutdown doesn’t actually stop anything.
It was as a direct consequence that ‘We The People’ didn’t buy into the faux-sequester prophecy that President Stompy Feet ordered numerous federally authorized examples to be carried out.  In essence,  intentional infliction of distress through the manipulation of semi public private enterprises which make up many aspects of life in American society.
This is, like all Obamanations, just a strategy, and so far the American People are refusing to be intimidated. (more…)

Today, in all its glory, the left wing rag The New Republic went so far as to suggest the Obama Administration break out the tanks, and do some killing of Republicans, to “put the boot on the throats” of the Republicans in the House of Representatives. Actor James Woods tweeted the adage to me a few weeks ago, if you scratch away the surface of a leftist, you expose a fascist. Nowhere is this more evident and proven than the suggestion by The New Republic’s Senior Editor Julia Ioffe’s suggestion that Obama act as Boris Yeltsin did when he shot up Russia’s Parliament building with T-72 tanks.
I have now heard it all. I have seen it all. What we are witnessing is what “The Great One” Mark Levin calls “Soft Tyranny.” Such tyranny is a slow walk to 25% of our population being murdered, as Stalin, Pot, Mao, and Castro did, to name just a few of the most illustrious and storied Marxist “revolutionaries” who murdered all of those who couldn’t be “retrained”…as Obama crony Bill Ayers promised to do in his manifesto.
