Thread 3 – Day 23 (Week #5) Zimmerman Trial – Closing Arguments

George Zimmerman Trial
Today, July 11th, is DAY #23 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday the defense rested it’s case. A legal analysis via Professor Jacobson HERE.
From my perspective the entire case ended, as expected, early in the day yesterday when Judge Nelson gave George Zimmerman his personal Platinum Express DCA Acquittal Card. The ruling, and more importantly the legal determination she used on the ruling, regarding the Trayvon Martin phone evidence was an immediate Nuclear DCA option. (more…)

GO WEST ! The Video Which EVERYONE Should Watch !!

.
I’m debating other issues to share. But I can GUARANDAMNTEE YOU this trial is being put on a schedule by the Federal Dept of Justice. (Civil Rights Division Dept of Community Relations Service) If I prove it – we could lose this website.

Forward this video to 6:30 to really get the flavor of judicial bias which is NEEDED in order to accomplish a goal driven by outside the FLORIDA court influences.

updateThe argument, not by the State, but by Judge Nelson herself, regarding authentication, is so weak and insufferably devoid of legal analysis it is absurd on its face. Then again this is the same judge who said a few days ago, flippantly in open court, that evidence should be “shredded” (Dr. Bao notes).

Essentially she’s arguing that the phone records (texts and pics) cannot be authenticated to have originated by Trayvon Martin (despite two security codes) because anyone could have sent them. Whiskey*Tango*Foxtrot !! How can an email be used in a sex offender case? How can phone records be used in RICO cases? How can GPS evidence be used in Insurance Cases? Think about it.

You can’t argue that evidence cannot be admitted because someone else might have made the phone call; Someone else might have sent the email; Someone else accessed the website; Someone else might have driven the car etc.

Not to exclude evidence.

Sure it can be argued by the other side, as a counter point to the jury, but it can’t be a reasonable consideration for exclusion.

I’m evaluating how much we can reasonably share and cite without compromising people and structures which could be placed at risk.

Why Did They Kill Trayvon Martin? He Really Was Profiled, Only Not By George Zimmerman…

Congresswoman Fredrica Wilson (D-FL) famously said “Trayvon… was racially profiled”:

She’s right. He was.
But there’s a part where she was wrong.
He was not “racially profiled” by George Zimmerman (even the FBI attested to that);  No, he was racially profiled by the Miami-Dade School Police Department.  Both Miami-Dade School Superintendent Alberto Carvalho, and his hire Miami-Dade School Police Chief, Charles Hurley, racially profiled Trayvon Martin.

Carvalho and Hurley intentionally used Trayvon’s race and gender to manipulate, and falsify, his engagements with the Miami-Dade Police. They hid his criminal conduct; They never tried to correct his behavior; They profiled Trayvon for diversionary racist treatment because he was black, and because he was a black teen boy. (more…)

Thread 5 – Day 16 (Week #4) Zimmerman Trial – Witness Discussion Thread

zimmerman-trial-030-062813Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position. (more…)

Absolute Power – Insufferable Corruption – And Threats To Stop Sunlight….

cicero
You must understand for yourself – what is said, and also what is left unsaid…
There was a movie several years ago called Absolute Power, starring Clint Eastwood. The plot summary is essentially:

Absolute_power…. an aging cat burglar becomes a crusader embroiled in a deadly cat-and-mouse game involving murder and a government cover-up. [T]he story works at different levels … The trouble begins when ex-con Luther Whitney (Clint Eastwood) decides to pull off one last heist before retiring. Just as he finishes looting the vault of a well-fortified mansion, a drunken couple enters the adjoining bedroom apparently eager to start making love. But something goes awry and a violent tussle ensues that abruptly ends when gun-wielding men bust in and shoot down the woman. During the ensuing chaos, Luther slips out. Only later does the audience learn that the would-be lovers were U.S.-President Alan Richmond (Gene Hackman) and Christy Sullivan (Melora Hardin), the young wife of the President’s biggest supporter Walter Sullivan (E.G. Marshall).

As the investigation and cover-up begins, Luther, who has already been contacted by hard-boiled and suspicious detective Seth Frank (Ed Harris) begins to fear that he will be blamed for the killing and prepares to leave the country.

…  Luther goes to the airport, but just before he flies, he sees a press conference in which President Richmond, without so much as a twitch, goes on a tirade concerning his stand against violence.   Something inside him snaps and he abruptly decides to stay and fight for justice…. (link)

Like Clint’s character in that movie, for me there was a similar “snapping moment” as I bore witness to the most blazing display of hypocrisy and political filth. (more…)

The Alicia Stanley Story – The Only Real Mom Trayvon Martin Ever Knew

….”So who are you going to turn to if they take away your rock”….

If you want a happy ending skip this real life story. But if you really want to know what led to Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman’s encounter you will perhaps first seek to understand.
To understand his step-mom, Alicia Stanley.
dr phil 2
This author does not know Alicia Stanley, nor did I know Trayvon Martin. But having spent the better part of a year and a half in and out of both communities, talking to people who know or knew them, and investing thousands of hours in research, I’ve got a pretty reasonable perspective.
Witness 8Within the testimony and deposition of witness #8, the now infamous Rachel Jeantel, you may have heard her say that she knew Trayvon since around the 2nd or 3rd grade. You might also have heard her recount a void of 6 years from 2006 to February 1st 2012, her birthday, when both Trayvon and Rachel became reacquainted. 25 days later he was dead.
For the sake of understanding Alicia Stanley – you must know the key to the 6 years of non-association with Rachel Jeantel. (more…)

Understanding the FOIA Releases and How They Pertain

Stella has now completed uploading the remaining FOIA statements from our exhaustive 9 month back and forth with the Miami-Dade School Police Department. The Tree House has a Scribd account which can be located HERE.
Miami Dade Schools Police Department
All of the documents are now posted to open public review. However they are, in many cases, “redacted“.
Meaning when you are reading the transcribed text when you see the “- -” symbol in the body of the text, there is a portion omitted by the transcriber at the request of legal counsel for the Miami-Dade Public School System.   Here is a summary of the latest FOIA release using the text from the initial follow up inquiry: (more…)

Newly Released FOIA Reveals Agenda – Sanford Police Department – Randy Smith – The Sanford Cover-Up….

This one should interest Mark O’Mara

New Police Chief Cecil Smith

Sanford Police Department, Sergeant Randy Smith, who was assisting Detective Chris Serino, in the Trayvon Martin case, and who shortly thereafter became Lieutenant Randy Smith, before quickly retiring in January of 2013, appears quite happy to have excluded this information about Trayvon’s interactions with the police department from the Victimology report produced by Serino.
We were wondering who was the decision maker into not including Trayvon’s diverted, and unofficial, criminal record from the case assembly. Was it Serino, or was it Randy Smith? Here is  Smith’s own sworn affidavit to the internal affairs division of M-DSPD. This should interest Mark O’Mara and Don West quite a bit.
