Tonight at 6:00pm EST / 3:00pm PST three judges from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments from Washington State and the President Trump Department of Justice on a motion to stay the previous injunction halting the Trump administration’s temporary visa suspension (90-day travel ban) from seven identified nations.
The appeals court hearing is being held via phone conference and not in an actual courtroom.  However, the hearing will be live streamed at the website of the 9th circuit, and also it appears RSBN will be running a duplicate live stream feed.

President Donald Trump traveled to MacDill Air Force Base today in Tampa Florida to visit to US Central Command, meet officers who form the tip of the spear implementing his strategy to defeat the Islamic State group, and deliver remarks to the military.

CENTCOM military command is responsible for an area that includes the Middle East and Central Asia.  It plays a key role in Operation Inherent Resolve — the US-led mission to “degrade and defeat” the Islamic State group — which has resulted in 17,861 strikes across northern Syria and Iraq since August 2016. President Trump also ate lunch with the troops.

The White House says it expects the courts to restore President Donald Trump’s temporary ban on Syrian refugees and 90-day suspended visa status for travelers from seven countries, via an executive order founded on a claim of national security.
Despite the initial 9th circuit denial of the Trump administration’s request to immediately set aside a Seattle judge’s ruling that put a hold on the executive order nationwide, the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals (the most liberal and overturned appellate court in the nation) requested legal briefs from both sides by 6:00 pm EST today / 3:00 pm PST.

(Via AP) [4:30am EST]  Lawyers for Washington state and Minnesota have told a federal appellate court it would “unleash chaos again” if it lifted an order temporarily halting President Donald Trump’s ban on refugees and travelers from seven predominantly Muslim countries from entering the United States.

Her political opposition and liberal media critics were quick to call her campaign speech “a frightening image of France’s future”, eliciting an almost identical reaction as initially felt in U.S. media following the campaign launch of President Trump in 2015.

During the White House Press Briefing earlier today National Security Advisor Michael Flynn discussed the various recent provocations from the Iranian regime.
In the past several days Iran has been probing U.S. policy with various provocations and testing the Trump administration’s reaction. Testing ballistic missiles and a Houthi rebel suicide bomb attack against a Saudi military vessel. The Houthi group are financed by the regime within Iran.
Throughout the campaign and early presidency Donald Trump has repeatedly stated he would not give specifics about any potential response toward any hostile action. However, that said – any response, if determined, from a Trump administration, would likely be unannounced and significant.

Last weekend President Trump and Saudi King Salman spoke on the telephone.  Additionally, Trump has formed the early stages of a working relationship with King Abdullah III of Jordan, and Egyptian President Fattah el-Sisi.  President Trump has also spoken with Vladimir Putin (Russia) who holds economic leverage over Iran.

King Abdullah of Jordan is part of the mid-east freedom alliance with President Fattah Abdel el-Sisi of Egypt.   Due to President Obama’s extremist politics, Abdullah and Sisi formed a working security and economic relationship with Vladimir Putin.
Prior to taking the oath of office President Trump spoke personally to President el-Sisi and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.   Since the inauguration – The geo-strategic evolution continues -> President Vladimir Putin (Russia), President Fattah el-Sisi (Egypt) and King Salman (Saudi Arabia) have all held diplomatic and strategic discussions with President Trump.
