Concerned the recent killing in San Francisco will expose the Obama Executive Action’s halting deportation to increased scrutiny, the White House says today it’s the fault of congress.

WASHINGTON DC – The White House on Monday defended its immigration policies and blasted Republicans following the killing of a San Francisco woman — allegedly by an undocumented immigrant.

When asked if the case was a failure of the administration’s enforcement policies, White House press secretary Josh Earnest chided Republicans for blocking a bipartisan immigration bill that would have boosted funding for border security.

“I recognize that people want to play politics with this,” Earnest said. “The fact is the president has done everything within his power to make sure that we’re focusing our law enforcement resources on criminals and those who pose a threat to public safety.” (more…)

Francisco Sanchez says he “accidentally” pulled trigger 3 times, and lived in San Francisco so he wouldn’t be deported for the 6th  time… 

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) — In an interview you’ll see only on ABC7 News, the man accused of shooting and killing a young woman at San Francisco’s Pier 14 admitted to the crime and talked about where he got the gun.

Francisco Sanchez didn’t recall every detail because he says he doesn’t remember everything that happened. But in the 45 minute jailhouse interview, he revealed how the shooting went down and why he kept returning to the United States after being deported numerous times.

Steinle was shot and killed near the Ferry Building on Wednesday. Sanchez tells ABC7 News that the shooting was an accident. He says he was wandering on Pier 14 after taking sleeping pills he found in a dumpster.

Barnard: “Where did you get the gun?”
Sanchez: “In the ground. When the… when the… over there in the bench, um, um, I put my leg and I see the one T-shirt and then see over there something like that.”

He claims a gun was wrapped in that T-shirt and that it went off when he picked it up.

“Then suddenly I heard that boom boom, three times,” Sanchez said. (more…)

TEXAS – Breitbart Texas has exclusively confirmed that a man who confessed to murdering his wife with a hammer in Laredo, Texas is a four-time deported illegal immigrant who would not have been in the U.S. had he not been able to illegally cross back into the country multiple times from Mexico after his deportations.

In addition, the Laredo Police Department continuously encountered the man in violent episodes with his wife, yet did not notify Border Patrol, according to federal agents who spoke with Breitbart Texas on the condition of anonymity.

Several federal agents who work under the umbrella of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) spoke with Breitbart Texas on the condition of anonymity and identified the man as an illegal alien who had been deported on four previous occasions but continued to enter the U.S. illegally. (more…)

A San Francisco article gives some insight into how the decision to make a “sanctuary city”, has now made them a safe harbor for illegal alien criminals, murderers and rapists.  Alternate headline: “Donald Trump Is Right”.

CALIFORNIA – With the awful, senseless shooting of Kate Steinle, and the arrest of an undocumented immigrant who was convicted of seven felonies and deported five times, people are asking questions about San Francisco’s wrong-headed and dangerous Sanctuary City policy. I’ve been following the story for years. Here is some background.

I remember writing on it in 2007 here when then San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom (now Lieutenant Governor) announced the city would not cooperate with federal immigration “raids,” in keeping with a Sanctuary City policy adopted in 1989. Quoth the mayor:

“I will not allow any of my department heads or anyone associated with this city to cooperate in any way shape or form with these raids. We are a sanctuary city, make no mistake about it.”

The next year, the city’s sanctuary policy was shown for the danger to public safety it had become.  On June 22, 2008, Edwin Ramos, an illegal immigrant with a history of violence, shot and killed Tony Bologna, 48, and his sons Michael, 20, and Matthew, 16, because he wrongly thought one of the Bologna sons was a gang rival, it turned out. This is exactly what Trump should do. And the reaction from the liberals in the media will exemplify why this is so dangerous to them. Remember, liberals jump on shootings to call for gun control, they exploit every tragedy for political benefit; yet they will now rail against Trump for calling for a secure border – against the backdrop of this story.   Do Not Back Down – Call Dem’s out on their hypocritical and selective moral outrage.

Kathryn “Kate” Steinle, 32, was shot to death in broad daylight by alleged shooter Francisco Sanchez in front of her dad and a friend.  Sanchez, 45, is a 7-time felon who should have been handed over to immigration authorities following a Bay Area arrest four months ago. Kate’s mother, 69-year-old Liz Sullivan said, “She just kept saying, ‘Dad, help me, help me'”. Two television news crews reporting on the killing were later mugged at the scene, with a masked gunman pistol-whipping a camera operator.

This is the winning 2016 campaign message: => President Obama empowered Kates’ killer to murder Americans. Candidate Trump has vowed to stop the illegal invasion of Mexican criminals.  Who will you vote for? (more…)

The Donald delivered a profound splodey unto CNN host Don Lemon.  Lemon tried to marginalize the rape claims made by Donald Trump about illegal aliens and border crossing criminals like MS13 gang members.

Lemon pointed out that 80% of the women coming across the Mexican border were raped, or at risk of rape; in an attempt to deflect the claim that numerous rapists have crossing the border.

Donald Trump then gives Lemon a Splodey Head with the simple question:  “Well, who’s doing the raping Don”?

The look on Lemon’s face is priceless.  D’oh !

There are times when operational entities “react” to events, and then, in hindsight, live to regret their decision.  The decision by Macy’s Department Store to discontinue their relationship with Donald Trump brand merchandise is easily one of these examples.

Have you ever been into a Macy’s?  Have you ever looked at the location of ‘viable’ Macy’s locations?   Ever perused their store or their merchandise?  What you’ll notice is the vast majority of Macy’s customers are socio-economically aligned with Donald Trump’s populist, albeit perhaps unartfully stated, beliefs. NBC parted ways with Donald Trump today.  Here’s why: 

NEW YORK (AP) — A petition asking NBC to fire Donald Trump has collected more than 200,000 signatures.

Posted on the Change.org website, the petition calls out NBC of choosing business over “ethics, principles and values” in the wake of Trump’s recent statements when declaring his candidacy for president. Among his remarks, the GOP hopeful portrayed immigrants from Mexico as “bringing drugs, they’re bringing crime, they’re rapists, and some, I assume, are good people.”

Last week, Univision, the nation’s largest Spanish-language network, said it wouldn’t air the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants, which are co-owned by Trump, and will cut all future business ties with him. (more…)

You’d have to go more that a little deep into the article to see the part where “Four Salvadorian Nationals“, are under arrest for the most brutal and barbaric rape of a 16-year-old.
Those same “Salvadorian Nationals” are also known as the “2014 Unaccompanied Alien Children” that Glenn Beck and Dana Loesch were desperate to provide ‘teddy bears and soccer balls’ for last summer.

For some reason NBC seemingly overlooks that part.  I digress….

~ AGAIN, The Social Justice Crowd is Trying To Win By Losing ~

Earlier this week the DOJ lost an appeal to lift an injunction put in place by Judge Andrew Hanen, which blocks execution of President Obama’s Immigration Executive Action.  The injunction remains in place.
The DOJ had two options after their loss in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
♦ They could request a summary review by the U.S. Supreme Court (the 5th CCA district review SCOTUS justice is Antonin Scalia).  Or, ♦ they could ask for the entire panel of the 5th CCA to seat and hear full oral arguments.   The DOJ has chosen the latter.

The Hill is reporting the 5th Circuit has expedited the request and will hear oral arguments on July 10th, (written arguments previously filed with original judicial appeal).
Meanwhile, the DOJ will have to move forward on defending the merits of the underlying case which stems from a lawsuit filed by Texas, and joined by 26 other states, claiming the Obama Executive Action is an unconstitutional overreach of power, and therefore illegal.
