Fox News, Rupert Murdoch, and The Immigration/Amnesty Agenda…

During the Fox Business News debate several political junkies noted a rather curious omission: Senator Marco Rubio was never questioned about the 2013 Senate Gang-of-Eight bill and his stance on Comprehensive Immigration Reform.  In fact, if you were to review the debate substance you’d note that candidate Rubio wasn’t directly questioned about his immigration positions at all.

It is not disconnected that during the 2013/2014 Gang-of-Eight immigration constructs, Fox News was an active participant in the promotion of the immigration reform proposals.  In order to facilitate the congressional immigration intent Fox launched a previously unknown pro-amnesty propaganda blitz to support senate immigration bill.

What follows below is an evidenced expose’ of their agenda.

♦  It was less than a year ago when Mickey Kaus was chastised by Tucker Carlson, a Fox Contributor, for writing an article in the Daily Caller outlining the relationship between Rupert Murdoch, his company Fox News, the talking heads under his control and authority, and Murdoch’s request for pro-amnesty propaganda to be broadcast on the network. Another Look At Trump’s Immigration and Repatriation Proposals…

The topic of illegal immigration is a subject we have reviewed, researched and offered possible solutions for consideration for over four years. In Part ONE we outlined how illegal aliens achieve work in the U.S. and what would be needed to remove the incentive.

Any solution to solving the problem must first understand how the problem of illegal alien employment is supported by U.S. policy. In our opinion, removing those conflicting employment policies is something that has to be done.  A new example surfaced recently:

(Dade County Schools) […] Before hiring employees to work in the taxpayer-funded enterprise, the district of about 350,000 mostly Hispanic students likes to verify that candidates are in the country legally.

According to the Obama administration this is illegal and discriminates against employees in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). So, the DOJ’s bloated Civil Rights Division went after Miami Dade County Public Schools (MDCPS) for discrimination and essentially forced it to stop checking if employees are authorized to work in the U.S.  (read more)

We have now had time to review Donald Trump’s border security and immigration proposals. Happily, he, and those who advise him, appear to be right over the target.

In addition to PART ONE understanding illegal alien employment“, back in 2014 we shared the predictable impact of just enforcing the current U.S. laws on border entry – with the simple addition of a border wall.

Trump’s proposal carries: the border wall solution, the employment solution, the enforcement mechanisms of current law, and another angle that is strategically essential. “WESTERN UNION REMITTANCES” (Money Services Compliance): (more…)

Mark Steyn Also Notices WSJ/FNB Avoid Contrasting Rubio…

Mark Steyn also notices how Fox Business News and the Wall Street Journal were in no hurry to compare or contrast Marco Rubio with Donald Trump on the issue of immigration enforcement, borders, deportation and Rubio’s gang-of-eight affiliations.

fnb debate 5

The debate?

Well, I thought the most interesting moment came when Donald Trump brought up Eisenhower:

Let me just tell you that Dwight Eisenhower—a good president, great president, people liked him. ‘I Like Ike’, right? The expression ‘I Like Ike’? – moved a million and a half illegal immigrants out of this country, moved them just beyond the border: They came back. Moved them again, beyond the border: They came back. Then moved them way south. They never came back.

To the establishments of both parties and the media, Trump is beyond the pale. Yet he keeps, confidently, moving beyonder. And, as he does so, he’s moving the pale. NBC News.

Secretary Jeh Johnson, DAPA, and The Case For Impeachment…

Something is missing amid all of the punditry opinion regarding the recent 5th CCA ruling upholding the injunction against Obama’s implementation of Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents program (“DAPA”) FULL BACKSTORY HERE.  Something missing which is more serious than the injunction itself.

What is fundamentally missing is several levels of seriousness.

Obama ConstitutionFirst the underlying 26 state lawsuit has never been argued.  When the states went to federal court to sue the White House (executive action) they asked for an immediate injunction blocking implementation.  The states argued two points:

#1) That if DAPA was allowed to move forward with his executive amnesty there would be irreversible harm to the states.  Granting a new legal status to illegal aliens, including work authorization, would be financially harmful and also a bell impossible to un-ring/reverse if the underlying lawsuit was settled in their favor.

#2) If DAPA was allowed to be implemented those who were charged with executing the Executive Order would be violating law and thereby subject to a condition of punitive action against them for refusing to break the law.

Two very distinct issues, both of which Judge Andrew Hanen accepted as factual in his decision to issue the injunction.   He actually did so brilliantly.

BREAKING: 5th Circuit Court Upholds Injunction Against Obama Executive Immigration Amnesty DAPA…

Obama_seal

BREAKING: The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Rules 2-1 to uphold Judge Hanen Injunction (full ruling pdf below)

In a 2-1 ruling of the Fifth CCA (Judge King has lengthy Dissent) the injunction against President Obama’s Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents program (“DAPA”) has been upheld.

The DAPA is commonly referred to as Obama’s Executive Amnesty – Obama Loses.

Twenty Six states filed suit to block the November ’14 Executive Order. A Texas Judge, Andrew Hanen, issued an injunction blocking implementation.  Obama appealed the injunction and lost; then appealed again based on standing – and just lost again.  Here’s the ruling:

[scribd id=289170310 key=key-T0voaCtTiCIoDh7v3Q5W mode=scroll]

However, the release of the 5th Circuit decision today may allow the Supreme Court time to take up the dispute in Obama’s term, if a third appeal is attempted.  A favorable Supreme Court ruling could then override the injunction and permit Obama to implement the executive actions next summer.

The problem for the White House is the substantive legal issues within the original Hanen ruling have not been argued in Hanen’s court or the/any appellate court.  They have only argued the ability of Hanen to block them (ie “standing), not the merits of the underlying case.

Therefore the route to SCOTUS would only be on the legal issues of Hanen’s injunction – and not on the legal issues of the Executive Order itself. It’s doubtful SCOTUS would take up such a case.

Chuck Schumer: Senator Marco Rubio Is “Totally Committed To Obama’s Immigration Agenda”….

(Via Breitbart) Presumptive Senate Minority Leader, Sen. Chuck Schumer, tells CNN that Marco Rubio was “not only totally committed” to the Obama-backed 2013 immigration expansion bill, but that “his fingerprints are all over that bill.”

Chuck Schumer close uprubio bush

The La Raza-backed Rubio-Schumer immigration bill would have granted amnesty to the illegal alien population and would have expanded immigration levels beyond all known historical precedent— issuing 33 million new immigrants on green cards in the span of a single decade, permanently transforming the U.S. electorate and economy.

Every immigrant with a green card could in turn bring relatives to the United States, collect welfare, and eventually vote and thus cancel out conservative ballots.

“He was not only totally committed— he was in that room with us, with four Democrats, four Republicans… for hours a day, week after week after week,” Schumer told CNN. “His fingerprints are all over that bill. It has a lot of Rubio imprints.” (more…)

Amid Growing Backlash Illegal Immigration Activists, Astroturfers, and YouTube Trying To Control Narrative…

By now most people are aware of the vile video produced and promoted by those who advocate for increasing illegal immigration.  (WARNING: Extremely Foul Language)

However, the resulting feedback is apparently not exactly what the leftists had in mind.  There has been a massive backlash against these moonbat activists.

In order to control the narrative (and eliminate visibility of the backlash) it appears YouTube and the leftist activist group DeportRacism are deleting negative feedback and have now been caught manipulating the Like/Dislike rating tool: (more…)

Latino SNL Protest Event Fails to Draw Crowd…

If they had asked Donald Trump to join their protest it would have been YUGE!

(Via The Wrap) The rally to protest Donald Trump hosting “Saturday Night Live” was mostly a bust Wednesday, as only 40 or so people showed up outside 30 Rock.

The National Hispanic Media Coalition and over a dozen other Latino organizations had planned to gather outside the “Saturday Night Live” studio. (more…)

Marco Rubio’s Donor-Class Agenda – Open Border Globalists….

Julia Hahn at Breitbart has an excellent article today outlining SOME of the Rubio donors and their legislative agendas.   The most recent addition is billionaire Paul Singer; however, as readers are aware he is far from alone.

The larger legislative scheme is Wall Street Globalists VS Main Street Nationalists – with most of the high finance hedge funds in alignment with the RNC/GOPe establishment globalists.

marco_rubio_hires(Via Breitbart) Hedge-fund billionaire Paul Singer’s decision to throw his financial weight behind the donor-class 2016 favorite, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), has sparked fresh questions about Rubio’s coziness with the financial interests funding his career.

Singer was a major financial force behind the Rubio-Obama amnesty and immigration expansion push in 2013.

As Politico reported at the time, Singer “quietly go[t] involved in the fight for immigration reform, making a six-figure donation… to the National Immigration Forum”— a George Soros-backed organization that lobbied for Rubio’s legislation to issue 33 million green cards to foreign nationals in the span of a single decade. The announcement of Singer’s endorsement highlights an intra-party tension that has emerged with new strength since Rep. Paul Ryan’s inauguration as Speaker of the House. (more…)
