[New York City] Community leaders in East New York say that jobs are the answer to ending the so-called “knockout” game.
First the insufferable liberal media denials – (USA TODAY) Various news organizations are refuting the existence of an alleged phenomenon known as the “knockout game” that has been the subject of media warnings in recent weeks.
According to reports by CNN, the Today show, this news organization and others, the game takes place when a young person randomly assaults a stranger in an attempt to knock them out with one punch.
But police officials in several cities where the attacks have been reported say the knockout game is an urban myth, and that attacks that have received recent attention in the media have been random assaults, the New York Times is reporting.
“We’re trying to determine whether or not this is a real phenomenon,” the news organization quotes New York police commissioner Raymond Kelly as saying. “I mean, yes, something like this can happen. But we would like to have people come forward and give us any information they have.” (more…)
NEW YORK (AP) — A grand jury has indicted 11 bikers, including an undercover New York City police detective, on various charges related to a motorcyclist-SUV highway melee.
The indictment Friday says undercover detective Wojciech Braszczok (VOY’-chek BRAZH’-ahk) was charged with gang assault, criminal mischief, riot and other counts.
Prosecutors have said Braszczok participated in the Sept. 29 attack by shattering the SUV’s back window. He was off duty at the time. Attorney John Arlia (ahr-LEE’ah) didn’t immediately return a message seeking comment. (more…)
We previously outlined the story of Brian Holloway. 300+ Teens broke into his house, threw a party, stole items, broke windows and doors, spray painted the walls, and created over $20,000 in damages. Holloway began finding the party-goers because they were bragging on social media, twitter, facebook, and posting pictures of themselves. So he copied the pictures to his own website. Now the parents of the kids who destroyed his house are threatening to sue him for exposing their sons/daughters.
“Take my kid’s name down or I’m gonna press charges against you”.

Perhaps the community would be better served if Holloway provided even more sunlight by posting the names and identities of the people who are threatening to sue him.

Four West Pensacola juveniles and a 19-year-old, attacked a 77-year-old man Monday night, according to an Escambia County Sheriff’s Office news release. […] The incident happened about 9 p.m. Monday when dispatchers received a report of several teenagers chasing a man with a stick, the news release said.
The victim, John Garland Redick, encountered the teens on a boardwalk near the Big Lots parking lot at the 400 block of North Navy Boulevard and was assaulted, according to an arrest report. (link)

The latest *cough* claim from the schemers is their protestations that the Martin Family and family Attorneys did not support the New Black Panther Party.
This claim of “non-support” or “non-alliance” with the Black Panthers is actually quite representative of how far they will go to sell a story of fabrications, falsehoods and lies. The Hampton Coliseum Spring Carnival was cancelled a week early due to a gang related shooting which resulted in the death of Ralphael Davis Jr. In addition to the deceased, four other teenagers were shot. One remains in critical condition.
A 15-year-old male and 17-year-old male were arrested and each charged with one count of murder, four counts of maiming and five counts of using a firearm in the commission of a felony, according to Hampton Police. (link)
The local progessive-sympathetic Virginia Pilot newspaper, which refused to fully report on the threats and black mob violence perpetrated in the name of Trayvon Martin against two of its own reporters in Norfolk, Virginia in 2012 again doubles down on living the lie by refusing to fully and honestly report on the events that led to the early cancellation of the carnival. VIRGINIA BEACH Virginia Beach police made nearly 150 arrests stemming from a rowdy and violent weekend at the oceanfront featuring large crowds for an event that city officials knew little about in advance.
At least eight people were injured Saturday night and early Sunday morning when there were several shootings, stabbings and robberies.
Police estimate between 30,000 and 40,000 people congregated at the oceanfront for an event known as College Beach Weekend 2013.
“It was just a drunk mess,” Cate Major, a sales associate at 17th Street Surf Shop told the Virginian-Pilot . “I’ve never seen the oceanfront so packed. Ever.” (more…)
Perhaps even more sad than the story itself is the fact the “Good Samaritan” has to remain anonymous lest she and her fiance’ suffer retaliation from her own community.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Good Samaritan speaks out about how she and her fiancé helped a man being beaten by teenagers on the Northside.
A witness, who does not want to reveal her identity for fear of her safety, says Friday night she was driving down Soutel Drive near Lem Turner Road with her fiancé and saw a group of teenagers beating a man.
“We seen a whole bunch of African-American kids you know, beating and stomping on an elderly Caucasian guy and he had bags and everything, he couldn’t even defend himself because it was so many kids,” said the anonymous witness. (more…)
