In an inspector general (IG) review of the first forty emails, the IG finds 4 that contain classified information (that’s 10%).  Previously Clinton said she turned over 30,000 emails (50,000 pages).  Do the math, from the sample, and there’s a strong possibility that hundreds of classified emails were transmitted from Hillary’s unsecured private email system during her term in office.

The intelligence IG immediately referred the matter to the FBI.

WASHINGTON DC – A review by a top intelligence official has found that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sent at least four classified messages from the private email server she used while in office.

The Inspector General of the Intelligence Community sent a letter to members of Congress on Thursday saying the emails from Clinton’s server should have been classified as “secret.”

A copy of the missive was obtained by The Wall Street Journal. The four emails “were classified when they were sent and are classified now,” Andrea Williams, a spokeswoman for the inspector general, told the newspaper. (more…)

Jill Kelly is a woman who became entangled in the General Petraeus / Paul Broadwell affair story which exploded immediately following the Benghazi attacks in 2012. The affair was used by the White House to remove the CIA Petraeus risk.

Jill Kelly was threatened by Paula Broadwell during Broadwell’s affair with Petraeus. Once the affair was exposed, the media outed Jill Kelly as the original source to the FBI who uncovered the sordid affair.

Kelly then filed a lawsuit against the FBI for releasing her identity to the public via the media. The source of that media leak was, in essence, traced to then pentagon attorney Jeh Johnson, who later became DHS Secretary.

Last September (2014) we noted that the lawsuit by Jill Kelly would carry some very interesting possibilities via judicial discovery. Today a federal judge postponed DHS Head Jeh Johnson being compelled to testify in the ongoing lawsuit. (more…)

It has been a year since we first posted the full 11,000 word Benghazi Brief, explaining the soup to nuts events of what happened from February 2011 up to September 11th 2012.   Many people have wondered why the Mainstream Media have not picked up the story.

It has been a slow process of sunlight crossing the treetops, but Fox News has just affirmed the content with their new story:  “The Arming of Benghazi” – excerpts below.

(Via Fox Business)  The United States supported the secret supply of weapons to Libyan rebels while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State according to federal court documents obtained by Fox News.

In a sworn declaration to the District Court of Arizona May 5th 2015, a career CIA officer David Manners said, “It was then, and remains now, my opinion that the United States did participate, directly or indirectly, in the supply of weapons to the Libyan Transitional National Council.”   The timing matters because in the Spring of 2011 the Libyan opposition was not formally recognized, and the direct supply of arms was not authorized. Tunisia was the origin of the Arab Spring – Since neighboring Libya fell into a state of civil war the radical islamists are now spreading around the North African Mediterranean.  In addition to attacking Western-friendly targets they are attempting to create additional crisis by crippling the regional economy.  Within crisis, ISIS inspired radicals thrive.

TUNISIA – Panicked tourists fled from a popular beach in Tunisia Friday as a gunman pulled an automatic rifle from under an umbrella and began shooting, killing 37 people, officials said.

The attacker, who was dressed in shorts, came from the beach hiding his Kalashnikov gun before spraying terrified tourists with bullets. People were told to run in a chaotic scene near a beach in Sousse, and many took refuge in hotel rooms after the gunfire erupted, Sky News said.

Tunisia’s Interior Ministry originally said there were two gunmen but later said they believed just one gunman acted alone, killing 37 people and wounding at least 36. The Health Ministry said the dead include Tunisians, Brits, Germans and Belgians.

The gunman reportedly entered the Hotel Imperial through the swimming pool area, shooting people as he went. He also threw an explosive, witnesses said. (more…)

Blumenthal claims he copied communication from a former CIA analyst and despite being paid $10,000/month from the Clinton Foundation he claims he was not paid to advise Secretary Clinton.

WASHINGTON DC – Sidney Blumenthal did not write or know the source of any of the Libya intelligence he passed on to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the top Clinton ally told investigators on the House Select Committee on Benghazi Tuesday in a closed-door deposition.

Blumenthal, subpoenaed by the committee, also did not verify any of the intelligence he forwarded to the nation’s top diplomat. Instead, Blumenthal was copying and pasting memos from Tyler Drumheller, a former CIA operative who was looking into a Libya-related business venture, and sending them to Clinton, two people familiar with his testimony told POLITICO. Snippets coming out as the MSM tries to pretend Blumenthal’s testimony is not potentially VERY damaging to Hillary Clinton.  Apparently, from early reports, Hillary’s assertion that Blumenthal’s communication was “unsolicited” is being exposed as false.  Even Darrell Issa tried to sit and listen….

WASHINGTON DC – Former House Oversight Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) tried to crash former Hillary Clinton adviser Sidney Blumenthal’s deposition before the House Select Committee on Benghazi on Tuesday.

Issa marched into the closed-door deposition and remained inside for about a minute before he was escorted out by the panel’s chairman, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.). The pair briefly exchanged hushed words in a nearby hallway before Issa stormed off, throwing an empty soda can into a nearby trash bin.

Gowdy returned to the private session. “Sorry about that,” he said as he went back into the interview (link)

House Dems are seeking to provide quick leak cover prior to Blumenthal’s scheduled testimony before Gowdy Select Committee on Benghazi TOMORROW – so they quickly dispatch ideological compatriots in arms at Politico.

(Via Politico) House GOP Benghazi investigators have discovered additional Libya communications between Sidney Blumenthal and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, a congressional source told POLITICO — suggesting that either the State Department or the 2016 Democratic presidential contender withheld correspondence the panel had subpoenaed.

Blumenthal — a longtime Clinton family friend who is set to testify before the committee behind closed doors Tuesday morning — recently gave the House Select Committee on Benghazi his Libya-related emails after the panel had quietly subpoenaed them. (more…)

It’s no secret the Obama administration is ideologically favorable toward the Muslim Brotherhood.  Conversely, it’s also an open secret that President Obama does not like Egypt’s secular leader Fattah el Sisi or the principles represented by Sisi’s framework of governance for all Egyptians.

However, the U.S. administration conducting secret meetings with a terrorist enemy of the Egyptian state, the Muslim Brotherhood, is going too far.  El Sisi wants answers.

(Via Reuters) Egypt summoned the U.S. ambassador in Cairo to show displeasure at Muslim Brotherhood figures coming to Washington for a private conference, sources familiar with the matter said on Monday.

One source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said U.S. officials did not intend to meet the group although they had met some Brotherhood figures that came to Washington in January. (more…)
