Indiana is Holding Their Primary Vote Today

Most state polling Locations are open 6:00am – 6:00pm (7:00pm EDT –  Indy has two time zones) If you need more information on finding your polling location – GO HERE – If you need immediate assistance you can also call (317) 689-1100.
The Indiana Primary is an “open primary” for all registered voters.  You do not have to be a republican to vote for Donald Trump in Indiana.

The most important thing to do is GO VOTE.

…What’s Going On Out There?

The U.K Independent is reporting that a massive 800 page leak (sourced to Greenpeace activists) of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) may doom the ongoing negotiations.

Interestingly, the aspect that seems most troubling to Europe has nothing to do with actual economic trade, but rather insufficient climate change rules/regulations.

[…]  They indicate that the US is looking strongly to change regulation in Europe to lessen the protections on the environment, consumer rights and other positions that the EU affords to its citizens. Representatives for each side appear to have found that they have run into “irreconcilable” differences that could undermine the signing of the landmark and highly controversial trade deal, campaigners say.

Matt and Joe are auto mechanics in Indiana.  It appears both guys were interviewed by an MSNBC journalist who provided this picture.  Meet Matt and Joe:

We don’t know this Matt and Joe.  Then again, they look like just about every Matt and Joe that we do know…. and if that’s the case, perhaps they are supporting Donald Trump for a similar reason.
Because, you see, Donald Trump says: “Make America Great Again”!  And when Trump says that, and puts his heart behind his specific intent to deliver it, we hear:
Someone who gives a damn about America, without apology; which is more valuable than a perfected highly-rehearsed skill set of 30 second sound bites and white paper policy instructions.
From our perspective any average hard-working American could eat every one of these pinky-ring candidates’ lunches, all of them, including Ted Cruz; and if they find themselves wanting to go down the intellectual superiority path… you know, like walking across the street to start a debate,…. well, that stuff is useless. About ten years ago, during a dinner with Lou Holtz he told me the story of his arrival at Notre Dame. Coach Holtz arrived to find his team filled with untapped talent, yet torn with internal conflict, turmoil, inter-player animosity and backbiting.  The story he told me that evening is a metaphor for current political events.

The latest poll from Gravis of Indiana Republican Voters has candidate Donald Trump with a 17 point lead over second place Ted Cruz.
Indiana has been defined by the anti-Trump coalition as the fire-line, the last stand per se’, in their ongoing fight to stop Donald Trump from winning the republican presidential nomination.

However, with Trump taking a commanding polling lead in the Hosier State, the narrative from within the #NeverTrump crowd is now downplaying the importance of Indiana, and predictably reversing their previous assertions. (more…)
