Massive Stewardship Fail – PepsiCo CEO Tells Trump Supporters to Take Their Business Elsewhere…

This will not end well for shareholders of stocks in PepsiCo.  Macy’s business model collapsed after they took a similarly adversarial position toward candidate Donald Trump in 2015.  Now that Donald Trump has won the presidency, PepsiCo is following the same path as Macy’s.

Business organizations, and various boards of directorship, who hire these insufferable political activists within their corporations, are fools for allowing their shareholders to be put at risk by their Chief Executive Officers.

Trust me on this (we follow these impacts), regardless of whether or not you agree or disagree with Indra Nooyi sell any Pepsico stock asap.  If you have a 401K find out if it’s invested in PepsiCo and see if you can find a way out of it.

(Via Yahoo News) PepsiCo’s CEO said the election of Donald Trump as president was terrifying her employees.

“I had to answer a lot of questions from my daughters, from our employees. They were all in mourning,” PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi told Andrew Ross Sorkin at The New York Times’ DealBook conference on Thursday.

“Our employees were all crying,” she said. (more…)

President-Elect Donald Trump Selects Reince Priebus as White House Chief of Staff…

The best frame of reference for people to filter this decision is the VP selection process when Mr. Trump selected Governor Mike Pence.  A similar set of decision making principles apply.   WARNING – new words again.
trump-preibus-2Traditionally (<– key word) the White House Chief of Staff is the liaison between the President and the various affiliated professional political types who wish to engage with the President.
However, Donald Trump is his own organizational person.
Little research and analysis has ever been given to how small the Trump circle is despite his massive private sector business operations.  This is one of those aspects entirely obvious to those who know the private sector, yet brutally overlooked by those talking heads entrenched in the beltway.
The Trump organization is massive in scope and scale, yet he ran the entire operation with only a few very tight inner-circle influences.   He is able to do this because Trump is simply a master of complex organizational dynamics.  The granules are in charge of the granular, and yet directly connected to the top of the pyramid. Newt Gingrich appeared on FNB’s Sunday Morning Futures with host Maria Bartiromo to discuss the Donald Trump economic platform, the transition, and the ongoing processes for the incoming President Trump administration.

Sunday Talks: Jake Tapper -vs- Paul Ryan

The Sunday talk circuit was filled with pearl-clutching media pundits and talking heads today immediately referencing their left-wing David Brock (Media Matters) talking points.
The transparently obvious goal is to undermine, deride and create toxic division.  First up, Jake Tapper interviewing Paul Ryan:

Most Americans Don't Know About President Obama's UniParty Slush Fund…

New Word: “Trumpenstroke“. – The act of eliminating dictatorial fiat with the counter stroke of a President Trump pen.

It is actually easier to write about the simplicity of eliminating almost all of President Obama’s accomplishments specifically because of the way Team Obama went about constructing them, dictatorial fiat.
DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals), Obama’s executive action (amnesty) dream act, and DAPA (Deferred Action for Parents of Americans), the overreaching executive action blocked by Judge Andrew Hanen and upheld by the Supreme Court, are only one Trump-pen-stroke from elimination.  The rest is simple enforcement.
trump-jeffersonLiterally, the only significant legislative action that needs congress to reverse it is ObamaCare, the rest of Obama’s fingerprints on history can be erased by President Trump quicker than Obama created them.
This reality is why the professional left are so apoplectic, and in large measure also why a defeated Obama is fully supportive of the current antagonistic protesting.  Fiats are eliminated faster than fiats are created.  It’s how our system works when the executive branch seeks to usurp the congressional branch.
However, there’s another more substantive area where little attention has been paid, because the UniParty co-facilitated it.  That area is the fiscal spending side of the DC.
The last federal budget was signed into law in September of 2007 by President George W Bush for fiscal year 2008.  Since then the entire mechanism of the federal government has been carried out by continuing resolutions, raises in the debt ceiling, and unfettered spending. (more…)

Donald Trump Knows Skullduggery, and He Knows Exactly How To Deal With It…

A good article in CFP outlines some of the transparent risks inherent in the immediate behavior of the radical left toward a Donald Trump administration.  However, the article itself doesn’t lend enough credit toward the intellectual acumen of the president elect.
Obama with Valerie Jarrett[…]  Obama wants protection. He wants guarantees from Trump that he will be shielded from something he or somebody right next to him is totally guilty of. What could that be? Whom could that be?

Him? Valerie? Michelle? Hillary or Bill have something on him and he wants them protected?
I don’t know. Something really, really, really bad. Something Trump already knows, or knows he will find out about once he takes control of the Government.
And even then it will be like living in some Byzantine or ancient Saxon royal court of intrigue—maniacally dangerous—until he can clean out the living vermin and Obamanized sycophants. He will need his protective detail, AND the personally gunned private armies his predecessors built for themselves. (link)

We’ve already addressed much of the substantive questioning that surfaces within the column.  President Obama needs ‘terms’ – the specific decisions his handlers made to construct his entire legacy were tenuously built upon the use of his pen and phone.
