Judicial Watch was one of the first organizations to discover the hidden use of Hillary Clinton’s private email account to keep activity hidden from public review.

As a consequence of a long standing Judicial Watch FIOA court battle over State Department documents relating to the private email and private server, Judicial Watch requested to depose Secretary Clinton to answer questions.

The request for direct deposition was denied by the court, choosing instead to first order questions be asked/answered in writing.  Whereby: on August 19, U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan granted Judicial Watch further discovery on the Clinton email matter and ordered Secretary Hillary Clinton to answer the questions “by no later than thirty days thereafter….”

Under federal court rules, Judicial Watch was limited to twenty-five questions.  Today Judicial Watch submitted the questions, starting the 30 day clock for responses.

According to media reports, some of the FBI recovered emails from their investigation into Hillary Clinton’s records have a relationship to the events in/around the Benghazi Libya attack on Sept. 11th 2012.

(WASHINGTON)— The State Department says about 30 emails involving the 2012 attack on U.S. compounds in Benghazi, Libya, are among the thousands of Hillary Clinton emails recovered during the FBI’s recently closed investigation into her use of a private server.

Government lawyers told U.S. District Court Judge Amit P. Mehta Tuesday that an undetermined number of the emails among the 30 were not included in the 55,000 pages previously provided by Clinton to the State Department. The agency said it would need until the end of September to review the emails and redact potentially classified information before they are released.  (read more)

The “Monster Vote“ is the name attributed to the largest voting bloc in U.S. history.  The voters who have/had given up on the political process because it seemed futile to vote for a rigged system where nothing ever changes.  –Outlined Here–

However, we first noted the surfacing of the Monster Vote in relation to the political outsider Donald Trump toward the end of 2015.  It was, and is, a rather controversial theorem because the voting bloc would make all media polling completely irrelevant.

Throughout the latter part of 2015 and into the first quarter of 2016 we put our research antenna on high alert to see if the indications were real.  We paid a statistician to model the data we collected. This is a little bit funny and a little bit perplexing. Many might point to this as evidence of a deteriorating health condition.

Hillary Clinton is the first and only nominee for President who never held a press conference during the entire Democrat primary race. Yet, somehow she still won the Democrat presidential nomination. Quite a remarkable feat considering the lack of engagement. Then again, she appears to have multiple advocates in the media running cover.

Additionally interesting is that Secretary Clinton appears to be following the same strategy, and even, well, ‘stunningly‘, expanding the intentional lack of engagement, for the general election.  Check this out… (more…)

A non-media poll by Mason Dixon of central Florida Voters (I-4 Corridor) finds Donald Trump leading overall: 46% Trump to 42% for Clinton.

More interestingly, and many would say more importantly, Donald Trump is leading Hillary Clinton by 14 points with independent voters:  Trump 44%, Clinton 30%

This tracks with the previous outline we shared discussing voter registration, voter intent, voter engagement, and voter analysis within Florida.  All of the previous factors, without media spin, show Donald Trump positioned to crush Hillary Clinton in Florida.
