As noted in this somewhat slanted partisan article (below) Al Gore is conspicuously absent from the DNC Convention.   The claim is because of President Obama’s wishy-washy positions on “Green Issues”, but the issue is actually deeper still.

Al Gore’s financial status is dependent on global warming vis-a-vis “Cap n Trade”.  Not only is he a one policy special interest advocate, but he has strategically invested all of his financial efforts into creating the ‘next bubble’ Energy Carbon Trading.

His ire with Obama is not because the President is not a radical environmentalist, which Obama certainly is; the bigger issue is the disappointment on Gores anticipated return on investment being delayed because of weakened economics.

Al Gore and his like-minded Wall Street and Global financiers, have invested heavily on a system of financial gain from a ‘cap n trade’ scheme; similar in construct and origination to the housing loan bond market schemes.   They have been betting for a number of years on some type of trade market being created through the use of energy carbon credits. But to afford the benefit of the doubt to a reader who just clicked into the discussion, here is a general punditry example essentially reflective of the echo-chambering, yet irrelevant, media:

Yeah, I know this (video) is after day #1, but blah, blah, blah, the same water-carrying conversation happened last with the swooning just directed at “Bubba The Savior”. Whatever. Really, his BS is not worth my typing effort to deconstruct. Besides, someone else already did it.

I really do believe that people can see through this farce now.

The GAO also confirm that the President does not have the right to change the rules about the work requirement, and they require the White House to submit a request to congress for permission prior to anything being allowed to take effect.  Eh, but what’s a little pesky thing called Truth got to do with a great series of lines…

So “The Bubba” lied again, well, I know no real shock n’ all, but he did lie in his speech…. again.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz just stepped into the entire fiasco and made it one hundred times worse !

Yesterday the DNC Chairperson,  Debbie Wasserman Schultz, stated to CNN the reason Jerusalem was no longer recognized as the capital of Israel in the DNC Party Platform was because the platform….

“was simply following what the Obama administration policy is”…

Today, in a bizarre floor vote the platform was rapidly changed by the DNC to return the language of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel back into the platform. When asked why the turnaround Debbie Wasserman Schultz claims:

…”the change was to reflect the Presidents policy on Israel”.

Even the liberal CNN panel was shaking their head recognizing that Debbie Wasserman Schultz was tying herself into pretzel like contortions to deny the obvious. Debbie Wasserman Schultz also proclaims the floor vote was not reflective of discord. (more…)

Update 10:00pm –DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz and DNC mouthpiece Patrick Gasparad cancel all media appearances while they engage in damage control and coordinate a recovery message.  Reports DNC backroom leaders spinning wildly out of control and off message. 

Update 8:00pm – In typical Democrat manner, the decision to change the platform back was “baked into the cake”.  Regardless of the delegates  votes, the party leadership had decided the risk of exposing their TRUE beliefs was too great.   Here is the proof:  The picture was taken at 6:14 and 09 seconds at the exact moment after the Yea – Nay votes were requested, showing what Villaraigosa was to say next.   There was simply NO OPTION for mayor Villaraigosa to tell the truth or let the delegates actual voice be recorded.  “The cake was baked”.

Clinton’s obviously been chosen to put a fresh face on the 90’s good vibes, then peer straight into the camera and coo….”Hey baby, stick with Obama and things can be just the way they used to be.”  Yeah, old Bill must have been psychic when a while back he told Ted Kennedy, “A few years ago, this guy would have been carrying our bags.”  Because, that’s exactly what Obama will be doing tonight.

The back story:   The Washington Examiner ran an article describing an attack by Democrats against Republicans where Debbie Wasserman Schultz said:

…..“We know, and I’ve heard no less than Ambassador Michael Oren say this, that what the Republicans are doing is dangerous for Israel.”….

Which drew an immediate reaction from The Israeli Ambassador Oren who was furious that she would make such an attribution to him.    Ambassador Oren vehemently denied making any such comment and flatly said the statement by Ms Wasserman-Schultz was a complete fabrication.

Consequently, Debbie Wasserman Schultz was questioned about this during a Fox TV interview with Shepard Smith.   She claimed, well, just watch the specific denial below in this video:

(Breitbart)…Rick Klein, Senior Washington Editor of ABC News, just tweeted out this photo of the stage the Democrat convention will be held on.  As you can see (below), Klein’s photo reveals the screens that will serve as the television backdrop behind whomever’s speaking — and it looks to me as though the Democrats intend to show an artificial sea of faces in order to make the convention hall look a whole lot fuller than it might be.
