(CBS) NBA Commissioner Adam Silver announced Tuesday Clippers owner Donald Sterling will be suspended for life and fined $2.5 million in response to the racist remarks he allegedly made in a recorded audio clip.
Commissioner Silver was specifically clear to indicate Mr. Sterling was being punished for his personal views, not for his prior actions or behaviors – his views.

 “Whether or not these remarks were initially shared in private, they are now public, and they represent his views.”

Silver spoke to the press at 11 a.m. news conference from New York, stating he will “do everything in my power” to force the sale of the Clippers.

There’s always a particular ONE WAY conversational aspect that rises up whenever the issue of racism reaches the mainstream news media; and it screams hypocrisy.   Enter the latest foray – racist owner of the LA Clippers, Donald Sterling.
About two months ago Spike Lee said “white people need to leave Harlem” as he went on a diatribe decrying how “white folk” have moved in to his old neighborhood.   According to Lee “with white gentrification comes disruption“, but apparently that’s ok – it must not be racism because he’s able now to protest a white Donald Sterling for expressing a similar racial sentiment:

BLS STUDY 2014 – 20% of U.S. Families Have No Family Member Employed –  25% Of Black Families Have No-One Working at all –  and less than 8% of Black Families have a FT Worker within the family unit.

TMZ Posts a video interview with Al Sharpton taken at La Guardia airport, along with this article.   However, what I want to bring to your attention is the TMZ use of quotes that do not exist.

According to the article (screen grab above) this is what TMZ quote Al Sharpton as having said:

“No one should be allowed to own a team if they have in fact engaged in this kind of racial language.”

“We are prepared at National Action Network to rally in front of the NBA headquarters if this matter is not immediately dealt with.”

However, I no longer take quotes or even transcribes as accurate – because I’ve noted a trend of manipulation, especially with the Bundy story.     So I watched the interview, and have transcribed every word from Sharpton.     TMZ’s Al Sharpton interview is transcribed below so  you can look for those exact quotations, and you’ll note they do not exist.    (more…)

The entire discussion is about 1 hr  and 15 minutes long.  He opens up the discussion of his book about the Trayvon Martin shooting by laying down the foundation for the Progressive/Communist Agitprop history of politicizing non-political criminal cases for the advancement of the Socialist agenda, starting with the Sacco/Vanzetti case in the 1920’s.  It is a worthwhile listen for those who don’t have a full appreciation that the techniques used by the Progressives in the Trayvon Martin drama were from an old, old playbook.

For some reason this continuing saga of socialist oppression seems to have escaped the mainstream media…. Sean Penn unavailable for comment (?)

The Supreme Court (TSJ) made this decision yesterday, declaring that the right to protest “is not an absolute right.”

Police forces will now be legally allowed to disperse people who shut down a street to voice their complaints. Also, the attorney General will be allowed to prosecute unauthorized protestors for disobedience.
The TSJ considered it is imperative to “guarantee the right to free movement,” which would justify dispersing any unauthorized congregation. According to the ruling, written by Judge Arcadio Delgado, local police forces have “an obligation to cooperate with the rest of the security forces in maintaining public order during the illegal exercise of the right to protest.” (more…)

Lies, regardless of origin, are horrible.    However, when they are done to purposefully manipulate and create a narrative, lies can become worse.

Donald Sterling is a Democrat Fundraiser , and a democrat supporter/donor.  He’s a slimy bastard and has been for a long time, but the current accusation is constructed for financial benefit.
Sterling is the owner of the L.A Clippers his “former” girlfriend is V Stiviano a woman of dubious character.    She is, by race, Mexican and Black.   She is also being sued by Sterling Inc. for “embezzlement” of almost $2,000,000 ($1.8 million) from him.  Embezzlement is what they call it in Hollywood when you charge a Ferrari, two Bentley’s, and a $1.8 mil condo to drop your panties.

Donald Sterling Inc. also includes Mrs. Donald Sterling – D’oh….   Who is suing the “girlfriend” for return of family assets.   So, after Stiviano gets handed papers for the lawsuit she hires an attorney and tells Sterling she would “get him back“.
She’s set him up.
The “set up” is constructed around an oft argued personal issue they have/had historically between themselves.
Stiviano had often complained to Sterling that her friends didn’t like him -and consequently leery of her- because they thought her boyfriend, Sterling, was a prejudiced bigot, which he probably is – but that’s not the substance of the latest construct.
Against the backdrop of the prior conversations about her friends, and their racist opinion of her boyfriend within her social circle, she recorded a phone call. (more…)
