You might remember way back in March 2014 when a Philadelphia DA made the decision not to pursue charges against Philadelphia politicians who were caught in a bribery sting. The reason the DA didn’t want to press charges was specifically because during the sting only the black politicians would take the bribes.
The bribes were offered to all politicians but only the black politicians took them, therefore the PA State Attorney General, Kathleen Kane, another Democrat, shut down the sting. The DA dropped the Grand Jury stating the sting itself was racist. The media embarrassed the prosecutors office, the DA was replaced, and the Grand Jury assigned.

PHILADELPHIA – Philadelphia prosecutors announced criminal charges Tuesday against two more elected officials swept up in the undercover sting investigation that state Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane had argued could not be successfully prosecuted.
District Attorney Seth Williams announced conspiracy, bribery and conflict of interest charges against state Reps. Vanessa Lowery Brown and Ronald G. Waters, both Philadelphia Democrats, for accepting cash from an undercover operative. (more…)
This has to be one of the most obvious examples of race-baiting propaganda from the Obama team. According to their logic an unknown woman asked Michelle to help her get an item off a shelf, ergo the shopping woman is racist. The exact opposite claim could be made from the same situation. The shopper didn’t see Michelle Obama through the skin color prism, but as an ordinary human who naturally would assist another.
And as to the claims of President Obama being mistaken for a waiter; it was not too long ago when Valerie Jarrett asked a white four star general to fetch her a drink while making an identical mistake. Does that make Valerie Jarret a racist?
2011 […] Jarrett, apparently only seeing [General] Chiarelli’s striped uniform pants, thought that he was a waiter. She asked him to get her a glass of wine. She was said to be mortified as soon as she realized her mistake, and who wouldn’t be? But the instructive part of this tale is what Chiarelli did next.
Rather than take offense, or try to make Jarrett feel small for her blunder, the general, in good humor, went and poured her a glass of wine. It was evident that he wanted to defuse the awkward moment, and to let Jarrett know that she should not feel embarrassed. (link)
These people are over the top with their own racism. (more…)

WASHINGTON DC – President Obama has issued a form of executive action known as the presidential memorandum more often than any other president in history — using it to take unilateral action even as he has signed fewer executive orders.
When these two forms of directives are taken together, Obama is on track to take more high-level executive actions than any president since Harry Truman battled the “Do Nothing Congress” almost seven decades ago, according to a USA TODAY review of presidential documents.
Obama has issued executive orders to give federal employees the day after Christmas off, to impose economic sanctions and to determine how national secrets are classified. He’s used presidential memoranda to make policy on gun control, immigration and labor regulations. Tuesday, he used a memorandum to declare Bristol Bay, Alaska, off-limits to oil and gas exploration. You can only imagine what type of lessons are taught in Professor Linsker’s English class..
NEW YORK – A Brooklyn man has been charged in connection with the assault of two police officers during a protest Saturday night on the Brooklyn Bridge, police said.

The charges against Eric Linsker, 29, of Crown Heights, who was arrested shortly before 4 a.m. Sunday, include assault in the second degree, rioting in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of marijuana, reports CBS New York. (more…)
Glenn Reynolds – Americans have been living through an enormously sensationalized college rape hoax, but as the evidence accumulates it’s becoming clear that the entire thing was just a bunch of media hype and political opportunism.
No, I’m not talking about the Rolling Stone‘s lurid and now-exploded fraternity gang-rape story. Whatever the truth behind that story, it’s now clear that basically nothing that Rolling Stone reporter Sabrina Rubin Erdely told us happened, actually happened. But the hoax is much bigger than one overwrought and perhaps entirely fictional tale of campus goings-on.
For months we’ve been told that there’s a burgeoning “epidemic” of rape on college campuses, that the system for dealing with campus rape is “broken” and that we need new federal legislation (of course!) to deal with this disaster. Before the Rolling Stone story imploded, Sens. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., and Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., were citing the Virginia gang rape as evidence of the problem, but now that the story has been exposed as bogus, they’re telling us that, regardless of that isolated incident, there’s still a huge campus rape problem that needs to be addressed as soon as possible. The Rolling Stone freefall continues
Via Daily Caller – When Ryan, a University of Virginia student — described in the widely-discredited Rolling Stone article on campus rape as “Randall” — told Jackie he was not interested in pursuing a romantic relationship with her in September 2012, he says “it did not go over very well.”
“There was a lot of crying involved,” Ryan told The Daily Caller in an interview on Friday of the conversation with Jackie after she expressed interest in dating him during the fall semester of their freshman year.
Ryan has become a central figure in Jackie’s claim — published in Rolling Stone last month — that she was brutally gang-rape by seven members of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity on Sept. 28, 2012. (more…)
2014 Modern Media Disclaimer: The story you are about to read is true; all events happened as described in mainstream media; however, the races have been removed to protect the narrative….
Portland, Ore. — A suspect in a shooting that wounded three students outside an alternative high school was arrested early Saturday in what appears to be a gang-related attack, Portland police said.

Witnesses told authorities there may have been a dispute Friday outside Rosemary Anderson High School just before the shooting occurred at a street corner. The victims are students or in affiliated job training programs.
The assailant and two other people fled, and the injured trio went to the school for help, police said. A 16-year-old girl was critically wounded, and a 17-year-old boy and 20-year-old man were hospitalized in fair condition. Another girl was grazed by a bullet. (more…)
(Via Daily Mail) A manhunt has been launched to find two young men who were filmed slapping and taunting an elderly man on a subway train in Chicago.
The men, both African American in their late teens or early 20s, towered over their victim as they laughed and jumped around him, hitting his head, on a CTA Blue Line train. At one point the slaps become so hard they are audible on the clip, which was filmed by their friend and posted on Facebook.
Though the man tries to kick back and gingerly lifts an arm to swipe at them, they cackle with laughter and jump out the way. (more…)
Typical New York Democrat and hypocritical liberal elitism on display. Mayor Bill de Blasio puts a fence around his mayoral home.
NEW YORK – Mayor Bill de Blasio, a self-declared progressive “man of the people,” has erected a massive new “privacy fence” to keep his constituents from looking in on Gracie Mansion.

The new fence — constructed just inside an existing red brick wall and a wrought-iron fence ringing the historic property — was actually dubbed a “privacy fence” by de Blasio and first lady Chirlane McCray, sources told The Post.
“So much for being mayor of the people. That brick fence was good enough for Rudy Giuliani and his family, and for Ed Koch and all the mayors before him,” a law enforcement source said.
Sources said the increasingly thin-skinned mayor demanded the extension because he was sick of nosy people in Carl Schurz Park peeping in while he hung out in the yard. (read more)
The last federal budget was signed into law September 2007 by President Bush. Since then the past 7 fiscal years have been funded under continuing resolution bills.
In a sane world the Republicans would have only funded Fiscal Year 2015 through April, and taken the position of waiting to see President Obama’s budget proposal for FY 2016 which is due in February. (President Obama has never met a statutorily required budget submission deadline). Alas, another year funded by CR.
Via Politico – In a big win for House Republicans and President Barack Obama, the House passed a $1 trillion-plus funding bill Thursday night that will keep the government open into next year.
The final vote, which came after a high drama day of behind the scenes arm twisting and vote counting, was 219 to 206.
The Senate passed a two-day funding bill following the House vote, avoiding a government shutdown starting at midnight Thursday. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), however, warned that the “cromnibus,” as the massive spending package has come to be called on Capitol Hill, may not pass the Senate until Monday. (more…)
