The GOP Consulting Class Is Becoming Seriously Unhinged….

Beyond the previous examples of DC’s chattering class punditry: George Will, Charles Krauthammer, Stephen Hayes, Dana Perino, Charles Lane, Bill Kristol et al, and their on-air splodey head moments -which are continuing with the speed of an interstate covered in bubble wrap- we now have the paid GOP consultant class joining them.

GOP political consultant Rick Wilson has been in a highly visible war of words with Breitbart.com over the website’s editorial support for GOP candidate Donald Trump.
Wilson said on CNN that approximately 25% of Republicans were “low information voters”, a disparaging statement in line with the recent proclamations of FOX’s George Will.   Breitbart.Com along with a few other conservative sites, wrote a response suggesting that antagonizing such voters is not how the GOP would win elections. It's The Mosquito You Don't Hear That Bites You…

donald trump smirkThey’ve thrown all the traditional ‘dismissal’ plays at him, with no effect.
Perhaps specifically because he holds the ‘nothing-to-lose‘ card much more firmly than those they have opposed in the past.
Or perhaps because the electorate is aware of the Alinsky tactics more than ever. Regardless of reason -as Bill Maher says- he’s like Godzilla:

“Everything they throw at him only makes him stronger”.

You can be assured as you read this there are decades of anger, vitriol and opposition being set aside by Democrat and Republican leadership to come together and find a way to destroy Donald Trump’s advancement upon their power structure.
Opposition researchers digging and diving for anything they can bring to the penthouse suites for collaborative meetings between formerly divergent adversaries.  The players all know the risk, Donald Trump must be stopped at all costs. (more…)

"Tripwire Alert" – Jeb Bush Super-PAC Announces $10 Million TV AD Blitz…

The GOPe plan is struggling.  Their candidate is in single digits; but not to worry – they’ve got plans, they’ve always had plans.  FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION.

jeb bushThe Super-PAC that Jeb Bush constructed, well, Jeb and Tom Donohue, and Mitch McConnell and the Wall Street power brokers who planned the entire gig, prior to the announcement of his candidacy, have a plan.
The problem is they’re having to pull the trigger earlier than expected:

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — The heavily funded super PAC backing Republican Jeb Bush will spend at least $10 million on television time in the earliest voting presidential primary states, the first salvo in a massive TV ad campaign to support the former Florida governor’s bid for the Republican nomination.
Officials with Right to Rise USA say they will buy time in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina TV markets and on cable television in the three states. Ads are scheduled to begin in Iowa and New Hampshire on Sept. 15, in South Carolina a week later and then run continuously through the end of the year. (link)

George Will Gives Middle Finger To Angry American Conservatives: "Get Over It" !!….

wine-snob-manExactly a week ago Fox Analyst, George Will, called Donald Trump supporters “vulgar, unwashed masses“.  He further explained his opinion of them as “incapable of cognitive thought or rational argument”.
Moments later George Will gave rules for the voter who may identify as a Donald Trump supporter, saying such an insignificant slope-head should only be allowed in the Republican party if they enter on “his terms, not theirs“.
Later in the week the same man -whose wife coincidentally works for Scott Walker- again stood up on his superiority soapbox and proclaimed:

“Donald Trump is a counterfeit Republican and “an affront to anyone devoted to the project William F. Buckley began”” (link)

Important to remember, George Will said the same thing about Ronald Reagan.  However, apparently Chris Wallace’s email was bombarded by hordes of the unwashed vulgarians as he noted today during his show.  He gave Mr. Will an opportunity to apologize (cue video to 07:38)

Trump Gives a Glimpse of the Golden Arrow Targeted Toward McConnell/Donohue's Achilles Heel – Intensely Strategic…

First, an admission: I have seriously underestimated Donald Trump.
After spending more than three years tracking the construct of the GOPe strategy to elect Jeb Bush, and having lost the most single important battle in May 2014 to stop it, I was deflated and disenfranchised.
Few were willing to accept the road-map and sheer level of Machiavellian strategy deployed by the professional political class.  Every single prediction (tripwire) which stems from understanding the construct was triggered in the exact sequence.  We resigned ourselves to the outlook that Tom Donohue, Mitch McConnell and their team were going to pull it off.
Then the wild-card entered the race.   Yesterday, before the speech in New Hampshire last night, Donald Trump gave a press conference.  The part that matters comes after the 15:00 minute mark.  Please watch before continuing:

The 2016 Primary and Various Degrees of Influence…

Many people who have not followed the construct of the RNC/GOP plan as it originated (November/December 2013 – through the construction in May/June 2014 and end result in April ’15) are fundamentally misunderstanding the origin of the GOPe Roadmap to elect Jeb Bush.

Candidate Jeb Bush attends Chamber of Commerce dinner with Fox's Rupert Murdoch and Valerie Jarrett (December 2014)
Candidate Jeb Bush attends Chamber of Commerce dinner with Fox’s Rupert Murdoch and Valerie Jarrett (December 2014)

More specifically, because the entire plan leads to a fundamental paradigm shift in the way the average person understands political constructs, many people just can’t accept how manipulated the entire system is.  Even some of those who now understand are still making mistakes about who the road map was designed to face as an opponent.
The original plan, as established in ’14, and delivered in ’15, evolved around Jeb Bush as the selected RNC/GOP candidate, and the ANTICIPATED opponents being Scott Walker, Ted Cruz and Rand Paul.

TRIPWIRE #3 – In 2014, the RNC approved selection rules that govern how each state’s delegates are portioned out from the primaries. Under one of the changes, states holding their primaries between March 1 and March 14 will have their delegates doled out proportionately with election results, a change that will likely stymie a movement candidate.

States that have primaries on or after March 15 will be winner-take-all states.

Why Donald Trump Should Never Pledge Not To Run An Independent Campaign – A Specific Example….

Much controversy erupted post-debate following Donald Trump’s refusal to pledge he would not mount a third party campaign for the presidency.  I hope he never does, here’s why.
trump brilliant 2
Trump didn’t explain during the 30 to 60 seconds he was afforded for explanation; then again, who could?  The answer “why” is far more serious than a half-minute soundbite would allow.  However, using one specific example allow me to point out the obvious.
We’ve taken a lot of criticism for pointing out the lack of difference between Republicans and Democrats, so take the time to just consider this simple real life question. (more…)

RNC Chairman Reince Priebus Feels Everyone Being Fair To Donald Trump – The GOPe Architecture Continues…

The GOP road map for Jeb Bush 2016 could never succeed without the full participation of the Republican National Committee. The RNC has two roles – Priebus needs to be one part willing, and one part willfully blind.
After all, the entire strategy revolves ultimately around a significant number of delegates that are to be collected by the “splitter team”, that’s the willfully blind part.  However, once gathered, the delegate distribution needs the RNC apparatus to support the delivery to Jeb Bush formerly at the convention.
Note: The RNC supports Salem Communications, aka Hugh Hewitt.  However, Salem also controls/owns: Twitchy, Michelle Malkin, Eric Erickson, Hot Air, Human Events, Red State and Townhall websites, along with all the aforementioned editors/handlers. Follow the networked ideology – understand the linkage.
Reince-PriebusJeb-Bush
(Via Breitbart) Republican National Committee (RNC) chairman Reince Priebus, according to an RNC spokeswoman, will stand behind Salem Communications’ Hugh Hewitt — at least for now — as a co-moderator of the next GOP debate despite Hewitt’s public criticisms of frontrunner Donald Trump’s candidacy.
On Meet The Press this Sunday, Hewitt opined that he believes Trump does not have the “temperament” to be president of the United States. He doubled down on that on Morning Joe on MSNBC on Monday morning. (more…)

EUREKA – Finally Found The Donohue TPP Trade Leverage Over The White House…

In the grand scheme of all things current this might seem a little insignificant.  But for those who are intent on knowing the “why” behind the activity from DC it is a Biden-esque deal.
For months I have been trying to identify “the play”, “the juice”, that Tom Donohue held over President Obama and the White House regarding the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal.
tom donohue 4
What play could Tom Donohue possibly hold that was so significant it would force Obama to defy his left-wing base and support a trade deal that only benefits Donohue and the Wall Street interests he represents.
The Mitch McConnell support was a no-brainer, the GOPe machine is in the back pocket of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and Tom Donohue, and has been for a long time.
The TPP trade deal was, and is, antithetical to U.S. main street business interests – but I couldn’t figure out why President Obama was willing to buck Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, and the like-minded anti-Wall Street ideologues. (more…)
