Society, for those beyond their 3rd decade, is visibly shifting. For the others it’s less identifiable.
The water is warm, very warm, and the sensible frogs know what lies ahead. The sensible frogs can detect the subtle variance in the slow increase of water temperature.
This shift is a natural, and historically proven outcome, from progressive advancement. It has existed for as long as man has associated for common aggregation – it continues today.
Nothing about this is new or uncharted territory.
This place, where we are today, has been visited by societies long before the U.S. Republic was formed.
Such is the manner and purpose for our sharing the constructs of safety. The news articles you sense, and see us highlight, have little to do with the victim or the suspect; nor their intents and purposes.
No, these news articles are shared to advise the acceptance, and stimulate the understanding, that no person should be naïve as to consider themselves beyond the capacity of their family to be the next 3rd page mention. (more…)
Update: At the time we shared this we were just guessing at the race of the victim. No guesswork needed any longer – Y’all were right:

I have never heard of anyone charged with “ethnic intimidation” before. Does anyone have any familiarity with such a law?

Investigators said the incident happened around 2 p.m. near the intersection of Concord and Itin streets.
According to police, the girls threw a bottle at the woman’s car, and when she stopped to confront the girls, they attacked her. (more…)
GUILTY
In Houston Texas a middle-aged black woman named Mona Nelson kidnapped a 12-year-old white boy, Jonathan Foster, from his home on Christmas Eve 2010. She tied him up with string, tortured him, then burned him with a welding torch and dumped his body in a ditch. Reverse the races and this would be the lead story every night in the media – the same reason it’s being ignored. She was found GUILTY today.
HOUSTON, TX – […] After the verdict was read, the judge sentened Nelson to life in prison. Prosecutors had not sought the death penalty.

Nelson was accused of kidnapping Foster on Christmas Eve 2010. His burned body was later found wrapped in carpet, discarded in a ditch.
Nelson had told police she dumped the contents of a garbage can there, but claimed not to know that they included the boy’s remains.
The entire trial lasted a little more than two weeks. It culminated in dramatic closing arguments on Monday. And by Tuesday morning, the judge reached her verdict. (more…)

Mona Nelson chose to avoid a jury and instead opted for a bench trial – Court reconvenes tomorrow at 10:00am and a verdict may possibly be announced then. Here is the latest update: HOUSTON (KTRK) — Testimony in the murder trial of Mona Nelson is over. Now we wait for a verdict — not from a jury but from a judge — and if that judge decides Nelson is guilty of killing 12-year-old Jonathan Foster, her punishment sentencing will be swift.

There are very few options when it comes to punishment in this case. This is a non-death penalty capital murder case, so if the judge finds her guilty, Nelson will spend the rest of her natural life behind bars without a chance for parole. (more…)
He was acquitted now he wants more: #GeorgeZimmerman to ask state to pay $200k-$300k of his legal expenses. #Trayvon. http://t.co/mPrqxbF3IJ

She just can’t seem to stop herself…. even now. “He wants more”? Really Rene? Really?
ORLANDO – George Zimmerman, the Neighborhood Watch volunteer who killed Trayvon Martin, plans to ask the state of Florida to cover $200,000 to $300,000 of his legal expenses, his attorney told the Orlando Sentinel Monday evening.
Because Zimmerman was acquitted, state law requires Florida to pay all his legal costs, minus the biggest one: the fee that goes to his lawyers.
That includes the cost of expert witnesses, travel, depositions, photocopies, even that animated 3-D video that defense attorneys showed jurors during closing argument that depicts Trayvon punching Zimmerman.
Defense attorney Mark O’Mara said Monday that he would soon prepare a motion, asking Circuit Judge Debra S. Nelson to authorize the payments.
That motion, he said “is in the works.” (more…)
…. and people ask me: why not try to engage the guys on “our team”?….
As you will see, I have actually tried not to write this. However, it must be done.
Most of you are now aware for some reason a journalist named Lee Stranahan, representing the Andrew Breitbart media community, took occasion yesterday to attack The Conservative Tree House in general, and myself particularly.

Stranahan used his Twitter feed yesterday to announce his intentions, starting around 9:30 am on Sunday August 25th.
The actual construct of the slander began early in the morning….
@JDreamer731 I have a very specific example but I'm not talking explicitly about it. Yet.

…..then increased throughout the day, and culminated in his airing a radio broadcast with Ryan Julison, the Trayvon Martin family Public Relations Spokesperson and Media consultant, joining Stranahan for the show.
What transpired, and the truth behind the backstory -which drove the attack- is quite alarming. It also reflects just how vulnerable the media and journalists are to selling Media Consultant storylines and becoming willful accomplices to fraud.
Their promotion of the fraud makes them willful accomplices. (more…)
… She lived in up-state New York […] Gumbinger was found dead in her home at 22 Underhill Ave. early Wednesday morning.
Freer said police are still at Gumbinger’s home Underhill Avenue today [Saturday] and expect to finish processing the crime scene this afternoon or evening.

“We’re still processing evidence,” he said. “We anticipate completing the scene processing sometime today.”
Police charged Javon Tyrek Rogers, 20, of the City of Poughkeepsie, with first-degree murder and first-degree burglary around 11 p.m. in connection with the homicide of Fannie Gumbinger, 99, city police Detective Lt. Edward Freer said in a written release late Friday night. (more…)
“Killing” Pizza delivery people is not a random occurrence. It’s been a little over a year since Elizabeth Hutchinson was stabbed 50 times delivering pizza; and then the poor young guy named Daniil Maksimenko was killed around the same time. Then, a few months ago, there was the Papa John’s Pizza guy, Robert Horton, who was shot and killed almost the same way as the first two.
The killers of Elizabeth Hutchinson, Daniil Maksimenko, and Robert Horton were all thugs of a similar constitution.
WEST MELBOURNE Florida — Investigators say a Brevard County pizza delivery man took action into his own hands — shooting and killing a would-be robber.
Investigators said Byron Park, a Domino’s employee, had just delivered a pizza to one of the rooms at the Days Inn off US-192 near Interstate 95. Park, 54, went back to his car, sat down and starting counting his money and tip, waiting for his next call for a delivery.
That’s when investigators said 32-year-old Fredrick Kelly Jr. (pictured) approached him with a knife, demanding money and threatening to kill him. Park pulled out his firearm and fired once toward Kelly, who was struck and pronounced dead at the scene.
“Preliminary evidence in the case demonstrates that the intended victim of the robbery acted in self-defense while being robbed by a violent criminal who was armed with a knife,” said Sheriff Wayne Ivey. “The suspect in this investigation was released from prison in 2009, after serving a reduced sentence for similar violent crimes.” (more…)
Many people are noticing the uptick in young black males attacking, and in some recent cases, killing, white people. One of the connections that joins them all appears just below the surface. Each of these events are connected, and each of these connections are being totally ignored by the media.
Let’s just look at who was murdered in the last week:

89-year-old Delbert Belton Murdered (left)
27-year-old Nurse, David Santucci (right)
23-year-old Student, Chris Lane (center)
All of the people involved in the murders, and most of their accomplices, have a self-identified position of advocacy for Trayvon Martin via their own social media accounts. Yet the legacy media, the national press, appear to completely disconnect themselves from this IN_YOUR_FACE similarity.
However, the sheer open advocacy of this Justice For Trayvon™ motive is enough to make you look deeper to see if there really is a Trayvon Martin related violent pattern here.
If you do a little research, and I do mean ‘just a little’, into news articles – what you find is STAGGERING. (more…)
