Washington Free Beacon reports on a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed by Hillary Clinton accepting legal responsibility for protecting sensitive and classified information.

WASHINGTON DC –  As the nation’s chief diplomat, Hillary Clinton was responsible for ascertaining whether information in her possession was classified and acknowledged that “negligent handling” of that information could jeopardize national security, according to a copy of an agreement she signed upon taking the job.

A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for “any unauthorized disclosure” of classified information.

Experts have guessed that Clinton signed such an agreement, but a copy of her specific contract, obtained by the Competitive Enterprise Institute through an open records request and shared with the Washington Free Beacon, reveals for the first time the exact language of the NDA. (more…)

We have discussed the potential for SAAMS (Surface to Air Missiles) MANPADS (Man Portable Air Defense Systems) being used against passenger planes, specifically in the North Africa region, amid these pages for over 4 years.

Did it just happen?  …. and would they even tell us if it did?

ISIS is claiming responsibility for the loss of a Russian passenger aircraft killing 224 passengers and crew:

The Russian jet which crashed in Sinai killing all 224 people on board did not lodge an SOS call before it hit the ground, it has emerged.

[…]  The Islamic State group affiliate in Egypt has claimed it downed the aircraft, but has not said how it might have done so. Cairo and Moscow, however, have denied any possible terrorism link in the incident, one of the deadliest Airbus crashes in the past decade.  (link)

Here’s the case for how this can connect to the Libyan Uprising and Clinton’s Rebels.

In 2011 thousands of SAAM’s (Surface to Air Assault Missiles), and MANPADS went missing during the Libyan Islamist uprising.  Some went West and South, further into Africa as noted by Chad’s President Deby (asking for help), and some went East into Egypt, Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan.

Nail Meet Hammer – Further RNC/GOPe Road Map Evidence – During CNBC debate the RNC complaining Jeb Bush not getting enough debate air time.  This is not Jeb’s campaign complaining, it’s THE RNC:

Almost everyone, except the political Mossad, have entirely missed the obvious set-up within the Colorado RNC/GOPe debate.  They had a plan, they had a very good plan, this was their home-turf, this was their home audience – this was personal.

The GM, Reince, had gone along with the family and developed a political strategy; a very political strategy.  The umpires:  John Harwood, Carl Quintanilla, were pre-selected, vetted, nudged, and the necessary game-saving political ball was resting easily upon the tee….  But Jeb whiffed !

Yes, RNC Chairman Reince Prebius was angry last night post-debate, but he wasn’t necessarily frustrated by the venue, his frustration was the collapse of the best laid plan.  Jeb whiffed. (more…)

A fight and shootout erupts just off camera between a group of motorcycle clubs called the Bandidos and the Cossacks.

The reaction tells the story of the chaos and horrific scene that unfolds as the gunshots start exploding.

The latest PPP Poll from North Carolina shows Donald Trump extending his lead in the state.  Ben Carson comes in second with 23% and Carly Fiorina has collapsed from last month landing at 6%, with less than half her previous favorability and double the unfavorability.  Candidate Jeb Bush also takes a severe step backwards.

We would be remiss, however, if we did not note something rather bizarre happening today.  We knew the poll was going to be available because of an earlier press release on October 24th from PPP Polling announcing they were conducting it.  However, all day, if you tried to find the poll itself, the ppp website was unavailable until 4:20pm.   (PPP tweeted results at 10:00am, and the PPP website operates on the “Cloud”)

Accepting the reality that very large and powerful interests are pulling out all the stops to try and diminish the insurgent frontrunner, Donald Trump, and given our prior research which shows their manipulative media intent therein, it would appear that all efforts are being exhausted to block the general public from seeing positive Trump polling data. UPDATE:  Having watched the full PBS outline (Available Here) any conservative pundit, media outlet, blogger or activist who doesn’t immediately begin pulling back the curtain on this construct doesn’t deserve to be considered as legitimate.

The PBS story absolutely appears to be the initial thread to discover that Speaker John Boehner’s decision to abdicate his position, and the decision by McCarthy to withdraw from consideration, was/is a planned scheme to advance Paul Ryan specifically to attain immigration reform. (more…)

REMINDER !!

Ironically were it not for Frances Robles writing a Miami Herald article on March 26th 2012 an entire chain of events would not have taken place.

It was that Robles article, and the outlining of the Miami-Dade School Police Department’s report on a Trayvon Martin incident from October 2011, that kicked off an internal investigation by M-DSPD Police Chief Hurley against his own officers to find out who leaked the police report.

[Note: The Miami-Dade Public School System has its own Police force, and Chief, who report to the School Board and Superintendent – Not the Police Dept. The Police Chief is appointed by the School Superintendent, in this example, Alberto Carvalho]

It was that M-DSPD internal affairs investigation which revealed in October 2011 Trayvon Martin was searched by School Resource Officer, Darryl Dunn. The search of Trayvon Martin’s backpack turned up at least 12 pcs of ladies jewelry, and a man’s watch, in addition to a flat head screwdriver described as “a burglary tool”.

When Trayvon was questioned about who owned the jewelry and where it came from, he claimed he was just holding it for a “friend”. A “friend” he would not name.

Later, after the police report was outlined in the Robles article, and despite Trayvon being suspended for the second time in a new school year, Martin family attorney, Benjamin Crump, said Trayvon’s dad, Tracy Martin, and Trayvon’s mom, Sybrina Fulton, did not know anything about the jewelry case.

It was only as a consequence of the M-DSPD internal affairs investigation that “why” they may not have known came to light. (more…)
