Nothing will come of it, but it is still interesting to point out that for the first time EVER former CIA Director Leon Panetta will give testimony to congress about Libya.

It is important to note that Panetta and Hillary Clinton worked together on Operation Zero Footprint, the covert weapons running and regime change operation which began in March 2011 as a result of President Obama authorizing via presidential “finding memo“.

After Panetta left the CIA, General Petraeus took over and was ‘technically‘ in charge of the CIA on the night of the Benghazi attack 9/11/12.   However, Petraeus was removed from testifying before congress by the affair with Paula Broadwell which led to his resignation.  Mike Morell took over as interim CIA chief two days before the testimony.  (more…)

FINALLY – Good Legal Advice – Officer Michael Slager did not waive his right to a speedy trial, he invoked it.

However, the Judge denied the request.  Judge Clifton Newman and Lead Prosecutor, Ninth Circuit Solicitor Scarlett Wilson, have just opened themselves up for increased scrutiny.  Smartly, Officer Michael Slager, through his attorney, requested his constitutional and legal right to a speedy trial be invoked.

According to a local media report Prosecutor Scarlett Wilson filed a 10 page motion to request the defendants’ right to a speedy trial be denied.  As many of you are familiar, when facing malicious and political prosecution the (almost guaranteed) tendency of the State is to delay the trial.  (more…)

The media are focused on the “Bundy Militia” angle to the standoff in Burns Oregon, where Aamon Bundy and brothers have taken over a Malheur Wildlife Refuge Headquarters to draw attention to the plight of the Hammond family (Full Complex Back Story Here).

However, a little research (HatTip NeverTooLate) into the original legal battle reveals a rather startling update.

The initial, and regarded by many as overreaching, federal prosecution resulted in a federal court judge Michael Hogan assigning a 3-month sentence and 1-year sentence for Dwight Lincoln Hammond Jr (73) and his son, Steven Dwight Hammond (46) respectively.

Even federal Judge Hogan stated the prosecution under “terrorism statutes” itself was an overreach and he refused to assign ridiculously high sentences for behavior that almost every rancher has conducted for generations.

Those sentences were fulfilled by the father an son duo in 2013 with Steven Hammond exiting prison in January 2014.   However, it was a decision by the U.S Attorney for the State of Oregon, Amanda Marshall, who called for an appeal to the original sentencing: (more…)

President Obama pressured/threatened all Democrats and UniParty membership Republicans to support his Iranian Nuclear Deal, they did.  Now Iran violates the deal, sanctions should be applied, but the White House says – meh, violations… no biggie.

(Via Washington Free Beacon) A last minute delay last week in the implementation of new Iran sanctions has some prominent congressional backers of the nuclear deal accusing the Obama administration of capitulating to Iranian demands, according to sources both on and off Capitol Hill.

Senior Obama administration officials at the White House’s National Security Council told Congress Wednesday morning that new sanctions were coming as a result of Iran’s repeated ballistic missile tests, which violate current United Nations Security Council Resolutions prohibiting such activity. An arrest has been made in an arson case which took place on Christmas Day at a mosque in Houston Texas. Earlier CAIR had proclaimed the fire was started by an anti-muslim bigot and the aggrieved Islamic Community activists demanded immediate action.

Today ATF and Local Authorities arrested Gary Nathanial Moore, 37, for the arson fire. Mr. Moore is one of the Muslim attendees at the mosque and the fire was a hoax intended to give the appearance of the mosque being targeted.

HOUSTON – The suspect in a “suspicious” fire at a Houston mosque is an adherent who attended services there, officials said Wednesday.

Gary Nathaniel Moore, 37, of Houston, was arrested Wednesday morning for the Christmas Day blaze, a spokeswoman for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives told NBC News. (more…)

(Via New York Post ) The cleric acting as spokesman for the San Bernardino mosque where terrorist Syed Rizwan Farook worshipped claims he barely knew Farook and didn’t know his terrorist wife at all. But phone records and other evidence uncovered by federal investigators cast suspicion on his story.

The FBI has questioned the cleric, Roshan Zamir Abbassi, about his phone communications with Farook — including a flurry of at least 38 messages over a two-week span in June, coinciding with the deadly Muslim terrorist attack on two military sites in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Abbassi, a Pakistani, insists he had nothing to do with the shooting at a San Bernardino County government building five miles from the mosque. While he confirms the text messages with Farook, he claims they were merely discussing food donations for his Dar-al-Uloom al-Islamiya of America mosque. (more…)

There’s something sketchy about the entire series of events as to how San Bernardino terrorist Tashfeen Malik was able to garner a fiancee visa and enter the U.S.   Nothing about this passes the proverbial “sniff test”.

Having read, and heard numerous testimonials,  about how extensive the process is for mainly European immigrants to enter the U.S. under similar circumstances – it just appears this specific application was provided some kind of assistance to move it along so quickly with so many obvious holes in the information as provided.

Now, thanks to a congressional inquiry, we are able see the actual documents themselves; and within the information there’s even more questions, troubling questions.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, Republican-Virginia, who alleged over the past weekend that immigration officials “did not thoroughly vet” Malik’s application, publicly released their file on Tuesday.  It is provided below in pdf format for your review.

There is no doubt the DNC is 100% in the tank for Hillary Clinton; to claim otherwise is to be obtuse beyond the scope of intellectual honesty.  Bernie Sanders has been up against the Clinton machine for the past several months.  Things are now becoming untenable within the campaigns, and no-one does ‘nasty’ like the Clintons, no-one.

WASHINGTON DC – A civil war erupted within the Democratic Party on Friday after news that Bernie Sanders’ campaign took advantage of a technological glitch to access, search and save one of Hillary Clinton’s most valuable campaign assets — her voter files.

Tension rapidly escalated throughout the day as the Democratic National Committee cut off Sanders’ access to his own voter files, effectively crippling his field operation, and the senator retaliated by suing the party and accusing its leaders of plotting to hand the presidential nomination to Clinton. By now everyone is aware the Omnibus Spending and Tax Provision bills, used by Republicans in lieu of an actual Fiscal Year 2016 budget (Thanks Boehner Inc), have passed today.

However, for the sake of clarity -and because in the current legislative climate so many refuse to believe reality- it must be absolutely noted, WITHOUT DOUBT, what took place.

Republicans control the House and Senate – specifically because we supported them into office – however, this spending/tax package was passed with DEMOCRAT SUPPORT.

Stop – Pause – Think.

Republican Majority Speaker of The House Paul Ryan and Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell passed a spending and tax bill supported by more Democrats than Republicans.
