[…] a Senate investigation has now revealed a second company that backed up Clinton’s emails, and it has turned over its data to the FBI investigation into whether she mishandled classified information. Documents also show the first company is now concerned it may have deleted emails following the initial request the State Department made for her work records.

One employee of Platte River Networks, which turned the server over to the FBI in August, wrote to another of concern that “this whole thing is really covering up some shaddy [sic] shit,” according to documents.  (more…)

Her campaign knew that not only was Bernie Sanders going to make this an issue, but that she would certainly never get union endorsements if she supported it.

Unfortunately, the Trans-Pacific Partnership was essentially one of her key economic strategies when Clinton was Secretary of State.  So it’s not going to be too easy to walk back support for something she helped create (video below fold).

WASHINGTON DC –  Vice President Joe Biden is expected to announce whether he will run for president in the next seven to 10 days, according to CBS News.
Two of the three sources CBS News cited said the vice president is leaning toward running.
Several Democratic donors who have met with Biden also told CBS News they came away with the impression that he would run.  The sources say Biden will sit out the first Democratic primary debate Oct. 13 even if he announces his candidacy before then.

After it was announced that Speaker John Boehner was retiring, conservative radio talk show host Mark Levin said don’t elect Kevin McCarthy to the speakership because McCarthy is just like Eric Cantor except 10 IQ points lower.  Last night McCarthy proved Levin was correct.
Kevin McCarthy appears on Sean Hannity show and gives the Democrats defending Hillary Clinton an atomic sledgehammer to wield against Trey Gowdy and the Senate Select Committee on Benghazi.  Listen (video prompted to 4:04):

Essentially what McCarthy is saying, when viewed from the perspective of how the Democrat political punditry will use it, is that the Gowdy committee is only in place to damage candidate Hillary Clinton politically.

It was obvious early this morning that something was up.  There was a tremor amid the Dark Force as Team Clinton came out with an announcement that she would support a change to ObamaCare that would kill the Cadillac tax on union healthcare plans.

Obviously Hillary Clinton is trying to shore up support from various labor unions who are increasingly finding the Democrat positions at odds with middle America.
The decision by Hillary Clinton NOT TO support the Keystone Pipeline was a serious strike against her.  The decision to support the anti-American Trans-Pacific Trade deal was obviously additional blow.  In an effort to recover credibility Hillary Clinton is now stating she opposes the Cadillac Tax on union healthcare benefits.  However, it might be too little, too late. When Chuck Todd questioned Hillary Clinton today about her pandering to the audience based on poll-tested political expediency, she remarked as follows:

An NBC/WSJ Poll was released today.  Within the article NBC is caught “red handed” manipulating the results to favor a preferred narrative.   The polled result is so blatantly opposite of the conclusions presented there can only be one reason, intentional bias.

Here is the way NBC presented the data on the Democrat side:

NBC […]  In the Democratic race, Hillary Clinton is the first choice of 42 percent of primary voters, Sanders is in second at 35 percent and Joe Biden third at 17 percent. No other Democrat gets more than 1 percent. 

When Biden – who is still mulling a campaign – is removed from the field, Clinton’s lead over Sanders grows to 15 points, 53 percent to 38 percent, which suggests that Biden’s entry would hurt Clinton more than Sanders. (link)

There are a few different versions of various Clinton email scandals surfacing today within the Friday news dump. 

Here’s the first:
(Via Reuters) The U.S. Defense Department has found an email chain that Hillary Clinton did not give to the State Department, the State Department said on Friday, despite her saying she had provided all work emails from her time as secretary of state.
The correspondence with General David Petraeus, who was commander of U.S. Central Command at the time, started shortly before she entered office and continued during her first days as the top U.S. diplomat in January and February of 2009.
The Defense Department provided the emails to the State Department in “the last several days,” State Department spokesman John Kirby said in a statement. (more…)

We suspected, heck, anyone could see it was brutally obvious, that CNN was running cover to protect the optics of Bernie Sanders getting a same venue audience last weekend TEN TIMES greater than Hillary Clinton.

Both Clinton and Sanders held events two days apart -last weekend- at the campus of The University of New Hampshire.  Clinton had 300 attendees, Sanders had 3,000.

First thing Monday Morning (6am 9/21/15)  CNN blasts out a poll showing Clinton leading Sanders 42 to 24.
