The Senate has just voted to confirm Representative Mike Pompeo as CIA Director. This represents the third intelligence and security nomination confirmed – General Kelly (DHS) and General Mattis (DoD) receiving earlier confirmations.
WASHINGTON – The Senate has confirmed Rep. Mike Pompeo, a Kansas Republican, to be President Donald Trump’s CIA director. The vote tally is 66-32, with a significant number of Democrats voting no. Two senators are delayed by weather. (link)
Two republican senators Tom Cotton (Yes) and Rand Paul (No) outline the dynamic within the overall DC intelligence outlook from the GOP. Neither are 100% correct; each distinct outlook has both merit and concern.
In the space between the two Senators, we can identify the fundamental position of President Trump toward this nomination. The “deep state” is dangerous, even when it is necessary; however, liberty must not be sacrificed upon the alter of security. (more…)
Politically engaged Americans (writ large) will, most likely, soon discover why it became so intensely important –LAST YEAR– to outline the internal fight between ‘black hat‘ and ‘white hat‘ operatives within the intelligence community as it related to the 2016 U.S. election. One example of the “shadow fight” within the administration is outlined here.
A Fox News Sunday interview with CIA Director John Brennan highlights the scope of professional obfuscation needed when intelligence agents decide to politicize intelligence. The Obama administration is in the process of attempting to re-write their own history. Some key points:
♦ The Segment leading up to a very specific moment at 04:20. Pay close attention. The specific “smirk”, at the specific moment, is what’s called within the intelligence community (behavioral sciences lab), “Duping Delight“. Also known as “a tell”, it’s a subconscious physical cue which indicates knowledge by the interviewee of deception inferred by the interviewers question. Brennan knows full well what Hayden and Mike Morell were up to… ♦ The 06:30 segment about phone intercepts is important because the CIA has all but admitted to tapping, intercepting and monitoring the phone calls between incoming National Security Advisor, Michael Flynn, and Russia. Brennan himself then leaked that information to the Washington Post. Follow his word choices carefully.
Additionally, as you watch this interview it is critical to remind yourself of the background of CIA Director John Brennan’s smirks.
♦ Prior to the administration of President Obama beginning, John Brennan, a career CIA official himself, was directly tied to the hacking of the U.S. State Department and the passport records of then candidate Senator Barack Obama, in March 2008. (more…)
Interestingly, today Bob Woodward separates his journalistic integrity from the corrupt bastardization of CNN and Carl Bernstein. Additionally, President Donald Trump thanks Woodward for his intellectual honesty. BACKGROUND: Four political operatives at CNN (Jake Tapper, Jim Scuitto, Evan Perez and Carl Bernstein), colluded with two highly politicized top level Obama administration intelligence officials, ODNI John Brennan and CIA Director John Brennan, under the auspices of leaks from “anonymous senior intelligence officials” – on the construct of Russian narrative to undermine the incoming presidency of Donald Trump.
After being called onto the carpet, and doused in sunlight for their endeavors, CNN has been rabid in their attempts to obfuscate the construct of the intentional hit job and defend the indefensible.
CNN has spent the better part of every single broadcast for the past six days trying to justify their role in carrying out the synergistic political objectives of the politicized intelligence community and media propaganda. They have failed. (more…)
Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich appeared on CBS Face The Nation to explain the approach of an entrepreneurial executive business approach toward the administration of Trump’s agenda.
Part of the discussion centered around the fractured, and highly politicized, intelligence community. Gingrich eloquently outlines the current approach of using of false intelligence for political benefit to undermine the incoming administration:
There is a particular transparency of motive which becomes clear, and reconciles all inquiry, when an interested observer accepts a particular media framework:
♦ The media outlet CNN provides for their domestic and international audience, the preferred position for all policy and points of advocacy from the Department of State. ♦ The media outlet The Washington Post serves a similar purpose, however their specialized role is as a conduit for the Central Intelligence Agency.
When you accept this track-record truism, the political presentations from each media entity gain an accurate context.
As we observe each outlet, we continually see them reflecting the interests of the larger Deep State.
Anonymous sources become “senior government officials”, which is to say political officials with specific political agendas.
Over the past two months the agenda for Deep State has been to undermine the legitimacy of an incoming president whose goals and objectives are adverse to the Deep State interests. President Donald Trump represents an existential threat to all of the various elements within Deep State. (more…)
While it might be disconcerting for some, and Glenn Greenwald is not a political ally, we hold no reservations about exposing the UniParty’s connections to Deep State constructs whenever it surfaces.
Fox host Tucker Carlson invites The Intercept’s Glen Greenwald to discuss why the intelligence agencies appear to be in conflict with President Elect Donald Trump. Glenn Greenwald breaks down how the recently leaked 35-page-dossier could have only been injected into the media narrative from one of the intel agencies at odds with, and at risk from, President Trump. WATCH:
Mounting evidence supports the ongoing thesis the Department of Defense has actually seceded from the political elites; and with the election of President Donald Trump, they are poised on the horizon to reconstruct a nationalist-minded defense, intelligence and security apparatus.
This is the fundamental paradigm shift many have discussed, yet few imagined possible. (more…)
The confirmation hearings for General James Mattis (Sec of Defense), Dr. Ben Carson (HUD Sec), and Representative Mike Pompeo (CIA Director), are scheduled for today.
The confirmation hearing for retired Marine Gen. James Mattis, President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for secretary of defense, is at 9:30 am ET. PBS NewsHour is providing a live stream of the hearing (embed below): (more…)

Nothing reported as fact by the CNN constructionists actually took place. Against, the back drop of CNN’s destroyed credibility, pundit Anderson Cooper attempts to obfuscate and push back against the collapse during a contentious interview with Kellyanne Conway:
.
Despite Anderson Cooper’s professional pearl-clutching, even the Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper issued a statement refuting the CNN construct: (more…)
Against the backdrop of the current media stories, Director Clapper is simply trying to get out in front of -and avoid- direct questions which will be coming at him tomorrow during a Senate Hearing about the “vast Russian conspiracy”. Clapper’s motive here is transparent. (more…)
Much like the “2015/2016 GOPe Splitter Strategy”, the 2017 Intelligence Community “Shadow War” ends with an epic Donald Trump victory…. here’s the full monty.
After closely watching the planning and forethought after Trump announced his candidacy. We stated in September 2015:
[…] Donald Trump, a serious student of the entire decades long game, is waging a 360° war against the entire DC apparatus, on every single level of its construct. And yes, that also means the monolithic media empire which facilitates all of the aforementioned usurpations.
Donald Trump is campaigning against EVERY ADVERSE INTEREST to the U.S.A. This is the essential underpinning of the “Make America Great Again” campaign. (more…)
