The story about the CIA prepping for a possible cyber attack against Russia is akin to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad building wooden Aircraft Carriers for Iranian military exercises.  In essence this story is, laughable domestic consumption only.
Pushed by NBC-Universal this story is so fundamentally absurd, it’s beyond silly.
If the U.S. were going to launch a cyber operation against Russia:  #1) it would never be announced, and #2) it would not be the CIA carrying it out, it would be the NSA.
So why push the ridiculous story?   The motive is about propping up the failing candidacy of Hillary Clinton. There are trillions of dollars at stake, and sometimes strategic desperation calls for deployment of “The Bathtub Principle”:

You know you are winning when….

Seriously.  There’s not a doubt in my mind that Donald Trump’s factualpolling statistics are blowing Hillary Clinton out of the water.  Compounding the problem for Team Clinton is the abject lack of enthusiasm for her.
If you want another way to spot it, notice every single overreaching, over-the-top, gas lighting effort being exhausted by the media and political action groups in a desperate attempt to tamp down Trump’s supportive numbers.  If Clinton was really winning by these margins the media sells, there would not be half of this effort.
We’ve been showing you the ideology, the actual people, behind the polls for well over a year.
In addition, we’ve shared with you for over a year what the gender specific kitchen sink would look like this month.  Surprise fail.

CTH readers will remember how far we researched the transparent politicization of criminal cases as they related to the DOJ (Eric Holder and Tom Perez) in the Zimmerman trial. Specifically how entities within the DOJ/FBI colluded with State Attorney Angela Corey about extracting then hiding Trayvon Martin’s phone metadata.
That level of coordinated DOJ/FBI corruption only worsened with Darren Wilson (Ferguson) and beyond. The same manipulative tentacles became more evident with the IRS targeting scandal and later the email investigation into Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
In essence, the bottom line is: the politicization and weaponization of government has been going on for more than just a few years. So this report comes as no surprise:

(Via WikiLeaks) […] DOJ folks inform me there is a status hearing in this case this morning, > so we could have a window into the judge’s thinking about this proposed > production schedule as quickly as today.

The issue is not necessarily the content of the information inasmuch as the documented evidence the DOJ was in direct communication with the Clinton campaign about the status of email litigation matters.
The inappropriate contact is the issue, not the content of the inappropriate contact. The appearance of the contact itself screams collusion.

We have more than a few Military CTH alumni who completely and thoroughly understand the term: “never compromise your leadership“.

However, against a backdrop of a newly engaged electoral awakening of the U.S. body politic there’s a larger number who don’t quite understand how that approach works.
When it comes to an insurgency, voting “down ballot” per se’, do whatever your own intellectual reasoning tells you is best.
Shut out voices that may carry ulterior motives and follow your instincts.  You know your community better than anyone else.

A few days ago we were relating an analogy of Boston circa 1774 to the current political insurgency movement supported by candidate Donald Trump.  At the time of that writing we certainly did not expect to see evidence so quickly of support for such a framework.
Yet, here we are.

A stunning moment occurs outside a building in New York City belonging to, and representative of, a single political force that strikes fear into the well constructed political corruption surrounding our modern body politic.
Yes, here they are, assembled – and no one had to call them together.  The authentic Modern Sons and Daughters of Liberty, in all their deplorable, vulgarian and oh-so-American glory just knew what to do.
Quite remarkable.  Completely authentic.
It is almost as if the voices of our liberty founding were calling us back to assemble outside a Boston tavern…

Forgive me, but personally I’m getting a big kick out of many people who are seeing for the first time just how corrupt the GOPe is.

The GOPe/Bush wing of the UniParty is just as nasty and vitriolic as the DEMe/Clinton UniParty wing.  However, for more than a decade each time we pointed this out, people argued such an equivalence was incorrect.
It is not a flawed perspective,  It is entirely accurate; and today we are all seeing it play out in public.
