Sheesh, you just can’t make this stuff up….  A rally to promote non-violence, ends up in fist-a-cuffs between rival factions.

New Jersey – A skirmish broke out between rival activists on the steps of City Hall Wednesday during what had been intended as a demonstration against violence in Newark.

Police were called to the scene after a small crowd began arguing over escalating violence and the city’s attempts to curb it.

The noon press conference was called by a group of activists led by Salaam Ismial, co-chair of the New Jersey Study Commission on Violence, and Abdul Muhammad, a longtime Newark anti-violence activist. In a release announcing the event, the two said they planned to ask Mayor Ras Baraka to “unleash his quality of life plan in addressing ongoing violence facing Newark residents.” (more…)

The Baltimore prosecution team did not turn over an investigative memo to defense attorneys outlining knowledge of a prior back injury claimed by Freddie Gray.  Defense attorneys now want to explore the previously undisclosed information.

BALTIMORE – Attorneys for Officer Caesar R. Goodson Jr. have filed in court an internal police document in which officers wrote that Freddie Gray once complained of a back problem, as part of the defense’s effort to gain access to Gray’s medical records.

The document had been previously sealed, after Judge Barry Williams ruled that prosecutors failed to disclose it to defense attorneys for Officer William G. Porter until his trial was underway last month. Porter’s case ended in a mistrial when jurors failed to reach a verdict. (more…)

NEW YORK NBC – Federal officials in Rochester, New York, have arrested and charged a local man who was allegedly plotting a New Year’s Eve machete attack on diners at a local restaurant in the name of ISIS.

Emanuel Lutchman, 25, an ex-con Muslim convert with mental issues, was charged with attempting to provide material support to the terrorist group, federal prosecutors said.

The FBI says he had pledged allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, wanted to leave to U.S. to live in the caliphate, and was in contact with a reputed ISIS member in Syria — who urged him to kill non-Muslims on the holiday.

“New years [sic] is here soon. Do operations and kill some kuffar,” the overseas contact told him, the court papers allege.

The mayor of Rochester cancelled the city’s New Year’s Eve fireworks celebration Thursday so that more police could be deployed to patrol, but officials said there is no information of a credible threat. (more…)

Ben Carson’s campaign manager Barry Bennett, Deputy Campaign Manager Lisa Coen, and Campaign Communications Director stepped down from their posts with the presidential campaign Thursday morning:

Obviously the black grievance industry is furious at the non-indictment.

(Via ABC ) An Ohio Grand Jury has declined to indict two police officers in the death of Tamir Rice, a 12-year-old boy who was shot dead by a Cleveland police officer last year, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy McGinty said today.

McGinty said he also recommended that no charges be filed. (more…)

When you combine “Louisville Kentucky” with “thousands of unruly youths” through the secret PC decoder ring you get the same outcome as THIS EARLIER EVENT which factually led to the FBI trying to assist the paralyzed community.

I’m going to provide some historical context at the bottom of this currently presented media article outlining recent events:

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – The Mall St. Matthews has been closed for the night after several disturbances. Those incidents may have involved as many as 1,000 to 2,000 teens, according to the St. Matthews Police Department.

There has been no confirmation of shots fired inside the mall, although some were reported, and no injuries or arrests have been reported.

Police first responded to the mall around 7 p.m. Saturday in response to numerous unruly youths. According to the SMPD, there were several fights inside the mall and those altercations may have then spread outside. (more…)

The media, LEO and state attorney “uncomfortable” avoidance on the motive of Ms. Holloway -who intentionally drove into a Las Vegas crowd- continues to make the entire event seem racially motivated. 

What other reason would there be for local law enforcement to say she gave them an immediate statement on scene, but the statement itself made them “uncomfortable” discussing with the media?  Occam’s Razor = BLM Activism turned to rage.

The Baltimore prosecution team led by Marily Mosby have announced their intention to retry the case against William Porter on June 13th, 2016.  Oddly the trial against Caesar Goodson is still scheduled to begin on Jan 6th.

(Via Baltimore Sun) Baltimore Police Officer William G. Porter will be retried in the death of Freddie Gray on June 13, according to court officials.

Porter’s first trial on charges of involuntary manslaughter, second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and misconduct in office ended last week with a hung jury on all four counts, leading Judge Barry G. Williams to declare a mistrial. (more…)

The driver who intentionally drove into a crowd on the Las Vegas strip has been identified as Lakeisha Holloway, age 24.  However, local law enforcement are “uncomfortable” discussing the motive of the attacker.  She has been charged with murder.

Update 12:10am ♦ The driver is in custody and is undergoing various tests, including one for alcohol ♦ Officials don’t yet know whether it was an accident or intentional. ♦ At least one dead, seven in critical condition. ♦ A total of 37 transported/injured patients.

(Via CNN ) A car mowed down more than 30 pedestrians when it went up on the sidewalk and into the entrance of the Paris Las Vegas hotel, authorities said.

At least one person was killed and 37 others injured, Clark County Fire Chief Greg Cassell said. Of the injured, seven are in critical condition.

Authorities don’t yet know whether the incident was an accident or intentional. The woman driving the car was in custody and was undergoing various tests, including one for alcohol, authorities said.  Rows of ambulances and police cars gathered at the scene, their lights flickering. A witness described a chaotic scene as people fled. (more…)
