(Via Breitbart)  […]  The shaky cell phone video shows a group of black teenage boys punching, knocking down, and kicking a white teenage boy, leaving him dazed and confused on the school bus floor.

The victim of the attack had been riding home from Parkway Academy School near Dover when the assault reportedly began. The video shows him sitting alone, facing front, when the attack begins from the rear – and continues from the side and the front of the school bus. “I didn’t do nothing,” he protests.

The student’s uncle found out about the incident and spread the word on Facebook.

“This is a video of my nephew Alec being beaten by a group of teens on his bus ride home from school yesterday,” wrote Jonathan Guessford. “He was able to get off the bus at the next stop, 14 miles from his home. He went to the Magnolia Fire Hall and called the police”.

(CBS) NBA Commissioner Adam Silver announced Tuesday Clippers owner Donald Sterling will be suspended for life and fined $2.5 million in response to the racist remarks he allegedly made in a recorded audio clip.
Commissioner Silver was specifically clear to indicate Mr. Sterling was being punished for his personal views, not for his prior actions or behaviors – his views.

 “Whether or not these remarks were initially shared in private, they are now public, and they represent his views.”

Silver spoke to the press at 11 a.m. news conference from New York, stating he will “do everything in my power” to force the sale of the Clippers.

(Reuters) – The U.S. Justice Department on Monday said it will begin collecting data on stops, searches and arrests made in five U.S. cities to weed out possible racial biases within the criminal justice system.
Later this year, a $4.75 million federal grant will be awarded to recipients who compete for the funds to work with their local law enforcement to analyze arrest data and find ways to reduce any biases they find, particularly toward young minority men.
Black men were six times more likely, and Latino men were 2.5 times more likely, to be imprisoned than white men in 2012, according to Justice Department data. (more…)

The entire discussion is about 1 hr  and 15 minutes long.  He opens up the discussion of his book about the Trayvon Martin shooting by laying down the foundation for the Progressive/Communist Agitprop history of politicizing non-political criminal cases for the advancement of the Socialist agenda, starting with the Sacco/Vanzetti case in the 1920’s.  It is a worthwhile listen for those who don’t have a full appreciation that the techniques used by the Progressives in the Trayvon Martin drama were from an old, old playbook.

(FrontPageMag)  A few years ago, Newsweek’s glossy cover asked “Is Your Baby Racist?” The baby looking back at supermarket shoppers, airline passengers waiting for their flight and patients in the dental office had blue eyes.
The labeling of racists as white has itself become a racial stereotype. And it’s not an accidental stereotype.
Behind the left’s support for affirmative action is the belief that white racism is the only kind of racism that exists. Black racism they insist is really called “reverse racism” and is a myth made up by white people.
It’s not that the left believes that affirmative action isn’t racist. It’s that it believes that there is no such thing as racism against white people.
Like the Knockout Game or white students who qualify on merit but can’t get into college because of racial diversity quotas; it’s an invalid category. A myth.
And if it’s a myth, then there’s nothing wrong with a little racial violence or a few racial preferences. (more…)

This shouldn’t really come as a surprise.    Justice  Sotomayor is ideologically blinded by… and define herself primarily by…  “race”.    She sees the world through the prism of race first and all other aspects second.    In President Obama’s life – “affirmative action” is the only reason a man of average grade and moderate intellect would be considered for Harvard and the HLR.  Obama makes this admission in his letter to the editor.
(WASHINGTON) — In a dissent to Tuesday’s Supreme Court ruling upholding Michigan’s voter-approved ban on affirmative action programs in its public colleges, Justice Sonia Sotomayor speaks from experience about the complex impact of such programs on her own life.
Sotomayor’s 58-page dissent, joined by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, has one theme: Race matters.
Sotomayor notes that voters in Michigan could have used other means to eliminate the use of race-sensitive admissions policies.
“They could have persuaded existing board members to change their minds through individual or grassroots lobbying efforts, or through general public awareness campaigns,” she says. “Or they could have mobilized efforts to vote uncooperative board members out of office, replacing them with members who would share their desire to abolish race-sensitive admissions policies.” […] (more…)

As Steve Utash continued to recover in a hospital bed, Judge Thomas Jackson found probable cause to move the case to trial in Wayne County Circuit Court.

Prosecutor Lisa Lindsey introduced statements to police from Latrez Cummings, 19, James Davis, 24, and Wonzey Saffold, 30, all acknowledging a role in the April 2 attack. They were ordered to trial, along with Bruce Wimbush Jr., 17, who waived the hearing.

Remember all of those ideological folks who say the “knock out assault/game” is a myth?   Here’s the consequence to not accepting the reality of what exists:

Joseph McRae was arrested for randomly striking/punching white women in the face at Penn Station…. for no apparent reason.    Sound familiar ?  It should.
But in the New York criminal justice system the cultural social engineers have been denying the “knock out” assaults exist.   Some New York police departments identify the random ‘punch in the face attacks’ as general “harassment”; as if its possible to define punching someone in the head in a similar vein to cat calls. 
So this ideology sets up the backdrop for sending a 24-year-old white woman -the identical disposition of prior victims- alone, into a confined space with an unstable male who has been arrested for the crime they refuse to recognize.      ‘Nothing to fear, just go on in miss“:

SOUTH HUNTINGTON, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) – Two Long Island high school students have been suspended for allegedly bringing a Confederate flag to school.
Brother Gary Cregan, principal of St. Anthony’s High School in South Huntington, said the two seniors walked in with a Confederate flag draped around their shoulders during an after-hours sporting event at the school.
As CBS 2′s Kathryn Brown reported, there is outrage and disgust on Long Island.

“The African-American students who immediately saw it really exercised heroic restraint and fortunately a teacher immediately confiscated the flag and took the students out of the gym,” Cregan said.

You might remember the murder of Australian college baseball player and exchange student Chris Lane last year in Oklahoma.
A normally quiet weekend in the small southwestern Oklahoma town of Duncan was horribly interrupted last year, when a car carrying three teenagers pulled up behind a lone white male jogger.  The teens in the car fired on the jogger, Chris Lane, with a .22 caliber revolver, striking him in the back.  As horrified witnesses looked on, the jogger staggered and dropped to his knees as the car sped away.  He was pronounced dead at the scene by authorities.
James Francis Edwards Jr., 15, and Chancey Allen Luna, 16, were charged with murder in the first degree.  The oldest member of the group, 17 year old Michael Jones, believed to be the driver of the vehicle, gave Duncan police a mind-boggling explanation for the crime: “We were bored and didn’t have anything to do, so we decided to kill somebody.“
