As CEO of the Grievance Industry, and also head of all law enforcement, Attorney General Eric Holder threatens to file a lawsuit against the Ferguson Police Department if the department does not stop holding black residents accountable to laws.

Holder is essentially threatening to try and get a “consent decree” established which would require the Ferguson Police to have complete Civil Rights Division oversight for the duration of the decree.
If Holder proceeds, and the Ferguson PD does not back down, you can expect the DOJ to use the tenuous legal concept of “Disparate Impact” to advance their charges. (more…)
AG Eric Holder spoke before the National Press Club today and stated the civil rights investigation into the shooting of Mike Brown and the larger issues with Ferguson Police Department will be completed prior to his leaving office.
However, no mention of the insufferable FBI investigation for George Zimmerman that has been dragging on for years. Apparently Holder is planning to allow the threat of FBI investigation to follow Zimmerman as the Attorney General seeks to clear his desk of the other highly visible cases.
Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch is anticipated to be confirmed in the next few weeks unless more GOP Senators raise objections which, at this point seems unlikely. Eric Holder said he is “confident” that decisions on both Brown and Ferguson will be ready and announced before Lynch is confirmed by the Senate. (more…)
WASHINGTON STATE – Police who shot and killed a man accused of hurling rocks at officers in southeastern Washington are drawing criticism from as far away as Mexico.
The death Tuesday of orchard worker Antonio Zambrano-Montes is the fourth fatal police shooting since last summer in Pasco, an agricultural city of 68,000 people about 215 miles southeast of Seattle. It has sparked protests after witnesses said he was running away when he was shot in a busy intersection.
Mexico’s Foreign Relations Department on Thursday condemned the shooting of the man raised in that country. Washington Gov. Jay Inslee said he was monitoring the situation.
[…] Franklin County Coroner Dan Blasdel, whose office was conducting an autopsy on Zambrano-Montes, said he was considering convening an inquest jury to look into the death. (more…)
Last October, the Willamette Weekly newspaper published an exposé showing how the governor’s fiancé, Cynthia Hayes, was taking money as a private consultant to environment groups and then pushing their policies in her public role as “First Lady” of the state. Most infamously, she ordered state employees to follow a policy she was being paid $25,000 by an advocacy group to promote. Apparently, some of the money also wasn’t reported on tax returns. (link)
OREGON – Long-time Democratic Oregon Gov. John Kitzhaber on Friday announced his resignation amid allegations his fiancee used her relationship with him to enrich herself.
In a lengthy statement released Friday, Kitzhaber said he broke no laws and said his resignation would be effective on Wednesday. “Nonetheless, I understand that I have become a liability to the very institutions and policies to which I have dedicated my career and, indeed, my entire adult life,” he said.
The decision capped a wild week in which Kitzhaber seemed poised to step down, then changed his mind, but ultimately bowed to calls from legislative leaders that he quit the state’s top job. (more…)
WASHINGTON DC – IRS Commissioner John Koskinen told Congress on Wednesday that even illegal immigrants who didn’t pay taxes will be able to claim back-refunds once they get Social Security numbers under President Obama’s temporary deportation amnesty.

The revelation — which contradicts what he told Congress last week — comes as lawmakers also raised concerns Mr. Obama’s amnesty could open a window to illegal immigrants finding ways to vote, despite it being against the law. (more…)
Where will Stewart go next? CNN or one of the alphabets?… maybe a Sunday talk show? What do you think?
(Via The Atlantic) Following a late-afternoon surge of speculation from attendees of Tuesday’s taping of The Daily Show, Comedy Central President Michele Ganeless has confirmed that Jon Stewart will be leaving his post as the show’s host later this year. Ganeless wrote:
For the better part of the last two decades, I have had the incredible honor and privilege of working with Jon Stewart. His comedic brilliance is second to none. Jon has been at the heart of Comedy Central, championing and nurturing the best talent in the industry, in front of and behind the camera. (more…)
The first reports of this surfaced several days ago. It now appears the reports were accurate. Kayla Mueller was separated from all other hostages and given to an ISIS militant commander as a trophy….
WASHINGTON – With the confirmed death of Kayla Mueller, new details have emerged about the American hostage’s experience in ISIS captivity, including the belief by some officials that she had been given over to a commander in the jihadi group.
“ISIS didn’t see her as a hostage or a bargaining chip,” a counter-terrorism official told ABC News.
“Reflections” in the limited collection of intelligence in Syria — like indirect indications of a person’s presence somewhere, such as ISIS fighters referring to her in calls or spotted guarding a sensitive site where she might have been held — indicated Kayla was still alive and sometimes in the company of an ISIS leader being actively tracked who had custody over her, possibly by forced marriage, officials told ABC News. Why? Simple, because the trail of the scheme’s origination begins with the White House officials brainstorming ideas of how to stop Tea Party groups from fighting back against the Obama agenda. That brainstorming led to IRS and DOJ officials creating the plan to use 501(c)(4) tax filing “schedule B’s” to create a list of people and groups.
That massive “Schedule B” list of people and groups was then given to the DOJ who then weaponized various agencies to target the people on the “secret list” for regulatory review, compliance checks and random audits. This is what the White House is trying to cover up. This is what the IRS is desperate to cover up. This is what the DOJ is intent on covering up.

WASHINGTON DC – The Obama administration is refusing to publicly release more than 500 documents on the IRS’s targeting of Tea Party groups.
Twenty months after the IRS scandal broke, there are still many unanswered questions about who was spearheading the agency’s scrutiny of conservative-leaning organizations.
The Hill sought access to government documents that might provide a glimpse of the decision-making through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. (more…)
We have long stated the problem with many of the modern issues we face is an abject intention by the media to hide the ‘truth’. Toward that end, it becomes important to expose the small deceptions – even when they appear “not particularly exciting”.
If the liars are exposed on smaller things then perhaps the larger electorate, and maybe even the pop-culture crowd, will awaken to the lies that are embedded within the larger things.
