Death For Kindness – Man Killed By Police For Refusing To Give ID To Animal Shelter….

This didn’t make the CNN breaking news scroll because the victim was non-black. However, the circumstances are not disputed.
Man who works in cat and dog insurance decides to be a good Samaritan and takes a stray cat to the animal shelter. The animal shelter demands ID from man as part of their policy. The man says that policy is ridiculous and refuses.  The shelter tells the man he is not permitted to leave the premises, and the shelter calls the cops. The cops tell man he must show id. Man refuses. Cop shoots and kills man in animal shelter for non-compliance, then justifies his death by saying he’s one of those “sovereign citizen” types.
Media?  Yeah, right – Crickets Chirp.
pew pew pew merica(ALABAMA) In late December of 2014, Robert Earl Lawrence, 30, in an act of compassion, took a stray cat to the Dothan Animal Shelter. What was a seemingly selfless act of kindness would subsequently end with Lawrence being fatally gunned down by a cop.
Almost four months after that fateful day, police have provided the public with no more answers than were given the day after the killing. They have maintained a blanket of virtual silence surrounding the incident. (more…)

The Dangers of Being a Conservative in Wisconsin

Adding to my post about Bill Penzey, Jr., I read this article from National Review titled:
Wisconsin’s Shame: ‘I Thought It Was a Home Invasion’
I thought I had read all there was to read about Democrat political tactics against Conservatives in Wisconsin.  I was wrong.  What they have done under the umbrella of “law” is closer to what happens in totalitarian countries.

Baltimore Protesters Shout: "We Will Kill", Also "F**k CNN" During National TV Coverage….

The group of protesters angry about the death of Freddy Gray (in hospital following being taken into police custody) were captured on live CNN TV coverage shouting their desires to kill in retaliation.

The advocacy for violent confrontation comes on the same day the same day police released the names of the officers involved in the arrest of Freddie Gray. Gray died of a spinal injury Sunday, exactly one week after he was taken into custody.
Earlier in the day, the Baltimore Police Department released the names of six police officers suspended with pay. They are: •  Lt. Brian Rice, 41, who joined the department in 1997; •  Officer Caesar Goodson, 45, who joined in 1999; •  Sgt. Alicia White, 30, who joined in 2010; •  Officer William Porter, 25, who joined in 2012; •  Officer Garrett Miller, 26, who joined in 2012; and •  Officer Edward Nero, 29, who joined in 2012. Just Another Tuesday….

Toni Morrison“People keep saying, ‘We need to have a conversation about race.  This is the conversation”.
“I want to see a cop shoot a white unarmed teenager in the back, and I want to see a white man convicted for raping a black woman. Then when you ask me, ‘Is it over?’, I will say yes.”
– Toni Morrison (awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by President Obama in 2012)

Today in Mississippi –  A man is dead after an early morning altercation with deputies, according to Lauderdale County Sheriff Billy Sollie.
Steven G. Davenport, 43, a white male, was pronounced dead at a local hospital this morning, Sollie said.
Deputies received a call of a disturbance around 3 a.m. between two individuals at a residence. When deputies arrived on scene, they attempted to resolve the situation, the sheriff said. (more…)

A Ridiculous Media Just Makes Matters Worse…

Reading through a summary of media articles just today regarding their latest cause celeb  for airtime and column inches, “BAD Police Shootings” – and something just staggering sticks out.
Every single report is absolutely rife with wrong information bordering on intentional deception.  These are just from today:

Example #1 – This most recent, most profound catastrophe is plain as day. Recorded by a man in passing, we see a police officer shooting Walter Scott in the back eight times. The officer, Michael Slager, pulled Scott over… (Rolling Stone)

Walter Scott was NOT shot in the back eight times.
Walter Scott - upper hand

Example #2 – Walter Scott was no threat. He wasn’t even able to run well when you watch the tape… (via CNN)

Not a threat?  Because a person fighting with a cop is harmless or something.  Not able to “run well”?  Perhaps because his legs were tangled in Taser Wire.  (more…)

Another Civil Forfeiture – Veteran Loses $60,000 and Never Breaks a Single Law…

More and more of these terrible stories are surfacing….

(Via Forbes) […] In late March, the U.S. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the federal government could take more than $60,000 of Brewer’s cash with civil forfeiture, even though he was never charged with a crime. The decision lets many Midwestern states continue to take property from people who have done nothing wrong.

A former military police officer and weapons specialist, Brewer earned several medals during his service in the Air Force, before he was medically discharged in 2008. Brewer said he developed Posttraumatic Stress Disorder after a deployment in Afghanistan. (more…)

Walter Scott Shooting – The Case For Lesser Charges….

Donald Joy at Clash Daily has a reasonable perspective on shooting of Walter Scott by Police Officer Michael Slager. His argument is one that many people agree with; if the State of South Carolina takes only a murder charge to trial they will lose.

As each of these types of cases surfaced we have continued to remind everyone they are not legal cases; they are political cases played out inside legal courts.

Angela Corey RockstarRioting erupts in Ferguson, Missouri after police involved shooting of an unarmed teen

Arguably three years ago few people understood how an individual could be brought to trial without clear factual evidence of their guilt for the specific charges they were facing. That changed when the transparently innocent George Zimmerman was arrested on a murder charge -solely for political cover- on April 11th 2012.

On August 9th 2014, in the case of the Mike Brown shooting by Officer Darren Wilson, an eerily similar scenario played out again – only this time the Saint Louis Missouri prosecutor did not succumb to political pressure and allowed the grand jury to decide lawfulness or lack thereof.  The case never went to trial – the DOJ confirms there was nothing unlawful with Darren Wilson’s action during the encounter.

Black Lies Shatter – Two J’s Arrives In North Charleston – Trash Can Fundraiser For “F**k The Police” Civilian Cameras…

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC)The Rev. Jesse Jackson was in downtown Charleston Thursday evening where he said a special prosecutor was needed in the Walter Scott shooting case.

Jackson spoke at the International Longshoremen’s Association Hall on Morrison Drive for a prayer rally.

During the rally, Jackson also called for more body cameras for law enforcement and called Scott’s death a wake up call for the nation.

“The Walter Scott killing has captured the world because it was covered by the camera,” Jackson said before taking the stage.”Without the camera, the killer lied and his co-conspirators, the other police, would have covered it up as well.”

Ridin’ Dirty – The Curious Case of Walter and Pierre’s Big Adventure….

We said last week – in retrospect the Walter Scott Scheme Team 2015′ would regret hiring image consultant Ryan Julison to represent their interests and develop their chosen narrative. As research continues this opinion solidifies.

Ryan Julison (w/ Matt Lauer) left – Attorney Mark Peper, right

After we identified Walter Scott’s passenger as Pierre Fulton, the image consultants needed to quickly work up a salable story. Ergo the hiring of another attorney, now image consultant, Mark Peper to frame the Fulton angle.  Does anyone ever think to ask who’s paying for all these attorneys?  I digress…

However, Ryan needs to spend a little more time training the side players because apparently Mr. Peper has yet to learn the art of nuance, or subtlety, in narrative construction.

Attorney Peper’s latest attempt to frame the optics for his client, Walter Scott passenger Pierre Fulton, is to claim both Fulton and Scott had just finished volunteering at a local church that morning.  This would be prior to being pulled over at 9:30am by North Charleston Police Officer Michael Slager.  After breakfast at Hardees, they headed to church for their Saturday Morning volunteer efforts.

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Walter Scott and Pierre Fulton handed out bags of food at a local church Saturday morning and were on their way to a cookout at Scott’s house when they saw an officer’s blue lights behind them, Fulton’s attorney told ABC News Monday night. (link)

Apparently, sewing sweaters for homeless kittens from locks of their altruistic hair was a bridge too far. Hence they settled on the more general church volunteer efforts.

Gotcha. (more…)

Maintaining The Fraudulent Narrative At All Costs – Walter Scott Shooting Passenger’s Attorney Selling Another Story Now…

The Scheme Team is working overtime now to keep attention away from Walter Scott aspects that would deconstruct their narrative.

EARLIER: “Walter was a dear friend, and I miss him every day,” [Pierre Fulton] stated in a release from Charleston attorney Mark Peper. “Over the past five years, he helped me to become a better man and showed me the value of hard work. I’ll never know why he ran, but I know he didn’t deserve to die. Please keep Walter and his family in your prayers and respect my privacy moving forward.”

Peper said in the release that it will be the only statement his client makes before any court proceeding. (link)

Well, “the only statement” UNLESS the sketchy stuff comes out which might work against our scripted narrative. If the sketchy stuff comes out, well, then we’ll just have to sell some ‘nuther stuff. Like: (more…)
