Would it alarm you if your white or hispanic son or daughter came home from school suspended for a week for being five minutes late to class ?

Would it upset you to find out that he/she was suspended because the school needed to suspend a black child for selling marijuana; and they needed to offset the “black” suspension with the ‘equality’ of a white suspension in order to avoid violating the law?

Sounds crazy right?    Wrong.   It is currently being implemented, and the bugs worked out.   President Obama used another executive order to put the race based policy into place. (more…)

Is this a setback to freedom?  Yes.   Is this unexpected?  No.

We have shared from the beginning that ‘These people were not going to give up’ – They simply are in too deep and unable to retreat.  From the outset of the “case” against George Zimmerman a few things were brutally obvious.

First, from a legal perspective, there was no merit, nor evidence, to prosecute George Zimmerman.   The same evidence that existed on March 16th, and again on March 23rd, when it was announced by Police Chief Bill Lee and Detective Serino that “no evidence to refute Mr. Zimmerman’s self defense claim is available”, is still retained today.

Not one scintilla of evidence has surfaced from that date.    The evidence against George Zimmerman is non-existent.   Yet he was still charged to appease the race-baiting and perpetually aggrieved sub-sects of political interests.   The case against George Zimmerman is entirely political.

So why would a politically appointed judge remove himself?   He wouldn’t.

As the Orlando Sentinel notes in their story of the non-recusal:

In a bond order, Lester described Zimmerman as a manipulator who was gaming the criminal justice system by hiding $130,000 and keeping a secret passport.

The judge wrote in that earlier order that if not for a satellite monitoring system keeping track of his whereabouts, Zimmerman might well have fled.

Neither of these propaganda opinions are supported by facts.  They scream bias;  However, they were then, as they are now, opinionated talking points that enjoy consistent media-hype and manipulative use. (more…)

CHICAGO – A mob of more than 20 teenagers descended on a trendy Wicker Park shop on Saturday and made off with more than $3,000 worth of jeans.

CBS 2′s Derrick Blakley reports the incident was caught on store surveillance cameras, and the owner posted the video on YouTube.

Luke Cho said he hopes the images help police find the robbers, or maybe even shame the parents of the teens enough that they’ll turn the kids in.  (Yeah, good luck with that…  /SD)

As I reviewed the “tip line”, I noticed the IG Fast and Furious report is coming out very soon….  (From July 24 )  Congressman Trey Gowdy, South Carolina Republican, and Congressman Jason Chaffetz, Utah Republican, both met with newly appointed Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz last week [which would have been mid-July…. /SD], Rep. Gowdy told me on Wednesday, to discuss when the IG will release his report on the investigation into the now defunct ATF “Fast and Furious” gun walking operation.

“He said weeks and not months,” said Rep. Gowdy referring to the timeline IG Horowitz gave him and Chaffetz as to when the IG’s report on Fast and Furious  will be released to Congress. (more…)

First The White House, well, more specifically President Obama uses an executive order, intentionally non-reported by the media, to give the DHS full control over all privately owned communication networks nationally.  Cell phone, internet, and land based telecommunications.

Then the White House authorizes, (again by non-media reported executive order) the regime enforcement branch (DHS) to use military spy drones for use in all areas of ‘national importance’ to enforce “citizen safety“.

Following, and in preparation for, the regime enforcement branch (DHS) orders 450 million, yes million, hollowpoint bullets.     While ammunition itself seems not too unreasonable of a request by a major federal entity that emphasizes domestic durability and safeguarding the country from coast to coast, the choice — and quantity — of its hollow point order raises a lot of questions about future plans for the DHS.

ATK says they won their contract with the US government by being able to provide them with 450 million HST bullets, which it describes as “the next generation in high performance duty ammunition.”

What does that mean, exactly? On their website, the contractor claims that the ammunition is specifically designed so that it can pass through a variety of obstructions and offers “optimum penetration for terminal performance.” Or, in other words, this is the kind of bullet designed to stop any object dead in its tracks and, if emptied into the hands of the DHS a few hundred million times, just might do as much.

The regime then quietly (february) demands a control enforcement mechanism nullifying the 2nd Amendment in any proximity to a federal government official.  –  The US House of Representatives voted 388-to-3 in favor of H.R. 347  (Feb) a bill which is being dubbed the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011. Five years ago (2007) when John Stossel worked for ABC 20/20 he produced this news story about the TRUTH of gun control and how the anti-gun alliances are intentionally deceptive. The statistics do not lie.

On Friday’s 20/20, ABC anchor John Stossel discussed the self-defensive benefits of gun ownership, debunking the myth that “gun control reduces crime.” The segment aired during 20/20’s recurring series, “Myths, Lies & Downright Stupidity,” based on Stossel’s book of the same title. Citing the recent Federal Appeals Court for DC ruling overturning Washington, D.C.’s ban on gun ownership, Stossel talked to the pro-gun plaintiff in the case, Tom Palmer, and pointed out that the murder rate in D.C. increased after the city’s gun ban: “Since Washington’s gun law passed, the murder rate actually increased, even while America’s murder rate dropped. It’s because guns can also save lives, says Palmer, as one saved his years ago in California.”

You just can’t make this stuff up folks.  Just yesterday Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel backed a ban on Chick-fil-A restaurants because their traditional family “values are not Chicago values” stated Emanuel.   Today Emanuel “welcomes” roving bands of Louis Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam foot soldiers called the “Fruit of Islam” to patrol the streets in an effort to stop crime and prevent black Chicagoans from murdering each other.  

Because, well, he wants tourists to visit and stuff…

CHICAGO – Ignoring Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan’s history of anti-Semitic remarks, Mayor Rahm Emanuel on Wednesday welcomed the army of men dispatched to the streets by Farrakhan to stop the violence in Chicago neighborhoods.

Ald. Debra Silverstein (50th), an Orthodox Jew, has said it’s good that Farrakhan is “helping” in the fight against crime, “but it doesn’t eradicate the comments that he’s made about the Jewish community.”

Emanuel offered no such caveat. Although Farrakhan has a history of making anti-Semitic statements, Chicago’s first Jewish mayor has no interest in revisiting that controversy.

He’s more concerned about reducing a 40 percent surge in Chicago homicides that’s become a media obsession and threatens to undermine his efforts to market Chicago to international tourists. (more…)

Attorney General Eric Holder spoke in Little Rock, Arkansas on Wednesday at the annual convention for N.O.B.L.E (National Organization of Black Law Enforcement).  Full Transcript of Speech HERE.   During his prepared remarks, according to the Arkansas News, Holder stated:

‘We understand, as do all of you, that public confidence in the fairness of law enforcement activities and operations can increase the likelihood that community members will accept legal outcomes, that they will comply with the law and that they will even assist in investigations,” .

(Politico) — A gun control group led by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and backed by survivors of the 2011 Tuscon shooting is demanding in a new ad that Mitt Romney and Barack Obama take clear stances on the issue.

In the wake of Friday’s massacre in Aurora, Colo., Mayors Against Illegal Guns took out a full-page ad in Wednesday’s USA Today asking the candidates to release gun control plans. The ad is signed by 11 survivors of the January 2011 mass shooting in Tucson, Ariz., that injured Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and killed six. The daughter of one of the dead also signed the ad, which asserts that 48,000 people will die from gun violence during the next president’s four-year term. (more…)
