The Milli Vanilli band director says definitions of success – regarding concert attendance – are contingent upon how they define success in attendance at any given moment. They don’t have to sell out a venue to be considered successful. They may determine that success is more appropriately defined as a merely a few enlightened concert goers who are enjoying the show.
