A billion is a thousand millions. A trillion is a thousand billions.
For the previous 11 months in fiscal year 2013 (October 2012 through August 2013) The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) spent $1.036 trillion dollars.

[A trillion is a thousand billions].
This is the third consecutive year where CMS spent over $1 trillion. 2010 2011 2012
That is more spent on one program (CMS), inside one agency (HHS), than the entire budget of the entire government when Medicare and Medicaid were enacted into law in 1965.
Major outlays by CMS in the first eleven months of fiscal 2013, according to the Monthly Treasury Statement for August, included $244.083 billion in grants to states for Medicaid, $251.265 billion in benefit payments out of the Federal Hospital Insurance Trust Fund, $230.241 billion in benefit payments from the Federal Supplementary Medical Insurance Trust Fund, and $61.452 billion in benefits for the Medicare Prescription Drug program.
Other than the obvious non-sustainability – why does this matter?
Today the White House sends out the following “tweet” bragging about Oregon. Oregon had around 600,000 people uninsured.

But a little review of actual media reports provided by Oregon state officials and you find out every single person newly enrolled was actually signed up to Medicaid. Not a single person actually enrolled in Obamacare.
PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A month after Oregon’s problem-plagued online health insurance marketplace has failed to enroll a single person, concerns are mounting that some of the most vulnerable Oregonians may face a break in coverage if they don’t enroll within the next month and a half.
To date, the state has received just 4,260 paper applications as part of the national health care overhaul law, and the Cover Oregon website still can’t tell people what subsidies they are eligible to receive.
Though Cover Oregon officials say they’re working to resolve the problems, they declined to name a date when they expect the website will be functional and they could not explain how they plan to enroll thousands of people within a short time span. Oregon has an estimated 600,000 uninsured, though officials say about 200,000 are expected to sign up through 2014. (link)
That’s 60,000 NEW Medicaid enrollees – Zero people paying into Obamacare !
….. just from Oregon. And the White House is proud of this.

Mission accomplished.
For those not paying attention closely the Rubicon is crossed. They have “remoulded it closer to the hearts desire“. How? By following the Cloward Piven Strategy to overwhelm the system, bring it down, then rebuild it as you wanted it to be in the first place.
A Single Payer System-wide Healthcare Crisis will be the primary election topic/issue of 2016 between both presidential candidates, Hillary Clinton and Chris Christie.
The community organizer, who became a short-term absentee Senator, who became President Obama, has accomplished their primary goal.
Barack Obama was merely the set-up guy.
Hoax and Chains !
