The ISM manufacturing survey was released today showing exceptional economic news on the manufacturing front. New orders for manufactured goods jumped to their highest level in 17 years and were 3.4 percent higher than pre-pandemic levels. That data matches our earlier ground reports from across the nation.
The manufacturing sector inventories are low, that means this cycle of replenishment will continue for some time. Orders for customer goods continues to drive expansion, investment and operational increases in productivity. That customer demand drives the need for increased hiring in manufacturing…. that demand drives wages… and so the middle-class is again on track for a fantastic rebound. That’s MAGAnomics.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. manufacturing activity accelerated more than expected in October, with new orders jumping to their highest level in nearly 17 years amid a shift in spending toward goods like motor vehicles and food as the COVID-19 pandemic drags on.
However, the media once again cannot bring themselves to cheer on a stunning economic recovery. Instead take a look at how Reuters frames their narrative:

Prayer is as important as your vote. Pray for President Trump, for all our elected officials and candidates. Pray for our citizens. Pray for our country. Pray for all of us to prepare ourselves to contribute our best and remember daily the duties of citizenship, that we may zealously and courageously guard against such excesses and evils as we face now, not only during a great election.

There is a great deal of manipulation and falsehood in media presentation of the 2020 election. These lies and false constructs generate a great deal of anxiety. That said, there are two specific approaches by the narrative engineers that deserve a strong reminder.
♦The first purposeful approach media use to create and embed their false assumptions is a slight of hand that few notice, and it can create anxiety. In normal term-two election cycles the baseline for media analysis should be the incumbent electoral win in term one.
The accurate baseline should be what states the incumbent (Trump) won in the prior 2016 election. From that position the analysis should then discuss what states the challenger (Biden) needs to take in order to win. The reason is simple, the incumbent already has a track record -so the assumption should be on retention of the previous outcome. However, with President Trump the media doesn’t do this.
The media now position President Trump’s opposition Joe Biden as if he has already won states and Trump needs to win them back. Essentially they flip the baseline to build upon their skewed and false polling narratives. They never did this with any prior elections.
No single voice so eloquently outlined the stakes in the 2020 election as Mr. Maximo Alvarez. As many willfully blind media contemplate why Latinos have turned their support toward President Trump, the words of Maximo Alvarez ring loud:
“I’m speaking to you today because I’ve seen people like this before. I’ve seen movements like this before. I’ve seen ideas like this before and I’m here to tell you, we cannot let them take over our country.”
[W]hen I see history being rewritten, when I hear the promises — I hear echoes of a former life I never wanted to hear again. I see shadows I thought I had outrun.” … “President Trump knows that the American story was written by people just like you and me, who love our country and take risks to build a future for our families and neighbors.”
