Recently we had a series of discussions with someone familiar with the inside dealings of Fox News regarding the way Fox News treats Governor Palin. While I don’t condone using anonymous sources (I usually make fun of those citing anonymous sources) unfortunately we cannot reveal the source. So we have therefore gathered the evidence that will back up everything we were told and it’s up to the reader to come to his or her own conclusion. As day five of the One Nation tour concludes, we find the meme of Sarah the stupid somehow shifting to one of Sarah the publicity hound.  She’s “crazy brilliant” in her manipuplative use of the press to further her need for attention.  Perhaps the press now realize how completely stupid they made themselves look with their inane tales of aggrievement?  Perhaps not.  Many papers have gone so far as to relegate their Palin coverage to the entertainment section.  You see, she’s not a ‘real’ candidate, she knows frighteningly little about policy matters, however, she sure knows the tricks of celebrity.  One paper goes so far as to cast Sarah and her daughter Piper as a pair of conniving grifters promoting Mommie Dearest at the expense of a childhood education. TURN UP THE SPEAKERS !!

Giddy Up !! ….  (MSNBC) — In remarks made at Bunker Hill in Massachusetts — of all places – Sarah Palin fired a shot at Mitt Romney over the health-care mandate that Romney signed into law in the state in 2006.  The remarks came just before Romney formally announces his presidential bid in nearby New Hampshire, which Palin also plans to visit later today. (NBC NY) —  You couldn’t miss it, the big Star of David hanging around Sarah Palin’s neck as she toured the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island on Wednesday.

NBC New York asked Palin about the significance just as she boarded her bus outside Fox Newschannel to head off to Boston.

“Today is the 44th anniversary of Jerusalem being reunited,” she said. “We want to call attention to that.”

The pendant is in every photo she took with fans and supporters and can be seen in every sound-bite captured by television crews. (more…)

The media, ever striving to frame the dialogue in as disparaging and dismissive of terms as possible, has rebranded the “One Nation” tour as the “Counterintuitive Secret Publicity Bus Tour”.  These pampered paparazzi, so used to having their every whim catered to with assigned seats on airplanes, free meals and transportation to pre-announced events, have seen their world turned upside down.  They know they need Palin more than she needs them.  So, ever hungry for ratings, and ever eager to please their network bosses, they are forced to reluctantly follow in her exhaust.  Why…it’s journalism’s equivalent to the Trail of Tears!  I’ll admit it.  I haven’t had this much enjoyment since hearing the Supreme Court rule on Bush v. Brave stance.  Proving she is not a populous Iowa “wind tester”. DILLSBURG, Pa. — Sarah Palin on Tuesday called on the United States to scrap  all energy subsidies, as Republicans continue to turn away from long-held  positions on the role of government in energy policy. “I think all our energy subsidies need to be re-looked at and eliminated,” Palin told reporters in response to a question about ethanol subsidies. It’s Day 3 of the “One Nation” tour, and after visiting the Gettysburg Battlefield, the bus wound it’s way through Pennsylvania with reporters trying to keep up.  By the time Palin’s big bus pulled into Philadelphia around noon, there was already a mob of reporters waiting for her in the wilting heat.
