Police say they didn’t rape the girl. They didn’t keep the bicycle. Police found parts of the bicycle in the possesion of the perpetrators. It appears they simply wanted to murder a twelve year old girl for the fun of it. (more…)

On Friday, October 26th,  a Motion filed by the State will be heard in front of Judge Nelson.  The State (Prosecution) is seeking a “Gag Order” prohibiting the Defense  Counsel from speaking with the media, or publishing updates about the evidence or the case on their website, GZLegalCase.

The State had made a similar request in front of Judge Lester, prior to his removal from the case, and six months later, seeks to have the same request granted on a second pass.  Judge Lester denied the first attempt by the State for the same motion.

The Motion is opposed not only by Defense Counsel, but also by media companies, who earn their bread and butter through ginning up interest and controversy in high-profile cases such as this.  The most interesting summation of the opposition to the State’s request

Sharmeka Moffitt from Lousiana said three random men in white hoodies doused her with flammable liquid and torched her while she was walking.  Then they marked KKK on her car.   Despite media reports and speculation to the contrary, Ms. Moffitt was not wearing an Obama T-shirt.

Original Story LOUSIANA – Sharmeka Moffitt, 20, of New Orleans has been seriously injured by possible members of the Ku Klux Klan. Reports state that Moffitt suffered severe burns on more than half of her body and the initials KKK smeared onto the hood of her car.

Moffitt believes the crime could be race-related and officers are investigating the case as such. According to Moffitt, three men wearing white hooded sweatshirts or hats approached her on Sunday night and doused her with a flammable liquid before lighting a match and setting her on fire. She suffered burns on more than half of her body and requires surgery for treatment.

“Both of her arms, and they are third degree burns, down her chest and legs-one. Basically, her arms are real bad,” her mother, Edna Moffitt told KSLA News. (more…)

From March 8th, 2012 forward, the intentional manipulation of the media surrounding the Trayvon Martin shooting was evident. You know how it started and who started it. After 3 weeks of investigation, on March 16th, 2012, the law enforcement authorities stated there was nothing within their finding that disputed the statements and assertions of George Zimmerman.  To the contrary their investigation was further supporting George Zimmerman’s account.

The “Scheme Team” (Benjamin Crump, Natalie Jackson, Ryan Julison, Daryl Parks, and the professional race-baiters) made a strategic decision.

At the time we described it as manufacturing “media evidence” in an attempt to draw distinction between factually based and lawful evidence, and a series of intentional evidentiary falsehoods perpetrated by a team of people, and facilitated by a willing media, who were more concerned with financial benefit than justice.

It appears the process of holding those folks to account has begun.  As you can see from the recent discovery demand, there will be no effort spared to hold those person(s) of dubious intent to account; nor will there be any quarter provided. Earlier in the year we saw Jesse Jackson in Florida demanding school disciplinary punishments be levied based on race via racial quotas.   Now the state board steps in and applies the same insufferable stupidity to acadamic expectations.

Their methodology is: Blacks are the least intelligent therefore blacks should have lower goals and expectations.    Asians are the most intelligent therefore they should have a higher bar of achievement….  

Typical Liberal Mindset – It is all based on race.   The Benjamin Crumps, and Natalie Jacksons of the world should own this consequence.   After all, it is their mindset that removes responsibility for self and instead places the blame on others.   Just like this new education plan. 

White Boy Can’t Jump – Black Boy Can’t Read.  So lets lower the basketball hoop height on the white side, and lower the reading level on the black side.  Nice huh?…. see how stupid that is.

Palm Beach, Fla. (CBS TAMPA) – The Florida State Board of Education passed a plan that sets goals for students in math and reading based upon their race.

On Tuesday, the board passed a revised strategic plan that says that by 2018, it wants 90 percent of Asian students, 88 percent of white students, 81 percent of Hispanics and 74 percent of black students to be reading at or above grade level. For math, the goals are 92 percent of Asian kids to be proficient, whites at 86 percent, Hispanics at 80 percent and blacks at 74 percent. (Via GZLegalCase)  In an interview with the Orlando Sentinel posted September 29, 2012, Martin family attorney Benjamin Crump describes race as the “elephant in the room” in the George Zimmerman case.

The term “elephant in the room” typically describes something that people won’t talk about — despite how obvious and apparent it is. This term is misapplied in this case. Mr. Crump has led a chorus of voices in drawing attention to the race factor in the George Zimmerman case, including comments from the President of the United States. While it can be safely argued that it is largely the question of civil rights issues that has made the George Zimmerman case a national — and international — story, there is nothing to support the contention of racism in the Zimmerman case.

The real “elephant in the room,” however, is that race should not be a factor in the George Zimmerman case, and should never have been made one. (more…)
