Disparate Impact – Criminal Background Checks Are Racist… And EEOC Illegal According To Obama – This is the pinacle of political correctness and cultural marxism

For the same reason it is unlawful NOT to hire illegal immigrants, the Obama administration is now claiming it is unlawful not to hire criminals.

When you pre-screen job applicants based on legal work eligibility status you are adversely impacting job seekers based on race/origin/nationality (disparate impact), a federally protected category.  So too, when you pre-screen eligibility based on criminal record you adversely impact blacks.

Not hiring someone because they are illegally in the United States is unlawful by EEOC standards. They are applying the same logic to criminals.

racebaitingWASHINGTON DC – Criminal background checks have become all the rage in Washington, D.C., as politicians scramble to try to ensure that anyone who ever even thought of owning a gun is subjected to a thorough electronic proctology exam.

However, one group that appears immune to background check fever are the ever helpful Obama officials at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

The EEOC and OFCCP have each determined that employers who use background checks as one of the determinants of whether to hire a prospective employee may be engaging in prohibited discrimination. (more…)

WISCONSIN – The University of Wisconsin Duluth-Superior is standing by a controversial campaign launched in 2012 to increase public awareness about racial favoritism by writing “unfair” on students’ faces along with a variety of grievances supposedly shared by minorities against Caucasians.

Underground Atlanta, the downtown attraction where this particular Waffle House is located, bills itself as a “city beneath the streets,” where one can dine, shop, and take advantage of various cultural and entertainment options.

The excitement ended when the bills came.

“Normally, this is about $10,” White said. “I just spent $16.”

Delaney shows off a cup of grits and a sandwich. $8.

“This is a $5 meal,” Delaney said. “I think the prices are high. But I would rather pay more if it means I am going to be safe.”

George Zimmerman is in the crosshairs, but only momentarily and incidentally.  Zimmerman is a political product, a product to be used as as a specific example to the rest of the cultural nation who refuse to bow to the alter of the BGI collective.

Most of the things we are freaked about today were fully fatal 13 months, or 13 years ago: George Zimmerman’s situation caused many to notice a growing lump on our neck.   The cancer was already killing us.  The lump on the side of our neck really isn’t just a bother because it makes our shirt collars sit funny.  The cancer was metastasized long before we noticed that the shirt was sitting funny and wouldn’t button right.  We should have figured out by now that the shirt is not the problem.  The bump on the side of our neck is not the problem.  The color of the shirt is certainly not the problem. 

The problem is metastasized malignancy.

Refusing to deal with that is a choice, and refusal to make a choice in light of the facts (for fear of the unknowns that lie beyond the choice) is also a choice.   It’s all connected……

Back in December we discussed a decision in New Jersey where on September 19, 2012, the Newark, New Jersey Municipal Council passed Ordinance 12-1630, “which limits employers’ ability to conduct criminal background checks.” The ordinance went into effect November 18, 2012 and “prevents employers with five or more employees who do business, employ persons or take applications for employment in the City of Newark, from asking applicants about their criminal history.” (more…)

(FULL STORY) Minneapolis South High is boasted as a progressive multicultural paradise. It is half white and half a mixture of several other groups. It has a large group of Somalians and prides itself on offering special classes for Somalians,

The joys of multiculturalism boiled over into a massive lunch hour battle involving over 200 blacks and Somalians. a small army of police had to be called in, who then hosed the rioters with pepper spray.

Local media is downplaying the war. However, students are stating on twitter that the fight was between blacks and Somalians. (more…)

Open Racism – Colorado Public School Tutoring Program “No Whites Allowed” – Whites Banned From Prog Segregated Tutoring Program

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – A school principal said no white children were allowed at an after-school tutoring program, and now some parents call it discrimination.

The principal at Mission Viejo Elementary in Aurora sent a letter telling parents the program is only for students of color. Parents CBS4 talked with said they were shocked to see, in this day and age, what they consider to be segregation.

“I was infuriated. I didn’t understand why they would include or exclude certain groups,” said parent Nicole Cox, who is white. (more…)
