A strange and sketchy story out of Minnesota as a 40-year-old Australian woman named Justine Damond called police for a disturbance behind her home.  She met the police around 11:30pm in her pajamas.  While talking to the two responding officers one of them, Mohamed Noor, a 31-year-old officer from Somalia, shot and killed her.  Details sketchy.

(New York Post) […] Three sources with knowledge of the incident said that when they arrived, the officers pulled around back and were immediately confronted by Damond, who was in her pajamas.
As she attempted to speak to the cop in the driver’s seat, the other officer apparently unholstered his gun and started blasting — striking her through the driver’s-side door, the sources said.

National media are stuck between a rock and a PC hard place again, because the 25 people shot at the Little Rock Power Ultra Lounge nightclub do not fit their approved PERT chart for broadcasting victim coverage.

Unfortunately, all the usual thug-life suspects were part of the participating mayhem. To understand how challenging it is for the media, we must understand the actual reality of the situation represents every cultural affirmation the PC narrative control authority constantly try to obfuscate.

Video of black people, shooting black people, in a nightclub filled with black people shouting vulgarities and racist slogans, while singing muthafu**in’ f-bomb rap songs about “ni**ers” and “cracka ho’s, and F-Trump expletives is, well, a little hard to spin into the preferred innocent victim narrative….

Three months ago the congressional black caucus met with President Trump, discussed their goals, objectives and interests, and agreed to a follow-up meeting.

The White House extended the invitation for the follow-up, and the congressional black caucus now refuses to meet.

It might seem stunning, but the #1 most widely shared single CTH research article of 2016 was our review of the Philando Castile shooting  –SEE HERE–  where we highlighted the reason why Officer Yanez pulled over Castile’s vehicle and explained why Yanez would be cleared of wrongdoing. Simply, the facts within the case did not support criminal charges.

The media will not remind anyone, heck, they will do everything in their power to hide the truth; but the reality is in the aftermath of their poor reporting on this specific shooting Police officers in: Dallas (link), Tennessee (link), Missouri (link) and Georgia (link) were shot or killed as a result of a false media narrative created by the Black Lives Matter movement and a media willing to sell outrageous lies.  It Was All A Con.

Today, in Minnesota, St. Anthony police officer Jeronimo Yanez was found not guilty of all counts in the fatal shooting of Philando Castile.

During a segment on Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan questioned Islamopologist London Mayor Sadiq Khan about the current location of 400 known London Jihadists that traveled to Syria for terrorist training.

A 16-year-old who body-slammed an elderly lady and threw her into a community swimming poll has turned himself in to the Broward County Sheriff’s office.

NBC6 is reporting the woman is recovering from her injuries and the local residents and neighbors are very upset over the entire incident.

FLORIDA – The teen surrendered to Broward Sheriff’s Office Monday around 5 p.m. He faces one count of battery on a person 65 years of age or older. Footage showed the 16-year-old, handcuffed, being escorted into the Broward Regional Juvenile Facility.

A very disturbing video is trending across the internet showing a group of young black people attacking an elderly white woman at a pool party, simply for the fun of it.

Warning: This video is very disturbing to watch.  As a group of black party goers cheer for the assault, one of the black males picks up the lady and body-slams her head-first into the concrete around the pool.   The victims hands are restrained by two small dogs on leashes she was holding.

After body slamming the victim, the black male then picks up the lady and throws her limp body into the pool as the crowd cheers him on.   The behavior is sickening.

One of the participants at the party is identified on Twitter as @thaflexxer.  It appears the event was near Pompano Beach Florida (not confirmed).

Sybrina “Ms Candy” Fulton and Tracy “Fruit” Martin, the family of Trayvon Martin, will accept a college degree in Aeronautics presented posthumously in recognition of the life of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin:

(Via CNN) […] The aeronautics degree is in “honor of the steps he took during his young life toward becoming a pilot,” the school said in a Facebook post. Several people have requested thoughts and analysis on the decision by South Carolina (former) Police Officer Michael Slager to plead guilty to civil rights violations.

From the outset this case was unique, stunningly so.  Our research into this case was necessarily fact-driven because any emotional review of the shooting is fraught with over simplistic reaction.  This is one of those cases where logic battles with emotion and the outcome, as it stands today, is even more evidence toward that end.

Michael Slager pleading guilty to federal charges against the State’s inability to gain any criminal charges shows how the dynamic of law can run parallel to justice but not necessarily merge.  This is the framework for my perspective on this case.

It’s important to note what Slager’s plea isn’t.  There is no admission of violation of statutory state law.  Slager is not pleading guilty to any form of manslaughter, and most certainly isn’t guilty of level of statutory murder.  The unusual nature of this dynamic is why the State of South Carolina has withdrawn any/all criminal charges now that Slager has plead guilty to a federal violation of Scott’s civil rights.

Captured suspect Kori Ali Muhammad is an Islamic activist within the “Black Lives Matter” movement.

(Via Associated Press) […]  Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer says the suspect in a shooting that killed three people in downtown Fresno told police he hates white people and shouted “God is great” in Arabic before the killings.

All three victims in Tuesday’s killings were white. The police chief says they were shot minutes apart in close proximity in areas around downtown.

Thirty-nine-year-old Kori Ali Muhammad was arrested shortly afterward. He was already wanted for a separate killing from last week, in which a Motel 6 security guard in Fresno was gunned down.
