Second Pass – “Fire In The Hole” – 12 O’clock Low…. “smoke em’ if you got em’ boys”…..

Damn these brownies are stale…..  Hey guys, did I ever tell you that Pam Bondi’s father Joseph Bondi (deceased 01-09-13) worked professionally as a curriculum consultant for Miami-Dade Public Schools?   I wonder what level of impact a curriculum consultant would have for school discipline vis-a-vis input into “Baker Acting” students?

Rumor is that Ms. Bondi took this case on personally, no?    Y’all just thunk it was perhaps because she knew Crump because of the Martin Lee Anderson case.    Do me a favor and slide me one of them cannolis… yeah, right there,  next to the picture of her meeting with that M-DSPD Chief and Alberto Carvalho on March 1st 2012.

OK Chief….  “Locked and Loaded”….

I was wit’ him on Friday?…. Friday?… wait,…. huh… wha?….. Friday?

Zimmerman Case – Inside Baseball From An Exhausting Battle….. That Continues

a-prayer-for-times-like-theseOn the eve of the “real” first day of trial…..  I’m afforded a particular liberty now, not 100% but still much more, than was available before.

So let’s take you with us a little on the journey per se:

Please understand that there are still so many aspects we must prudently keep from open disclosure – The “scraping” of the Tree House as a prosecution resource is, as it has been for the past year, a concern before keystrokes.

I’ve been more open lately (less filtered) with the M-DSPD aspects because quite frankly the hourglass sand has been disappearing rapidly as of late – All building toward this date.

After spending thousands of hours, and thousands of miles, on this journey I can say with relative confidence the “TRUTH” about Trayvon in Miami-Dade  is far worse than even the most die-hard insider would grasp. (more…)

*Update – Ruling Added* Zimmerman Trial: Judge Nelson orders Exclusion of State “Experts”

Judge Nelson 4Judge Nelson has ruled in the Frye Hearing regarding the admissibility of the State’s audio “expert witnesses” Owens and Reich.

The Order has caught many people by surprise and her ruling is a potential game changer for the positioning of the State’s case.

Nelson has ruled that their testimony will be excluded, however, both sides can play the 9-11 tapes for the jury and both sides can call witnesses, if they choose, to affirm which party (Martin or Zimmerman) they feel was calling for “Help”.

The Miami Herald, hardly sympathetic to the Zimmerman position, reported the ruling as a “major blow to the prosecution”.

No Decision Yet On Frye “Expert Witness” Hearing….

Judge Nelson still has not provided a ruling on whether conflicting “expert” testimony will be permitted in the trial.

But that’s not why you need to watch this video:

Al Sharpton and Benjamin Crump – The Black Grievance Industry’s “Dream Team”….

There is something deeply reflective of our nation’s troubles in this video.   Witnessing  career race-baiting instigator Al Sharpton talk to his protégé Benjamin Crump on MSNBC is like a trip through the looking glass with Alice.

Sharpton is the mentor for the next generation of grievance leadership.  Crump is the protégé hand selected by Sharpton to carry the torch of racism and hate from coast to coast.  All the while lining their pockets with extortion money from their Scheme Team endeavors.

“Everybody who protested on behalf of Trayvon Martin was very peaceful. All his parents have ever asked for is peaceful justice.”

Really?

*Update* Zimmerstuff – From Jury to M-DSPD

Starting with a couple of recent videos that some might have missed.  Here is O’Mara after the jury selection:

Here’s another video of Robert Zimmerman Jr. debating on Headline News.  It’s noteworthy that O’Mara is comfy beginning opening statements on Monday.  This, despite the previously and quietly denied motion for a continuance.   In his own words, here is what is left undone. (more…)
