We have been following this unbelievable story, turned criminal case, for several years.

July 2011 Story –  March 2013 Update –  March 2015 Update

It should have been the biggest national educational story of 2011/2012. Alas, it was swept under the rug due to political correctness and pressure.  Why?

Because in 2009 President Obama’s Education Department named Atlanta’s Beverly Hall “School Superintendent of The Year”, the educational equivalent of the Nobel Prize. (more…)

Epic TV – MSNBC Ed Schultz Gets Intellectually Pummeled By Heritage Foundation Guest….

What happens when liberals are losing an argument based on facts?

Watch and see:

Ryan Anderson noted that in fact, and in legal reality, the 2014 Hobby Lobby decision, the Supreme Court ruled the federal RFRA does apply to corporations. “Most churches are corporate persons, most charities are corporations. So the idea that a Religious Freedom Restoration Act doesn’t protect corporations really doesn’t have any basis in the law.” (more…)

Nothing to see here, move along, move along folks. The driver Ricky Shawantza Hall (27), and passenger Kevin Fleming (20), had spent night in a motel with another guy – then stole his truck, had some cocaine and a gun, took a wrong turn and panicked at the Fort Meade NSA guard shack.

(Via The Hill) New details about the pair of men who crashed outside the gates of the National Security Agency’s headquarters and sparked a shooting on Monday morning indicate that the incident was more a tragic mistake than a threat to national security.

Both men were “dressed as females” when they approached Fort Meade, Md., the FBI’s Baltimore office said on Tuesday, however their attire was “not in an attempt to disguise themselves from authorities.” (more…)

5th Grade Student Suspended After Recording Teacher’s Physical Threats….

…”don’t give me no look”

brianna 1As the story is told An 11-year-old Florida girl was suspended from school after she recorded her fifth-grade teacher threatening and bullying other students. The evidence Brianna Cooper recorded was enough to get the teacher fired from Samuel Gaines Academy in Fort Pierce, about two hours north of Miami. But administrators say it was also enough to earn the student a five-day suspension.

After all, they [the principal] claimed, the teacher, had an expectation of privacy in the classroom.  (link)

Which leads to the question, since when is a public school teacher, giving public instruction, to an entire classroom of students, having “an expectation of privacy”? Or is there something else to the story….

Neither the media, nor the school, will identify the teacher. However, the teacher was fired. Rut roh. Oh, how this is starting to sound awfully PC. (more…)

Another “Justice For Mike Brown” Attack – White MetroLink Passenger Attacked By Three Black Males…

This shouldn’t come as a surprise. It is not the first J4MB attack.  In the year after the Trayvon Martin shooting there were over a dozen J4TM attacks.  In this example you see black teens attacking white victims after inquiring about Mike Brown.

ST. LOUIS • A 43-year-old man who was riding a MetroLink train Monday night was attacked by several men after one of them asked him about the Michael Brown “situation,” police said.

A video posted to Facebook appears to show the attack.

Police said the victim, who is white, was punched and kicked by three black men, one of whom had made the reference to the teen killed in Ferguson by a police officer Aug. 9.

The assault took place about 8:54 p.m. as the eastbound train was nearing the Forest Park Metrolink platform, police said. The victim told police he was seated on the train when the three men approached him from behind. (more…)

Please go to the ownership link to see the content and construct of the interview. WHY? Because obviously this is how GZ is paying for his attorney. It would appear to me the attorney has agreed to exchange advertising (via website traffic) in lieu of financial compensation for legal services.

However, against the backdrop of Mr. Zimmerman feeling more comfortable to speak we can now also share some researched information previously undisclosed. This information has never been seen before. (more…)

Trash Can Refills – Sybrina Fulton Back On Tour – TrayMom: “I’m still an average mother”…

FACTS:  ♦ From age 2 to age 14 Trayvon never even lived with Sybrina “Ms Candy” Fulton, he lived with step-mom Alicia Stanley.  ♦ After hearing of Trayvon’s death in the Orlando suburb, Sybrina Fulton never left Miami Gardens.  ♦ Sybrina Fulton’s first appearance in Orlando/Sanford was for a press conference with civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump.

♦ Trayvon was not living with Sybrina when he left Miami -via bus- to spend weekend in Orlando with Dad, Tracy “Fruit” Martin – he was living with his uncle.  ♦ And Trayvon Martin was part of an informal (hidden from public) criminal diversionary program set up by M-DSPD police Chief Hurley and Miami-Dade School Superintendent Alberto Carvalho.  ♦ Trayvon was on his third 10-day school suspension, for burglary and drug possession.  ♦ Sybrina Fulton barely knew Trayvon Martin.

But they won’t let the facts get in the way of a good grievance scheme.

(Via Raw Story) Speaking before a packed house in Greensboro, N.C. the mother of slain teen Trayvon Martin spoke of dealing with the death of her son, saying the worst day of her life was not the day she learned he had been killed, but “The day I had to bury my son.”

According to the News-Record, Sybrina Fulton spoke about how she felt after losing her son when he was shot and killed by George Zimmerman in Sanford, Florida in 2012. A jury later found Zimmerman not guilty of second-degree murder. […]

Speaking of Michael Brown, the unarmed teenager shot and killed in Ferguson, Missouri by police officer Darren Wilson, Fulton said, “Black lives do matter. At one point in our history, we were looked at as three-fifths human. So making that point that black lives matter and all lives matter is important.” (more…)
