Sergeant Bradley Rosh was one of the six Miami-Dade police officers accused of leaking police reports on Trayvon Martin to the media. His accuser was former M-DSPD Police Chief Hurley, a man furious about the media becoming aware of Trayvon Martins’ encounters with MDSPD enforcement.
Sergeant Rosh was part of the team close to Commander Fox-Williams, and his affidavit outlines how he supported her duties and took case instructions from her as needed. One event outlined was the M-DSPD being approached by a Channel 7 news reporter, Rosh Lowe, who was seeking more information about Trayvon Martin and his encounters with the police.
Sgt. Rosh intercepted Lowe in the lobby of M-DSPD and after finding out what Lowe needed Rosh relayed the request to Fox-Williams. She in turn instructed Rosh to inform Lowe that any and all questions needed to go directly through the police chief. (more…)
UPDATE: Thankfully there are fewer people reported as killed from initial reports. However, that is little comfort amid the backdrop of man still missing.

Separately, a law enforcement official confirmed that authorities have found an image of a potential suspect but don’t know his name.
The development – less than 48 hours after the attack that left three people dead and more than 170 wounded – marked a possible turning point in a case that has investigators analyzing photos and videos frame by frame for clues to who carried out the twin bombings and why. (more…)
UPDATE: Federal agents on Wednesday arrested a suspect in the mailing of letters to President Barack Obama and a U.S. senator that initially tested positive for the poison ricin.
The suspect was identified as Paul Kevin Curtis of Tupelo, Miss., federal officials told NBC News. They said he may appear in court as early as Wednesday night.
UPDATE #2 – READ about the bizarre past history of Kevin Curtis and his confrontations with Wicker over allegations of “black market organ trading” at the end of this post. (h/t CJK)

Both letters carried an identical closing statement, according to an FBI bulletin obtained by NBC News on Wednesday.
According to the FBI bulletin, both letters, postmarked April 8, 2013 out of Memphis, Tenn., included an identical phrase, “to see a wrong and not expose it, is to become a silent partner to its continuance.” (more…)
You won’t see this reported with any intellectual honesty or accuracy, let alone high visibility, because the truth no longer fits the progressive media narrative.
After spending dozens of hours and infinite numbers of media predictions claiming the death of a Texas District attorney was most likely caused by the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas, the truth comes out and it’s nothing of the sort. Not even close….
TEXAS – The wife of a former North Texas justice of the peace implicated her husband in the shooting deaths of a local district attorney, his wife and an assistant prosecutor, according to court records filed Wednesday.
Mike and Cynthia McLelland – Murdered in Texas
An arrest affidavit revealed Kim Lene Williams told investigators Tuesday that her husband, Eric Lyle Williams, was the triggerman in the slayings of Kaufman County District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife, Cynthia, and assistant prosecutor Mark Hasse. McLelland and Hasse prosecuted Eric Williams last year for theft of three computer monitors.
Kim Williams was arrested early Wednesday and charged with capital murder. Eric Williams has been in custody, charged with making terroristic threats. He has not been charged in the slayings. (more…)
President Obama just delivered one of the most toxic and partisan press briefings in the Rose Garden against the backdrop of the defeated Gun Control Amendment. Within his words the next steps are brutally obvious.
“The current leader of the nra used to support these background checks. So while this compromise didn’t contain everything I wanted or everything that these families wanted, it did represent progress. It represented moderation and common sense,” Obama said. “That’s why 90 percent of the American people supported it. But instead of supporting this compromise, the gun lobby and its allies willfully lied about the bill.”

Obama calls the 60 vote threshold (2/3 majority needed – constitutional provision now 3/5ths) a “procedural rule exploited by the minority party“.

The media has been ping-ponging back and forth all day on the issue of whether or not a suspect has been arrested/detained. Yes… No…. then yes again…. then NO.
BOSTON – Two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing have been singled out in surveillance videos of the scene, sources told the Los Angeles Times on Wednesday. U.S. counter-terrorism and law enforcement officials told The Times that the suspects in the Boston bombings were seen in a department store video that caught images of a man leaving a backpack near the finish line.

A second federal official said he has been briefed that authorities believe a second video or photo showed “two men with two backpacks.” (more…)
BOSTON – The search for forensic evidence turned up pieces of black nylon that could have been from a bag or backpack at both blast sites, DesLauriers said. Law enforcement sifting through the damage also recovered pieces of BBs and nails, possibly from a pressure-cooker explosive device used to maximize injuries.
